    Beyond expectations!

    Finally, we managed to complete the Reservation and visited as a family of three. The color of the Sagami Bay, which we thought we were familiar with, was emerald green and surprising. It felt like being on a southern island! We could also see Mount Fuji, which made us feel so happy. The Room, bath, terrace, and pool were all beautifully maintained and comfortable. The service at the restaurant and bar was attentive to our needs; they even remembered our prior requests, which deeply impressed us. Needless to say, the food and drinks were delicious and visually stunning. We also enjoyed chatting with the staff members—it was delightful! It was an amazing two days. We hope to make another Reservation soon!

    An unparalleled experience.

    This was my first time staying at such a luxurious Hotel, and everything was exceptional. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed, and our car was taken care of and parked in the garage. Check-in was conducted while we sat on the sofa at the entrance, enjoying a welcome drink. The view from our Room offered a breathtaking panorama of Hayama's sea. The lighting, furniture, and other interior details reflected meticulous attention to detail, creating an elegant atmosphere. For dinner, we chose French cuisine as we wanted to dine while admiring the ocean view. Many dishes focused on local ingredients with creative presentations that delighted both taste and sight. I had planned a surprise proposal for my girlfriend during our stay, and the staff brought my vision to life with warm and sincere support throughout the process. It was evident that each staff member paid close attention to guests' needs with thoughtful actions, making it an incredibly comfortable experience. This is definitely a Hotel I would love to visit again someday!

    Disappointing Second Stay

    I was deeply impressed during my stay in March, but there was one thing I couldn't achieve. This time, I stayed again to try and accomplish it, despite confirming repeatedly beforehand. Unfortunately, it still wasn't fulfilled, which is extremely disappointing. It made me wonder if the management prioritizes wealthy guests staying in more expensive rooms above all else. As for the meals, while I praised them last time, this time they focused on summer cuisine with an overly strong seaside aroma that resulted in a disappointing French dish. Perhaps the poor seating also affected my perception of the taste. On a side note, at the hotel entrance during check-in hours, there were two vans parked with about ten surfers changing clothes—some even fully undressed—which was shocking to witness. Perhaps some measures could be taken to address this? This hotel does have many good points overall; I'm still considering whether to give it another try in the future.

    I have stayed at lux...

    I have stayed at luxury accommodations before, but this was the best trip ever. The food was absolutely outstanding. Hayama beef is my favorite, and among them, the Queen Beef had a perfect level of doneness. Even the plates were elegant modern Arita porcelain, allowing me to enjoy a delightful and happy time. Additionally, the view of Mount Fuji during dinner was breathtaking. The weather was favorable, which added to the experience, but even from the stylish room, the scenery was serene and allowed for a relaxing stay. Thank you for such a wonderful time!

    Thank you for the wonderful time.

    All the staff were wonderful and provided warm and pleasant service. I made the reservation as a treat for myself, and it turned out to be a delightful reward. Not only was the guest room excellent, but the view from the restaurant was also beautiful, creating great memories! The French cuisine was impressive with its attention to detail in presentation. The meat had just the right amount of fat and paired perfectly with wine for a delicious experience. This has become a place I want to visit again and again. Thank you very much!

    Thank you for your hospitality the other day. I had a relaxing time with my friend of 50 years. The food was absolutely delicious and very satisfying. I also appreciate the thoughtfulness of all the staff members. Thank you so much. I hope to visit again someday. If there were an open-air bath... it would be perfect to enjoy while gazing at the sea!

    Enjoyed the blue sea and sky.

    Close and charming, beautiful and satisfying, delicious and perfect! I stayed at such a wonderful hotel in Hayama. It felt like being in the South of France, with a sea view reminiscent of Hawaii. The sommelier's wine pairing was absolutely delightful. Breakfast made me feel like a celebrity. I definitely want to stay again!

    Thank you for an exceptional and luxurious experience.

    Climbing a steep slope, we were warmly welcomed by three staff members. At the lobby, we enjoyed a beautifully presented and delicious welcome drink, greeted with wonderful smiles from the staff before heading to our Room. From the spacious and comfortable Room after its renovation, we admired the soft emerald-green sea under cloudy skies—a moment when my family and I thought, "We want to visit again!" As it was our wedding anniversary, we were delighted by a charmingly beautiful dessert plate and surprise gift. Thank you for taking photos for us as well. Since it was an in-Room Plan, we enjoyed an exceptional meal at our own pace in the comfort of our Room. The friendly conversation with the staff who served us made it even more enjoyable. We would love to visit again during another season and are already looking forward to that time. Thank you for providing such an elegant and pleasant experience!

