    This is my second time using the club floor. The service, atmosphere, and consistent excellence remain unchanged. Club floor hopping was enjoyable, the greenery in the garden was refreshing, and both the night view and illuminations were beautiful. The meals and other offerings were consistently delicious. I definitely want to use it at least once a year and continue to do so regularly in the future. The friend I brought along was visiting for the first time and was very satisfied. The price is also a great deal, and we took advantage of the benefits through IKYU.com, including early check-in and late check-out. Thank you very much. I will visit again.

    That's unfortunate.

    Last year, I stayed at Hanaka Road and was able to use the lounges of three hotels, and the garden was beautiful, so this time I chose Shintakanawa. Since it's Shintakanawa, I thought it would be newer than Takanawa, but the guest rooms were old, and the bathroom was disappointing. I used the spa, so I didn't use the bath, only my elderly mother did. I think the price is cheap, but since it's a famous hotel in Shinagawa, I felt that a renovation was necessary. The breakfast was delicious.

    Corner King Room, the cleaning at this Hotel is indeed lacking, the corners are dirty. One of the four pillows in this Room smells! It has a terrible body odor, it's disgusting, please replace it immediately. It's noticeable even from 30 centimeters away. Furthermore, the humidifier makes a clicking sound every 15 seconds, you can hear it while lying in bed, try it, it took 30 minutes to find the source of the sound. It bothered me all night. I'll stop complaining since the price is cheap, but this place is not good.

However, it would be nice if the room temperature could be a little higher.     Reasonable Hotel

    This time, I stayed because the water heater at my mother's house, who lives near the hotel, broke down. It's been a while since I stayed, but there were many self-service areas like check-in. Perhaps it's the trend of the times... I thought it might be difficult for my mother to check in by herself, but I assume the staff would assist in such cases. Since it's an old hotel, the room was relatively spacious and had been renovated, so it didn't feel too old and was a comfortable space. At this price, considering the recent surge in hotel prices, it was really reasonable and helpful.

    The bathroom is

    The toilet, the area around the toilet, and the area around the bathtub were extremely dirty. Especially around the toilet, there was such a large amount of dust that it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned for days. Although cleaning may be the job of foreign workers, it seems necessary for staff to have a system to check. Seeing such a state of cleanliness makes me suspect that the linens and glassware might also be dirty.

    I use this place frequently. The cleaning is inadequate; there is trash left everywhere, and the vacuuming is not thorough. If I start listing everything, it would be endless. The most unpleasant part was the bathroom. The upper part of the sink is covered in black mold and dust. While washing my hands, black particles inexplicably fall into the sink from above. It's disgusting. Out of morbid curiosity, I took a closer look, and it was incredibly filthy. I've attached a photo. Could you please check a bit more thoroughly? I would like the staff to be instructed to vacuum every corner and clean the bathroom thoroughly. Could you also improve the breakfast at the club lounge? It's shabby, cheap, and lacks variety, and on top of that, it's not tasty. It would be much better to go to the buffet at Zakaruzaka (Zakaruzaka). I would prefer to have breakfast at Shimizu (Shimizu).

    Convenient and luxurious

    Conveniently located near Shinagawa Station. The lobby is very luxurious, and there is a Japanese garden and pool where you can take a walk, illuminated at night. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom was large, with a bathtub that allowed for a relaxing soak. Breakfast included a bowl with salmon roe, a variety of bread, and a live kitchen corner, offering high-quality Japanese and Western options. Both the access and quality were highly satisfying.

    I requested a room near the elevator due to my injury, but I was given a room on a higher floor with a view of the Tokyo Tower. I spent the whole night enjoying the view without closing the curtains! The elevator, which can be accessed with a room key, provides a sense of security. For breakfast, I chose the Japanese option as the buffet was crowded. The service at the front desk was excellent, and I would love to stay again! Thank you!

    I heard that there is a gym equipped, but there are two running machines, one of which is broken, and there are no strength training machines. I brought my workout clothes because it was supposed to be available 24 hours, but it was meaningless.

    The service at the Hotel has improved compared to before, and it was nice that the Room had a balcony with beautiful modern art in frames. It was unfortunate that there was no clock among the amenities, and I had to set it myself after it was delivered later. The restaurant was delicious, and I enjoyed the meal. Thank you.

    1. I was kept waiting at check-in due to handling foreign guests. Previously, I used to book through the Seibu Prince Club, so I was a Gold member and had a separate check-in counter, but since booking through Ikkyu, I have been downgraded. Even though I stay here nearly 10 times a year, it doesn't sit well with me. I hope Ikkyu can do something about this. 2. The explanation for the automatic check-in machine was insufficient. 3. The guidance on site was given in a commanding tone, which was unpleasant. Please improve this.

    I visited for the first time in years.

    I often use Takanawa, and it has been a really long time since I stayed at Shin-Takanawa. The service and the club lounge are impeccable, but I have two complaints. One is that the check-in counter takes too long. Can't it be done a bit faster? The second is that the toilet in the room is cold. Other than that, I have no complaints.

    I have used both the Shin-Takanawa Prince Hotel and the Shinagawa Prince Hotel about three times each for business trips. Since I had only stayed at the Shinagawa Prince before, this was my first stay at the Shin-Takanawa Prince Hotel. I was surprised that check-in and check-out were done by machine. The room was clean, spacious, and relaxing. The bathroom was also spacious and nice, but it was troublesome that water inevitably spilled and the floor got wet. My wife was very satisfied with staying in a work by Togo Murano, except for the bathroom. We had breakfast at ZAKURO. Most of the guests were from overseas. It seemed like only the couple next to us and we were Japanese. The food was very delicious, and I appreciated that they kept replenishing everything until the end.

    Grand Prince Hotel New Takanawa

    Stayed at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa last year. The room was larger and slightly cheaper than the Shin Takanawa this time. I could hear the noise from the neighboring room more in Shin Takanawa. In Takanawa, I couldn't hear it. I would like to stay at Takanawa in the future.
