  A very cozy hotel

  Enjoying the seasonal fruits of Yamanashi, the kingdom of fruits such as peaches, plums, and grapes, while relaxing at this hotel is a truly luxurious experience. Sipping morning coffee while gazing at the Kofu Basin below, or savoring exquisite French cuisine while admiring the night view of the Kofu Basin, offers an extraordinary time and space. What makes this hotel so comfortable are the staff members. The front desk and restaurant staff are very attentive yet interact with guests in a natural manner. This is likely what makes the Fruit Park Fujiya Hotel so approachable. It seems that many guests are repeat visitors, and this might be the reason why.

  It was a good holiday.

  I had a two-night plan without meals, but I called the hotel directly and arranged to have meals included. All the hotel staff were full of hospitality, making it a very satisfying holiday, and the weather was also good, allowing for a comfortable stay. The meals were delicious and enjoyable. I stay here every year, and I feel that the quality of the staff is improving year by year.

  Excellent service

  First and foremost, the high level of staff training is noteworthy. I was impressed by the staff who greeted us with smiles from check-in to check-out. I believe this is a result of the thorough employee training by the Fujiya Group. I chose French cuisine, which exceeded my expectations and was very satisfying. The hot spring was at a comfortable temperature, allowing me to soak for a long time and feel rejuvenated. We were upgraded to a better room and enjoyed a wonderful night while gazing at the night view. I visit Katsunuma every year for grape picking, and this hotel has become a place I would like to revisit as one of my bases.