    We hope to welcome you again next year.

    Thank you for the warm welcome on our return visit after several years, even though our review is delayed due to our busy schedules. Looking back from the hustle and bustle of daily life, last month's multiple night stay felt like a dream come true. One reason we couldn't visit for a while was dealing with parental issues. Having been regular guests since our newlywed days, we’ve grown older and now face such challenges. While we wish to continue celebrating our wedding anniversaries with multiple night stays every year as before, it saddens us to think that next year might be uncertain due to these circumstances. The room's interior design, the terrace swing I loved, and complimentary drinks—all perfectly met our needs. We were glad as a couple that we visited after your renovations. It was delightful that Chef Tahara continues as head chef; his dishes remain consistent in quality but seem even more refined with upgraded ingredients. Above all, being able to enjoy rare Hayama beef without exception (laughs) brought us immense joy! Previously offering a prefix-style menu before renovations, the current omakase course minimizes food waste while enhancing quality—a point my spouse and I discussed as fellow business owners while savoring each dish. We also noticed how well-balanced the omakase course is compared to pre-renovation courses when by the third dish or so we'd feel full too soon! Despite its luxurious menu offerings now though—thanks perhaps partly due innovative cooking methods—we comfortably enjoyed everything through petit fours without feeling overstuffed. Lastly but importantly: heartfelt thanks go out towards all staff members who took care of us during this stay—especially Assistant Manager whose thoughtful gesture providing both business card & drink service left lasting impressions upon ourselves deeply appreciated indeed! Both husband-and-wife eagerly anticipate returning someday again celebrating another wedding anniversary together here soon hopefully!

    A Time for Relaxation

    I had been curious about this hotel for a long time, so I decided to stay to relax and unwind. When I opened the door to the room, the ocean was right in front of me! The room layout and facilities were stylish and spacious. The bathtub was adorable, and the amenities were well-stocked! It was an incredibly satisfying room. Both dinner and breakfast were meticulously prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious! The wine pairing and drinks at the bar were also excellent. What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality! From check-in to check-out, every staff member who assisted us was kind, with wonderful smiles and attentive service that left a lasting impression. The first day had cloudy skies, but by the next morning, it cleared up with blue skies—making it even more perfect! This is truly an outstanding hotel with high satisfaction in every aspect! Thanks to this experience, I enjoyed peaceful moments and felt deeply rejuvenated. I would love to visit again—highly recommended!

    It was a wonderful anniversary.

    We stayed here to celebrate our 45th wedding anniversary. Although it is relatively close to our home and we were aware of its existence, this was our first time staying here, and we had a wonderful experience. The dinner exceeded our expectations and was absolutely fantastic. The bathroom was clean, and the Facility was excellent; however, the bathtub felt a bit slippery and slightly high to step over. As we age further, it might feel unsafe due to the risk of slipping. It might be helpful to add more handrails or place something in front of the bathtub to create a step for easier access.

    The scenery, facilities, staff hospitality, meals—everything was top-notch and absolutely satisfying! Truly a hidden Resort Hotel for adults.     About 90 minutes from Tokyo, enjoy breathtaking views and a luxurious atmosphere reminiscent of an overseas resort! The French restaurant offers exquisite dishes, paired with exceptional wines for an unforgettable dining experience. Immerse yourself in this dreamlike escape—it’s truly extraordinary.     A wonderful accommodation by the sea

    The entrance is located at the top of a very steep slope. Valet service is available, so you can hand over your keys and have your car parked for you, giving a luxurious experience. This was my first time staying here, and it was truly an exceptional accommodation. Since the renovation was recent, the room featured state-of-the-art facilities everywhere, and everything was impeccably clean. The terrace railing was made of glass and polished to perfection, offering stunning views and a sense of openness from the jacuzzi. The bathroom in the room was also very spacious—large enough for two people—and surrounded by sparkling glass on all sides, providing excellent views as well. Both from the room and the restaurant, we had clear views of Mount Fuji. One minor concern is that being near a main road in this area means that traffic noise can sometimes be more noticeable than ocean waves from early morning until late at night; however, this is beyond what any hotel can control. Dinner was absolutely outstanding. The seaside seating in the restaurant features semi-cylindrical round glass enclosures; among them, there’s a prime seat in the center with 180-degree panoramic views where we enjoyed breathtaking sunset scenery. My partner sat at what they said used to be Michael Jackson's seat! Most importantly though, every dish—from presentation to taste—was exquisite. Particularly memorable were the perfectly cooked spiny lobster and aged Hayama beef. With such an extensive menu selection, one might expect at least one dish to fall short; however, every course from appetizers to dessert exceeded expectations. The next morning's breakfast was delivered to our room so we could enjoy it on our terrace—it too was delicious with generous portions that we happily finished entirely! Sipping coffee while feeling the sea breeze made for an unforgettable start to our day. The bar here has always been my favorite spot because when seated at its counter height level viewlines perfectly hide nearby roads while showcasing only serene horizons across open waters—but since renovations now limit access exclusively for guests staying overnight rather than allowing walk-ins solely visiting bars themselves anymore unfortunately restricts broader public enjoyment opportunities previously available before changes implemented recently occurred instead nowadays exclusively reserved solely towards accommodating current overnight guest preferences primarily prioritized accordingly instead overall nonetheless still remains highly recommended destination worth revisiting whenever possible future occasions arise again someday soon hopefully eventually once     Delicious French Cuisine in Shonan After a Long Time

