    The Room was comfortable, and the location was excellent.

    Stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room for 4 adults. It had 2 beds, a sofa bed, and a single bed, all comfortable for a good night's sleep. There was even a three-sided mirror dresser with actress-style lighting. The view from the room was great, and we enjoyed Onsen in the private bathroom. Being right in front of Fukushima Station was convenient, yet it was quiet due to the high floor. There's also a Tully's Coffee on the first floor and plenty of dining options nearby.

    Relaxing Onsen, Disappointing Breakfast

    Relaxed in a clean room and enjoyed the Onsen. The breakfast is usually delicious, but during my recent stay, the rice at breakfast had an unpleasant smell (like it had been kept warm for too long), which was very disappointing.

    I had a relaxing time!

    It was my first time using it, and being right in front of Fukushima Station was really helpful. I reached the Hotel with almost no walking. It's also great that it's close to JR Osaka Station.

    Stability

    I frequently use this service recently. The best point is that the room's bathtub provides natural Onsen water! There are also new delicious restaurants around the hotel, and its proximity to Umeda and Kitashinchi makes it very convenient. Additionally, it's easy to access the Expo venue smoothly from Fukushima Station, which I find very handy.

    Great location and excellent Onsen

    Located right next to JR Fukushima Station (just one stop from JR Osaka Station = Umeda). There are plenty of restaurants in the building next to the Hotel and within a 5-minute walking distance, offering great dining options. Convenience stores and drugstores are also nearby, making it very convenient. The Room was spacious with a nice view, allowing for a comfortable stay. However, as the facilities are older, some features like separate hot and cold water faucets were noticeable. Despite having an Onsen, the unit bath setup was slightly disappointing. For those needing luggage storage on checkout day, coin lockers were available.

    Available for use during the Expo.

    Stayed for one night with my wife to visit the Expo. I had been using this accommodation for about 20 years, but it had been a while since my last visit, and I was surprised to find that check-in was now automated. The front desk staff kindly guided us through the process, and we checked in without any issues. The onsen experience in the private bathtub remains as enjoyable as before. Breakfast was satisfying in both variety and taste. I requested an omelet, which they made perfectly, but unfortunately, they couldn't make a fried egg—this was the only minor disappointment.

    Available for use during the Expo

    Stayed for the Expo. Everything was excellent. Although the quad room felt a bit tight, it was great to have four beds including a sofa bed, which is rare in a Hotel. The Onsen was fantastic as well. Both parents and children were thrilled to relax and recover from the fatigue of the Expo. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Available for use during the Expo

    I used this accommodation to visit the Expo. Since I have no familiarity with Osaka, last year when I visited Universal Studios Japan, I stayed near there for convenience. However, when researching accommodations near the Expo venue in Yumeshima, it was unclear what options were available. I chose this hotel because it is close to the station, has restaurants nearby, and even includes an onsen. It was the right choice! On the day of my stay, they kindly stored my luggage at the cloakroom early in the morning. The process was very smooth. Since it's close to the station, it only took about 10 minutes round trip to drop off my luggage and return to Fukushima Station. To get to the Expo from Fukushima Station requires a transfer at Bentencho Station. There were plenty of signs along the way, so I had no trouble reaching Yumeshima. After returning to the hotel, I soaked in my room's onsen and relieved all my fatigue from visiting the Expo. The next day as well, they kindly stored my luggage while I went back to enjoy another day at the Expo. For breakfast options on a budget, you can use their café on the first floor or visit nearby fast food places or coffee shops. As per reviews I'd read beforehand—it truly lived up to expectations! If you're considering accommodations for your visit to Expo Osaka 2025 (or any other event), I highly recommend this place. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Enjoying an Onsen in your room is delightful.

    Just a 1-minute walk from Fukushima Station, making it very convenient. The biggest attraction is that you can enjoy an Onsen bath even without a large public bath. Disposable slippers are not provided, so we recommend bringing your own if needed. I had a comfortable stay. Thank you!

    Conveniently located for a comfortable stay.

    The location is excellent. It was convenient to drop off large luggage before heading to the Expo (some items could cost 10,000 yen during the Expo). There are many delicious restaurants nearby, making it an ideal accommodation for the Expo. As for amenities, it was a bit disappointing that there was no lotion, but the Onsen was perfect for soothing my tired body after walking. I also appreciated the provided bottled water.

    Excellent location

    I stayed with a No Meals Included plan to join a bus tour. Although I was worried due to unfamiliarity with the area, there are many izakayas and dining options nearby. The Room bath provides Onsen water, which is wonderful. It would have been even better if it were a separate type... Amenities are standard, but having a stand-up mirror is GOOD! The view from the Room is also GOOD!

    Ideal for business u...

    Ideal for business use. Conveniently located near Fukushima Station, with a limousine bus from Itami Airport stopping at the hotel, though not very frequent. While breakfast was not included this time, there is a Tully's Coffee on the first floor and a FamilyMart nearby for added convenience. Fukushima may not be as vibrant as Umeda, but it offers plenty of dining options and a comfortable atmosphere. I have stayed at this accommodation multiple times before; the rooms are relatively spacious and comfortable. I plan to stay here again during my work trip in July.

