    Thank you very much.

    It might have been because of the late check-in, but I received exceptional hospitality and had a very comfortable stay. As it is a Hotel with fond memories, I would like to use it again on another occasion. Thank you very much!

    I requested a room n...

    I requested a room near the elevator due to my injury, but I was given a room on a higher floor with a view of the Tokyo Tower. I spent the whole night enjoying the view without closing the curtains! The elevator, which can be accessed with a room key, provides a sense of security. For breakfast, I chose the Japanese option as the buffet was crowded. The service at the front desk was excellent, and I would love to stay again! Thank you!

    I heard that there is a gym equipped, but there are two running machines, one of which is broken, and there are no strength training machines. I brought my workout clothes because it was supposed to be available 24 hours, but it was meaningless.

    I use the Hotel Shintakanawa every time. It has a calm atmosphere, so even a long stay is not tiring. The staff are also kind and pleasant.

    Family trip from Osaka

    I stayed with my elderly father from Osaka. The clientele was pleasant. The staff was also kind. The breakfast was delicious. It's convenient as it's close to Shinagawa Station, so I've been using this place a lot recently.

    The service at the H...

    The service at the Hotel has improved compared to before, and it was nice that the Room had a balcony with beautiful modern art in frames. It was unfortunate that there was no clock among the amenities, and I had to set it myself after it was delivered later. The restaurant was delicious, and I enjoyed the meal. Thank you.

    Comfortable

    The Room had a chic feel and was relaxing. Especially, the bathtub filled up quickly and drained quickly, so it was pleasant. Since my son and his wife are in Tokyo, I would like to use it again.

    Consistently Satisfying Hotel

    There is a Japanese garden in the city center, and the Room has a balcony with large windows, making it a bright and comfortable Hotel. I always use it. Even during long stays, I like this Hotel because it doesn't make me tired.

    Overall, it was very good. I was healed by the vast Japanese garden within the Hotel in the city. The bamboo lights at night were also wonderful. It was nice to be able to refresh.

    As usual, the front desk service is...

    1. I was kept waiting at check-in due to handling foreign guests. Previously, I used to book through the Seibu Prince Club, so I was a Gold member and had a separate check-in counter, but since booking through Ikkyu, I have been downgraded. Even though I stay here nearly 10 times a year, it doesn't sit well with me. I hope Ikkyu can do something about this. 2. The explanation for the automatic check-in machine was insufficient. 3. The guidance on site was given in a commanding tone, which was unpleasant. Please improve this.

    I visited for the first time in years.

    I often use Takanawa, and it has been a really long time since I stayed at Shin-Takanawa. The service and the club lounge are impeccable, but I have two complaints. One is that the check-in counter takes too long. Can't it be done a bit faster? The second is that the toilet in the room is cold. Other than that, I have no complaints.

    I enjoyed hopping between the lounges. Each had its own unique features in terms of food and drinks, which made it enjoyable. The view from the room overlooking Tokyo Tower was also very nice.

    I have used this hotel many times. The hotel is old but clean. This time, the garden presentation was wonderful. It was a pity that the direct bus from the station was no longer available when I visited for the first time in years.

    I felt very relaxed.

    I have used both the Shin-Takanawa Prince Hotel and the Shinagawa Prince Hotel about three times each for business trips. Since I had only stayed at the Shinagawa Prince before, this was my first stay at the Shin-Takanawa Prince Hotel. I was surprised that check-in and check-out were done by machine. The room was clean, spacious, and relaxing. The bathroom was also spacious and nice, but it was troublesome that water inevitably spilled and the floor got wet. My wife was very satisfied with staying in a work by Togo Murano, except for the bathroom. We had breakfast at ZAKURO. Most of the guests were from overseas. It seemed like only the couple next to us and we were Japanese. The food was very delicious, and I appreciated that they kept replenishing everything until the end.

    Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa

    Stayed at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa last year. The room was larger and slightly cheaper than the Shin Takanawa this time. I could hear the noise from the neighboring room more in Shin Takanawa. In Takanawa, I couldn't hear it. I would like to stay at Takanawa in the future.

    Excellent!

    Thank you as always. I love the spaciousness, height, luxury, and oriental atmosphere of the lobby. Also, it's enjoyable to have dining choices as you can select restaurants from the Prince hotel chain.

    Important Notes for Using the Bath

    If you soak in the bathtub with the toilet lid left open, you may be surprised to see black stains on the underside of the toilet seat right in front of you. We recommend closing the toilet lid and using the shower curtain while bathing. For cleaning, it may help to keep in mind that, from the bathtub’s position, areas not easily visible from above can come into view. The lounge and staff service were perfect—thank you very much.

    To meet your requests

    Since this stay was booked at the last minute, I couldn't get the desired double room and reserved a twin instead. When I asked at check-in if it was possible to change to a double room, the female staff member who assisted me and the manager (?) at the front desk checked the room availability for me, and as a result, I was able to change to a double room. Their prompt response to my sudden request made for a satisfying stay. I am extremely grateful to the two front desk staff members who assisted me.

    A long-established hotel with a Japanese garden

    This time, I used the club floor and was able to enjoy the lounges at both the New Takanawa and Takanawa hotels, and the food was delicious. When moving between lounges, I could take a stroll through the beautiful Japanese garden, which was lit up at night and looked very pretty. The bathroom in the guest room felt a bit old, but nothing else bothered me. The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted, and it was a bit hot in September's lingering summer heat. Next time, I would like to stay in a room with a view of Tokyo Tower. As an exclusive Diamond member of Ikkyu, I was grateful to enjoy a 2:00 PM check-in, free parking (until midnight the next day), and a 12:00 PM late check-out, allowing me to relax and take my time. The free Prince Hotel shuttle bus, which circulates from the Prince Hotel near the station to the Sakura Tower Hotel, Takanawa Hotel, and New Takanawa Hotel, was also very helpful.

    The garden was also wonderful, and I was able to spend an elegant time as if I were in a summer resort, even though it is in the city. I will use it again.

    Enjoy the Grand Prince Hotel to the fullest!

    This time, the plan allowed us to use the club lounges at both Shin-Takanawa and Takanawa, so we could enjoy a double experience from tea time to cocktail time, which felt luxurious. It was a hot day, but the beautiful garden trees provided nice shade, making it enjoyable to move between the lounges. Both lounges were lovely and relaxing. The room was spacious, which was nice, but the balcony felt scary with the floor feeling unstable, so I ended up not going outside. It was good to have two sinks in the bathroom, but it was very annoying that the automatic toilet lid would open every time I went to the sink at the back. The toilet space also felt cramped. Additionally, the depth of the sofa seat in the room was too much, making it difficult to lean back when sitting, and I wondered if it was designed for people with a foreign body type. Overall, including the single-seater sofa, the seating was uncomfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety, was visually appealing, delicious, and very satisfying. Considering everything, it was great to enjoy such a plan at an early bird discount price.

    I booked with lounge...

    I booked with lounge access again this time, but to be honest, the lounge food was disappointing! Moreover, the cocktail time was only 45 minutes, which defeats the purpose of having a lounge. The selling point of the Takanawa Prince's lounge was that you could visit three locations, but I'm disappointed! It needs improvement! I don't think I want to use it again.

    I usually stayed at Takanawa, but this time I stayed at Shin-Takanawa for the first time in a while. This place is large and has a lot of people coming and going, but the floor I stayed on this time was very quiet and comfortable. I'll book here again next week.
