    Excellent!

    Thank you as always. I love the spaciousness, height, luxury, and oriental atmosphere of the lobby. Also, it's enjoyable to have dining choices as you can select restaurants from the Prince hotel chain.

    This is my second stay. The front desk staff were very accommodating, and I appreciated the smooth handling of the courier service.

    Important Notes for Using the Bath

    If you soak in the bathtub with the toilet lid left open, you may be surprised to see black stains on the underside of the toilet seat right in front of you. We recommend closing the toilet lid and using the shower curtain while bathing. For cleaning, it may help to keep in mind that, from the bathtub’s position, areas not easily visible from above can come into view. The lounge and staff service were perfect—thank you very much.

    To meet your requests

    Since this stay was booked at the last minute, I couldn't get the desired double room and reserved a twin instead. When I asked at check-in if it was possible to change to a double room, the female staff member who assisted me and the manager (?) at the front desk checked the room availability for me, and as a result, I was able to change to a double room. Their prompt response to my sudden request made for a satisfying stay. I am extremely grateful to the two front desk staff members who assisted me.

    A long-established hotel with a Japanese garden

    This time, I used the club floor and was able to enjoy the lounges at both the New Takanawa and Takanawa hotels, and the food was delicious. When moving between lounges, I could take a stroll through the beautiful Japanese garden, which was lit up at night and looked very pretty. The bathroom in the guest room felt a bit old, but nothing else bothered me. The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted, and it was a bit hot in September's lingering summer heat. Next time, I would like to stay in a room with a view of Tokyo Tower. As an exclusive Diamond member of Ikkyu, I was grateful to enjoy a 2:00 PM check-in, free parking (until midnight the next day), and a 12:00 PM late check-out, allowing me to relax and take my time. The free Prince Hotel shuttle bus, which circulates from the Prince Hotel near the station to the Sakura Tower Hotel, Takanawa Hotel, and New Takanawa Hotel, was also very helpful.

    It was comfortable!!!!!!

    The garden was also wonderful, and I was able to spend an elegant time as if I were in a summer resort, even though it is in the city. I will use it again.

    A little more

    I think it would be nice if the food were delicious. There's a lounge and a sauna, and it's close to the station, and the price is reasonable, but...
