It was a very lovely Hotel.
It was a very lovely Hotel. The buffet was highly satisfying, and my sons absolutely loved it. However, it was unfortunate that some seats in the buffet area were dimly lit, and our family ended up at one of those seats, making it hard to see the food clearly. Additionally, we stayed in a Japanese-style room, but the noise from the floor above was quite bothersome. While this might be due to structural reasons, I hope improvements can be made regarding the dimly lit seating during meals.

On the other hand, we deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused by insufficient lighting at the buffet venue. We take your comment about difficulty seeing the dishes seriously and will review both lighting and seating arrangements for improvement in the future. Additionally, we apologize again for any discomfort caused by noise from upper floors during your stay in our accommodation.