    Before the holiday rush, I visited Shonan after a long time. The Facility has been renovated, and the Room was very comfortable. The French cuisine was served in a relaxed atmosphere, with precise service and excellent wine selection, allowing me to enjoy delicious dishes after a while. It was a Hotel where I had such a pleasant time that I would like to visit again during an off-season period.

    Excellent service, stunning views, and well-equipped facilities made for a truly fulfilling stay. From the artificial Onsen infinity pool, you can enjoy views of Mount Fuji and the sunset on clear days. The free-flow wine and other beverages available in the lobby are also a delightful touch. We look forward to visiting again for our anniversary next year.

    It was a comfortable Hotel.

    The staff provided excellent and pleasant service. Both dinner and breakfast featured exquisite, carefully prepared dishes. I was able to relax and unwind after a long time. The muffins I bought as souvenirs were also incredibly delicious.

    Make your second stay even more wonderful!

    This was my second stay after a year. I was truly surprised that the staff remembered me even after a year! Not only that, but they were very concerned about my mother, who accompanied me last time but couldn't come this time due to health issues. Their thoughtfulness made me very happy. The room was as clean, spacious, stylish, and comfortable as ever! This time I enjoyed teppanyaki for dinner—every dish including vegetables, seafood, and meat was fresh and absolutely delicious! The chef who handled the grilling also engaged in just the right amount of conversation, making it a wonderful dinner experience. Both the room and meals were excellent, and all the staff provided outstanding service. It turned out to be a completely satisfying stay. I hope to visit again soon without waiting another year!

    A Blissful Moment

    Although the weather was unfortunately rainy, it turned out to be a very satisfying trip with my son thanks to the hotel's excellent hospitality and cuisine. It was such a wonderful hotel that I immediately made a reservation for August, this time including my husband as well. I am already excited and looking forward to better weather next time, hoping to catch a view of Mount Fuji.

    It was a bit disappointing.

    The location, view, and meals are excellent. However, the prioritization of regular guests was noticeable from check-in, which made the stay disappointing. During dinner, guests who appeared to be regulars were speaking loudly at the next table, ruining the otherwise wonderful meal and making me want to leave the restaurant quickly. While I understand the importance of valuing regular customers, I hope this can be managed within reasonable limits.

    Memorable Staff and Location

    We stayed here for our first couple's getaway. The weather was perfect, and we enjoyed a stunning sunset, which became our LINE profile picture. Dinner was a delicious teppanyaki meal prepared right in front of us by the chef, as we were the only guests that evening. The fresh spiny lobster was so lively it was still moving—an unforgettable experience! Next time, we look forward to receiving some fresh octopus from the front desk staff as a special treat. We are grateful for meeting such wonderful people during this trip.

    A Place You’ll Love

    Visited after a year, and it’s still amazing! The room, the view, the meals, the desserts, and the hospitality—everything was perfect. This time we were lucky with the weather and could see Mt. Fuji from our room! One of the great things about this accommodation is being able to head straight to your room after enjoying a delicious meal made with plenty of local ingredients. The restaurant is exclusively for guests, so it’s very calm with attentive service. We were delighted that someone at the restaurant remembered us from last year’s visit. We’ll be back again!

    The Perfect Retreat

    We stayed with our beloved dog under the Plan that allows pets. It was amazing to enjoy a delicious French full-course meal while admiring the panoramic ocean view with our dog. Just an hour's drive from Tokyo, it's the perfect vacation spot. For small dogs, please be cautious of hawks.
