    I’m always satisfied.

I visited Yamanashi for peach picking and stayed at this Hotel. Starting with the peach parfait on the day of arrival, I enjoyed a small-portion dinner, a Japanese set breakfast, and even lunch by the Fuefuki River. The lunch was a delightful “Kizahashi” course featuring small servings of various dishes, thoughtfully arranged so that nothing overlapped with breakfast except for the dessert jelly. The Onsen was relaxing, and as always, the staff were courteous and attentive. I left very satisfied—thank you very much.

Next year marks our 30th anniversary.

For the past several years, we have stayed here two or three times a year. At our home, a stay at Fujiya Hotel has become an annual tradition: April for peaches and cherry blossoms, July for peaches and plums, and September for grapes. A few impressions of Fruit Park Fujiya Hotel. First, the staff always welcome us with smiles and are very kind. Even on a first visit, there is none of the tension you might expect at a high-class Resort Hotel. Second, the wonderful views. I believe this is the only Hotel where you can look out over the Kofu Basin from below. The night view while enjoying dinner is also beautiful. It feels completely different from dinner at home—an extraordinary time and place that adds a special touch to everyday life. Third, the dining. We choose French cuisine for dinner. I heard the chef has recently changed, and compared with before, the dishes feel more colorful. The appetizers and desserts are especially vibrant (see attached photos). Of course they taste great, but it’s also a pleasure to enjoy food that is visually beautiful. The staff are very attentive as well. For breakfast we choose Western-style options. It’s nice to have several egg dishes to choose from—my favorite is the Spanish omelet. I also look forward to the fruit for dessert. I understand that next year (September 2027) will mark your 30th anniversary since opening. It seems some staff members have been here since then as well, and I feel that the traditions of Fujiya Hotel are being carried on and further developed. With so much change in today’s hotel industry, it’s reassuring to stay at a Hotel that remains true to its core values. This is an essential part of our family’s yearly tradition.

This Hotel is an excellent choice for enjoying the Hotel experience. I was very satisfied with both the service and the taste of the Western-style breakfast, but it was difficult for older guests because there were no à la carte options for dinner (it’s hard to eat a full course every night).

The meals were delicious, and we had a comfortable stay.

I visited in July this time because I wanted to come during peach season. We arrived early and had a peach fruit parfait, which was delicious. The front desk and all the staff were kind, and we were able to have another wonderful stay. We would like to visit again in October.

Both the meals and the Onsen are excellent.

This time, I stayed here with a relative who had been saying for a long time that they wanted to visit. We arrived early, so we had the peach parfait—so delicious it was truly moving. They were happy to finally try it. Since there were four of us, we stayed in a spacious Japanese-Western style Room. It was very large and even had two toilets, so we could relax comfortably. The course meal was also genuinely delicious, and everyone went back for more bread—we were completely satisfied. The night view was beautiful as well. We were able to enjoy the Onsen many times at a leisurely pace. After resting well, we enjoyed the blissful morning bath. I loved the omelet breakfast, and I was especially happy that my sister—who usually eats small portions—said it was truly delicious and ate well. Above all, what makes this Hotel wonderful is the thoughtfulness of the staff. This time as well, they noticed at check-in that we had bought peaches and kindly set up the table so we could eat them in our Room. They also looked out for us at checkout for the parfait when we forgot about coupons and such. They always think naturally about their guests in every little way, and I’m impressed every time. We have stayed here many times already, but it’s a Hotel I want to keep coming back to again and again. It was unfortunate that the weather wasn’t good this time and I couldn’t show them Mt. Fuji from this beautiful Hotel, but they still said they enjoyed it even more than expected. Thank you very much for such wonderful memories.

