    The service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was very delicious. The amenities were more business-like compared to a Resort Hotel.

    Anniversary Use

    It was a pleasure to stay here again after a long time. As expected from a prestigious place, everything was perfect. We had planned to go out after check-in, but it was so comfortable that both my wife and I fell into a deep sleep without realizing it. Haha In the end, we didn't step out of the Hotel until check-out and truly relaxed. We will definitely use your services again. Thank you very much.

    The view is outstanding.

    I used the lounge. The view was amazing, and I could see planes landing at Itami Airport one after another. The night view was also spectacular. Additionally, during downtime, the bed was prepared, and all the trash and used towels were replaced with new ones, allowing me to spend my time comfortably. The hospitality of all the staff members was also excellent. I would love to stay at the Property again.

    The staff's service was excellent.

    This time, I arrived at the Hotel before the check-in time, but I was very grateful to be allowed to check in as the Room was ready. The Room was spacious, and the bathroom was splendid. I had breakfast at Nadaman, and the ingredients were good and delicious. As always, the service provided by the front desk staff and concierge was excellent, allowing me to relax comfortably. If I may say, I felt that the food offerings in the Imperial Lounge during the day and night were less compared to other Hotel club lounges, and I would appreciate it if this could be improved.

    I was able to relieve stress.

    I was able to relax. Especially the bath. Every time, I am soothed by the bath with a washing area. Looking at the ceiling, I shout "Awesome, it feels great." It's truly a stress-free bathroom. It's my favorite place. The meals at the restaurant were delicious, and I enjoyed my staycation.
