    The hospitality of the staff was wonderful, and I thought it was indeed the Imperial Hotel. The mattress and pillows on the bed were very comfortable according to my preference. I would like to visit again.

    The presence of our staff is a treasure!

    This time, it was my first stay in about a year. What made me happiest was being able to see the staff I reunited with after a year, still working hard as ever, and seeing them promoted and thriving in their respective departments. Meeting all these wonderful staff members truly made my heart leap with joy! In particular, someone who was a bell staff with a fresh demeanor when I first met them a few years ago had become a bell captain this time. Their impressive and dignified presence as they worked briskly was shining and wonderful, and it made me very happy! Also, despite my birthday having passed at the end of last month, I was unexpectedly touched by the words of celebration and thoughtfulness from all the staff. The Imperial Lounge remains a place where you can spend time peacefully, and the plate with four small dishes, including appetizers, pairs excellently with wine and other drinks. Enjoying conversations with the staff or savoring a drink alone while gazing at the scenery was a truly happy moment. This club lounge, unlike other hotels, is exclusive to guests, with no visitor settings outside of stays, and entry for small children is restricted. Instead of a bustling buffet-style meal service, there is a corner with high-quality hotel financiers, cookies, chocolates, and rice crackers as tea snacks. You can enjoy a leisurely time with plates served to each table at different times, promising a sophisticated, elegant, and calm time for adults only. I really love this atmosphere! I must emphasize again that this hotel has many wonderful staff members whom I absolutely want to meet again! I have been visiting here for meals and stays for nearly ten years, and being able to see and greet the staff who have been here since the beginning, even if their departments or positions have changed, made me realize once again how truly happy I am. For me, the purpose might be more about meeting these wonderful people than just going for a stay. Certainly, for a hotel, the evolution of the physical aspects might be important, but at Imperial Hotel Osaka, the presence of the wonderful staff, like treasures, always makes me feel happy, leading to a fulfilling stay!

    A dream Hotel you want to stay at least once

    I had the opportunity to walk along the river and looked up at the tall hotel, thinking I would like to stay there once. My daughter remembered this and gave me the opportunity as a birthday present. The flowers displayed in the lobby were splendid, and the flowers inside the elevator were real. In fact, a week before, I went to the Rihga Royal Hotel, but the flowers in the elevator were artificial, so I was impressed by the attention to detail in the hospitality at the Imperial Hotel. The room may feel a bit old, but it is clean, and the housekeeping is thorough. We always tend to stay at the property until the last minute before checkout, and often get annoyed by the noise of cleaning in rooms that have checked out early, but here it was cleaned quietly, allowing us to relax until the very end. It is a hotel I would definitely like to visit again.

    Finally, my desire t...

    Finally, my desire to stay in a Snoopy Room has been fulfilled. From the room to the cups and even the hairdryer, everything was Snoopy-themed. The doorman Snoopy and the mat had a worn-out feel, but it brought back nostalgic memories of my childhood when I loved Snoopy and had plush toys as big as or bigger than the doorman Snoopy. It's a room that evokes nostalgia. I wondered if some of the facilities had been renovated. Overall, it had a nostalgic feel. I thought it would be nice if there was a Snoopy channel, just like the Takarazuka channel in the Hankyu series. For meals, we had lunch at the restaurant upstairs upon arrival. The lobster was plump and delicious. It was a bit disappointing that the bread wasn't warm. Since the room was the main attraction, we had room service for dinner, mainly Chinese cuisine. We intended to have a light meal, but the portions of fried rice and yakisoba were larger than expected, leaving us very full. The taste was generally mild, which suited my family's preference. I liked the refreshing almond tofu. For breakfast, I was eagerly waiting for the "Snoo-pan." I wondered if it would be bread or pancakes, and it turned out to be bread. The taste was, well, like a regular roll bread, but it lifted my spirits. This time, there were three of us, and I had the extra bed, but it was creaky and not very comfortable. If I have the chance again, I'd like to visit alone and relax.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    All the staff members were kind. Even with a simple greeting, their smiles felt natural and heartfelt. They responded politely to even the smallest questions, and I felt a kindness as if they were thinking, "Feel free to ask anything you don't know." I was anxious traveling alone for the first time, but thanks to all the staff I interacted with, I was able to spend my time comfortably and with peace of mind. Thank you very much.

    Anniversary Use

    It was a pleasure to stay here again after a long time. As expected from a prestigious place, everything was perfect. We had planned to go out after check-in, but it was so comfortable that both my wife and I fell into a deep sleep without realizing it. Haha In the end, we didn't step out of the Hotel until check-out and truly relaxed. We will definitely use your services again. Thank you very much.

    The view is outstanding.

    I used the lounge. The view was amazing, and I could see planes landing at Itami Airport one after another. The night view was also spectacular. Additionally, during downtime, the bed was prepared, and all the trash and used towels were replaced with new ones, allowing me to spend my time comfortably. The hospitality of all the staff members was also excellent. I would love to stay at the Property again.