A wonderful location and consistently comfortable service

We stayed with my parents and daughter to celebrate my father’s 88th birthday, as a group of adults. This Hotel is on a hill, and the views from the Room, restaurant, and many other areas are wonderful—mountains, vineyards, and the night scenery. At check-in and throughout the restaurant and other facilities, we felt the staff provided warm, unobtrusive, heartfelt service. As expected of Fujiya Hotel. Wheelchairs are available in various areas, and the restaurant menus use larger print that is easy to read—thoughtful services that are friendly for elderly guests as well. We also enjoyed the peach parfait, and morning coffee on the terrace was lovely. My parents were delighted, and we would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Exceptional hospitality

This was my first stay, and every staff member I met in the Hotel offered truly wonderful greetings and service. The meals were delicious, the service was attentive, and being able to enjoy several types of wine at the wine server corner was a great Facility for wine lovers. These days, when staying at foreign-owned Hotels, services are often simplified; however, this Hotel feels like it carries on Japan’s heartfelt hospitality from a better era. Thanks to the staff’s excellent attentiveness and consistently comfortable service, it became a wonderfully relaxing trip. Thank you very much. I would love to visit again.

A spacious Hotel set on expansive grounds.

This was my second stay at Fruit Park Fujiya Hotel. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great due to a typhoon, but it was wonderful to see Mt. Fuji appear after the rain. Both the Western and Japanese meals were delicious, and I found the staff’s service to be truly first-class. However, there is one disappointing point. As with my previous stay in a Deluxe Twin on the 4th floor, there is a smoking room directly in front of the Room. The moment I opened the door and stepped into the hallway, I could smell cigarette smoke, which was very discouraging. Even though this Hotel has plenty of space, I can’t understand why a smoking room is placed right outside guest Rooms. True service would be to locate it somewhere that does not affect other guests. It completely defeats the purpose of making a Reservation for a non-smoking Room. This is just my personal opinion, but I hope you will consider it.

    The trusted Fujiya brand

The location is excellent. Coffee on a refreshing morning is exceptional. The staff were also very helpful. They upgraded us to a larger Room, possibly because one was available. It was also nice to have towels provided in the bathroom.

Delicious meals and warm hospitality that will leave you fully satisfied.

This was my second visit after coming with a friend about six months ago and loving it, so we returned in a different season. Once again, we enjoyed delicious meals, relaxed in the Onsen while taking in the beautiful scenery, and truly unwound—feeling refreshed both physically and mentally. The sparkling wine for our toast was excellent, and the sangria we ordered again (because it was so good last time) was just as outstanding. The seasonal fruit parfait, morning coffee outdoors, and the wine server (the selection had changed since last time) are must-tries. The shop also offered not only souvenirs but also lovely women’s clothing and accessories, so my friend and I had fun browsing together and enjoyed shopping. Even though we had given up hope of seeing Mt. Fuji during the rainy season, we were incredibly lucky to catch a view at dinner. Beyond that, the Hotel offers breathtaking views overall—including the night scenery—and I found myself looking out from the window or outside again and again. All of the staff were very kind, and just like last time I had a comfortable stay—thank you very much. There were wonderful sofas and relaxing spots throughout beyond just our Room, and everything across the Hotel was spotless and beautifully maintained. My friend and I are already planning to return again. Each season has its own highlights along with seasonal cuisine, so we’re excited to decide when to visit next.

I stayed again for the first time in several years, and the service, meals, and Facility are still flawless. From the Room, I had a panoramic view of the city and enjoyed a luxurious time while taking in the night scenery. The Fruit Park is so well-equipped that you can’t possibly enjoy it all in a single day—perfect for families with children. I would definitely love to stay here for a third time someday.

A Hotel on a hill with stunning views and excellent hospitality.

We stayed again for our anniversary, returning after last year. This Hotel is perched on a hill, and the views are amazing! Just being there feels calming and relaxing. The service is also top-notch. In particular, the female staff member who seemed to be the front desk manager—if I remember correctly, she also handled our check-in last year—was perfect in every way: her smile, choice of words, and attentiveness. The restaurant staff were equally satisfying, and the food was delicious. The Japanese Black Wagyu steak we ordered for an additional fee was outstanding! Also, Fruit Park is right below the Hotel, which is perfect for playing with kids. Catching fish by hand and then grilling them over charcoal to eat on the spot was excellent! However, the Onsen was a bit disappointing. There was something like reddish scum floating on the surface of the open-air bath, and even though it’s continuously flowing and circulated, it felt like impurities weren’t being cleared away. I used it 2–3 times and saw it every time, so it didn’t seem temporary. The view from the Onsen is great as well, so I hope this will be improved—and we’d like to visit again.

