    A room appreciated by those with children

    It was a Room where we took off our shoes, so it felt clean and was very helpful for those with children. The bath was also spacious and easy to use. The receptionist kindly spoke to us, the Chinese food in the basement was delicious with good service, and they were considerate of the children during breakfast, making our stay truly comfortable. It was a pity that we couldn't see the castle from our direction. I would like to stay in a Room with a view next time. Thank you very much.

    I had a very comfortable stay.

    During my two-night stay, I was able to spend a very comfortable time. The response at the front desk, the quiet and well-organized atmosphere of the facility, the condition and cleanliness of the room, and the content of the breakfast allowed me to stay without any concerns. After staying one night and going out, I returned to find the room was very clean and well-organized, just like when I arrived, which made me feel very good. I was able to change to a room that was larger than the one I had reserved, allowing me to have an even more comfortable stay.

    It was a convenient and clean Hotel.

    This is my second Review. The Room was very spacious, clean, and user-friendly after the renovation. There is a detergent in the washroom that can be used for washing hands and face, as well as for shaving, but there were no other amenities, so those who usually use items provided by the Hotel should be cautious. The body soap and shampoo had a pleasant scent and were comfortable to use.

    A well-established local Hotel in a good way

    It felt like a traditional local hotel in a good way. The facility is quite old, so if you are staying, I recommend choosing a recently renovated room. The staff's service was smooth and pleasant. The breakfast was delicious, and I was able to enjoy a relaxed meal in a calm restaurant (the restaurant where breakfast is served had a beautiful painting by Ichiro Tsuruta from Kumamoto, which was impressive).

    Classic Hotel

    It was a calm Hotel where you can feel the history of Kumamoto. I was very satisfied with the response at the front desk and the spacious design of the Room. I would definitely like to use it again on my next trip to Kumamoto.

    I was able to spend a very relaxing time.

    We stayed here as a family for our first trip to Kumamoto (also for a concert). We chose this hotel because we wanted a room with a view of Kumamoto Castle. We used the Deluxe Twin (Junior Suite?) on the castle side and the Deluxe Double on the castle side. The staff were all kind and efficient, typical of a long-established hotel, and left a good impression. We would like to use this hotel again.

    It was very good.

    The newly renovated room was not only clean, but I also really liked the style of taking off shoes before entering the room. The proximity to the arcade street was very convenient. I was delighted with the birthday message. Thank you very much. I would like to use it again when I visit Kumamoto.
