  You can feel at ease.

  The staff provided pleasant service, and the restaurant recommended for dinner was delicious, making for an enjoyable stay. The location is excellent, and I will definitely use this Hotel again when I visit Kumamoto. Above all, it is a Hotel where you can stay with peace of mind.

  It seems to be part of the same group as Kyoto Hotel Okura, and it was a comfortable hotel with high hospitality. It was also conveniently located near the downtown area.

  Very convenient for getting anywhere as it is located in the center of Kumamoto City. The hotel staff were all excellent in their service, making for a very pleasant trip to Kumamoto. Thank you very much, I will use it again!