    Just right in every way

The Fujiya Hotel Group is a hotel brand I have been very familiar with since childhood. However, the name “Fruit Park” had always made me hesitant to stay. I had assumed it would be an amusement-style hotel mainly for families, but it was far more comfortable than expected. Everything felt just right—the setting and the hospitality. It truly reflected the excellence of a long-established Japanese hotel group. I visit Yamanashi several times a year for cherries, peaches, and grapes, and I would love to stay again for a short break before returning to Tokyo. Thank you very much.

I stayed at this Hotel the other day. The staff provided attentive service, and everyone at the restaurant and front desk was very kind. Since the building is on a hill, the night view from the terrace was wonderful. In the morning, there was coffee service as well, so I could relax and enjoy the scenery. It was a shame that I couldn’t see Mt. Fuji clearly. Next time, I’d love to visit when my favorite fruit parfaits are in season. The meals were also very delicious. Thank you very much.

Perfect for adult couples to fully enjoy

We had been interested in this Accommodation for some time, but avoided it because we assumed it was mainly for families. (We are a middle-aged couple with no children.) The Accommodation we usually use on our trips to Yamanashi was fully booked, so we decided to give this one a try and made a Reservation for a Deluxe Twin Room. After staying here, our impression was: “An Accommodation that adult couples can truly enjoy.” We chose Japanese cuisine for both dinner and breakfast, and both were delicious. During our stay, we were able to relax and take our time—enjoying wine on the terrace while looking at Mt. Fuji (coffee in the morning), admiring the night view from our Room, and soaking in the spacious bath. We’re already talking about coming back because we’re curious about the teppanyaki and fruit parfait. We look forward to staying again.

Global warming? The cherry blossoms’ peak season has already passed.

In a typical year, mid-April is when the Kofu Basin turns pink with peach blossoms. With cherry blossoms and rapeseed flowers added, you can usually enjoy breathtaking scenery... but this year was different. Although we knew in advance, both the cherry and peach blossoms bloomed early, and by the time we visited in mid-April, the peach blossoms had already fallen—such a shame. When I mentioned this at the Hotel, a staff member said apologetically, “This year they fell earlier than ever...” I found it quite endearing. Since these are staff members who always take good care of us, we ended up having a lively and enjoyable conversation centered on the peach blossoms. We choose French cuisine for dinner every time, but apparently the chef has changed. The dishes had a slightly different style than before, yet we enjoyed them very much. The specially ordered Japanese Black Wagyu filet was especially delicious. So even though we didn’t get to see that pink carpet of petals, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel (and my wife seemed even happier after some shopping). We’re planning to visit again in July to look for Yamanashi’s peaches and plums—the “Fruit Kingdom”—and a staff member told us, “The harvest season may come earlier as well. Please feel free to contact us anytime.” To everyone at the front desk and restaurant who always treats us with such kindness and care—thank you again for everything on this visit too.

A spring getaway soothed by a carpet of fresh greenery and warm hospitality

I visited in the third week of April using public transportation. The peach blossoms were just past their peak, but instead the mountains were tinted a fresh pale green with new buds, and I was able to take a walk through breathtaking scenery that felt like a “carpet of fresh greenery.” On the way back from an early-morning visit to Hottarakashi Onsen, the time I spent walking while watching the mountains change moment by moment was an irreplaceably luxurious experience. Throughout my stay, I was continually impressed by the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail. From arranging an early-morning taxi, to refilling my water bottle at the café, to recommending a fruit shop, everyone kindly helped me with a smile in every situation, and I felt at ease from start to finish. Even after checkout, I continued to enjoy myself and am grateful that I could spend such relaxing time throughout the Hotel. It was a wonderful Accommodation that made me want to return.

