  Insufficient cleaning

  The cleaning of the toilet was inadequate, so I had my room changed, but the new room also had dust accumulated in various places. The dust on the folding stand for placing bags was particularly bad. With the cleaning in that state, I didn't feel like using the glasses in the room, and I couldn't relax in the room. I think a clean room is the minimum quality expected. The cocktail time menu at the club lounge was also poor, and the menu and staff at the lounge of the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa were better. The breakfast menu was also not great... The main bar Asama was spacious, and I was able to enjoy my drinks leisurely. I used it for the first time because it was cheap, but it turned out to be a disappointing stay.