As expected from Fujiya Hotel quality.

Stayed again this year, following last year. The service quality was excellent, and we had a very comfortable stay. This time we chose a Japanese-style dinner and a Western-style breakfast, and both were delicious. The ingredients were classic, but prepared to Hotel quality and thoroughly enjoyable. Now we need to make our Reservation early for next year (lol).

    I had a pleasant stay.

The staff greeted us warmly at check-in with friendly smiles throughout. Both the Western-style dinner and the Japanese-style breakfast were delicious. I also appreciated the coffee service, though it was cold outside, so I think it would have been even nicer in a warmer season.

Majestic Views of Mount Fuji and Comfortable Service

After my visit in December, I planned to return during the season when the fruit is at its best, but I ended up coming back sooner than expected. Thank you for the wonderful surprise this time. Lovely Hina Dolls

This year again, I came to see the Hina dolls at Fruit Park. It was a slightly early White Day trip, and I requested this Hotel without hesitation. I arrived early and enjoyed the strawberry parfait I’d been looking forward to. The strawberries were juicy and delicious. I also love the white-bread sandwiches, so I ended up having one too. After that, I enjoyed the Onsen and a coin-operated massage chair, relaxing at an easy pace. I usually choose Western-style meals, but on the first night I had Japanese cuisine for dinner. Everything was delicious. I also love the hoto set meal for lunch, so I knew it would be good—but it was truly excellent. For breakfast, I had my usual favorite: the cheese omelet breakfast. Even though I’ve had it many times, it’s always genuinely delicious. With fruit and herbal tea as well, I was able to relax completely. Thank you very much.

The best of both a Resort Hotel and an Onsen Ryokan.

The Accommodation is located within Yamanashi Prefecture’s Fuefukigawa Fruit Park. Drawn by its elegant, Provence-inspired architecture in the style of southern France, we stayed here as a family for the first time. For families with children, it’s a great advantage to let the kids play to their heart’s content in the park before checking in. In addition to having all the essentials you’d expect from a Resort Hotel, it has been selected as one of Japan’s “New Three Great Night Views,” and the view from the guest rooms can only be described as spectacular. You can enjoy a truly luxurious time overlooking Fruit Park, the Kofu Basin, and Mt. Fuji. Dining offers a choice of Western or Japanese cuisine; this time we chose Western. The food was extremely delicious and the service from the staff was excellent, earning high praise from our whole family. The on-site Onsen is an alkaline simple hot spring that leaves your skin feeling wonderfully smooth. We stayed on a Friday, but it wasn’t crowded and we were able to relax and fully enjoy our time. If I had to mention one drawback, the free in-room Wi-Fi signal is somewhat weak, so those planning a workcation may want to bring their own Wi-Fi router. Next time, I’d like to stay again and try the Japanese meal option.

A serene stay that reflects the sincerity of traditional Japanese accommodation.

The moment I entered the room, I was amazed by the stunning view. From check-in to sunset, you can enjoy a luxurious time admiring the Kofu Basin and Mount Fuji. After playing to our hearts' content at the Fruit Park with my child, we relaxed together in the Onsen at the large public bath before heading straight to dinner. Dinner featured Japanese cuisine, and a kids' plate was also prepared, which was a big hit with my child. The whole family felt satisfied both in heart and stomach. At night, my child quickly fell asleep from exhaustion after all the fun, allowing my spouse and me to take turns enjoying a relaxing soak in the Onsen before going to bed earlier than usual. The next morning, we woke up early for an enjoyable walk. This accommodation does not emphasize an extraordinary experience but instead offers comfort as an extension of daily life with subtle yet high-quality hospitality that left a positive impression. There were many families with children staying here as well, and the staff's attentiveness was exceptional. Unlike overly theatrical luxury accommodations that have become more common recently, this place exudes sincerity and reliability as a Japanese accommodation—a space where families can relax without any pressure.