    Convenient access from the airport

    Stayed at this accommodation for its convenient access via limousine bus, as I arrived late at night with luggage and wanted to avoid transfers. The next morning was planned for Universal Studios Japan, so I skipped the spa and enjoyed the onsen in the room instead. Breakfast was easily arranged at the convenience store within the premises. For dinner, Osaka Ohsho next door was a quick and convenient option. It was also easy to reach Universal Studios Japan by train from Fukushima Station nearby. I would love to stay here again as a pre-visit accommodation when going to Universal Studios Japan!

    The guestroom's bath...

    The guestroom's bathtub is filled with Onsen water, so I always stay here if there are vacancies when planning to stay in Osaka. This time, I stayed again because the Expo has opened. To conclude, the Hotel's access to the Expo was more convenient than expected. From Fukushima Station right in front of the Hotel, you can smoothly reach the venue by subway or shuttle bus, which was great. Even if you take a taxi to the Expo site, although it costs a bit more, you'll arrive very quickly. Highly recommended for those planning to visit the Expo!

    No issues.

    I don't like unit baths, so I prefer separate bathrooms and toilets, but this time I decided to compromise. It's great that you can enjoy the onsen. The view from the room was excellent, and it was spacious and comfortable. During breakfast, a foreign guest was filming videos near the buffet area. It seemed more focused on selfies than the food, which made me uncomfortable. I think the hotel staff should have addressed this firmly. As for breakfast itself, it was just okay. Although breakfast was disappointing, being able to relax until noon and having easy access to Umeda are definite advantages. I would stay here again if given another opportunity.

    Unable to sit early in the morning.

    The Business Hotel The only advantage is its proximity to the highway. No access to seating sofas, which is terrible. Smells moldy.

    Accommodation Gift for Daughter's Family

    My daughter's married home is far away, so I always stay one night in Osaka. This time, I chose this Hotel because I recently stayed here myself and found it very comfortable. My daughter and her husband also said the large public bath was clean and pleasant, and the food was delicious. I will use this Hotel again.

    The cleaning was not thorough.

    I was attracted to the idea of enjoying an Onsen in the room and made a Reservation, but I found body hair in the bathtub, water remaining in the drain grooves, and the bathtub felt rough as if it hadn't been cleaned properly. There was also hair stuck to the bathroom ceiling, making it impossible for me to feel comfortable using the bathroom. Despite being charged a fee for Onsen usage, I couldn't use it and felt very disappointed. Additionally, perhaps due to thin walls, I could hear loud sneezes from the neighboring room multiple times during the night, which was quite bothersome.

    A city hotel near the station with a fulfilling breakfast.

    The Room was somewhat old as it is not a new Hotel, but it was spacious and comfortable. Also, the breakfast venue was large and well-equipped, bustling with activity. It was delicious.

    Convenient

    It is located right in front of Fukushima Station, making it very convenient. There are many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The Facility seems old, but it is well-cleaned and tidy. The Room had few pieces of furniture for its size, leaving little space to place items, which was disappointing. Also, perhaps because I was using it as a single guest, there was only one mug cup among the glassware, so I had to wash it each time. If I may be indulgent, it would be appreciated if they could provide an additional glass for cold drinks. Compared to the Umeda area, the accommodation cost is more affordable here, so I would like to use this Property again.

    Take a break

    There is a convenience store nearby and the highway is also close, making it very convenient. I tried the curry with bonito flavor for breakfast for the first time, and it was exquisite. There are also counter seats for one person, allowing me to enjoy my meal leisurely. I will use this place again next time.

    I would like to use it again.

    The single room is spacious. I think they probably combined the beds from a twin room. You can enjoy the Onsen in the room. It made my body feel warm. The location is great. It's one stop from Osaka Station, and there are many dining options. The staff is kind. When I asked about the taxi stand, they went out to the street and hailed a taxi for me. The only disappointment was that the wifi connection was difficult.

    First time stay

    When I arrived around 1:30 PM, I was warmly and courteously greeted by a male staff member, which eased my tension about being in the area around Fukushima Station for the first time. This time, I stayed at a Hotel close to The Symphony Hall and the nearest station (30 m2~). The two staff members in the lounge on the 7th floor were very kind, and although it was a short time, I had fun. The gin lime was very delicious. Thank you very much. Honestly, the Room felt aged. The air conditioning system only had an automatic selection, and even when I lowered the temperature, it didn't decrease much, the humidity was high, and it always felt hot, making the Room very stuffy. The poor ventilation was troublesome. (Is it only the Room on the 17th floor?) Amenities were on the first floor. There were no disposable (white) slippers in the Room. There were plenty of hangers, which was helpful.

    It's nice to enjoy Onsen bathing in the Room.

    The Room itself feels somewhat aged, but turning the faucet in the bathtub to have Onsen water flow out was quite a delightful surprise. However, the controls were hard to understand, and I couldn't raise the water temperature, which left me feeling cold...

    Regular Property in Osaka

    It's been about 10 years, I suppose. At most, I visit about 10 times a year, and even in quieter years, 3 to 4 times. I haven't used the large public bath recently, as it tends to get crowded. For meals (dinner), I often choose Western or Chinese cuisine, and Japanese food maybe 2 to 3 times. This time, I stayed with my family of seven and used the Western option. Everyone was very satisfied! One thing to be cautious about during the stay might be dryness? Even when filling the bathtub with water, it still feels quite dry. I'll be visiting again next month!

    The Onsen in the bath is wonderful.

    I stay every year. Each room has an onsen, so I always take a leisurely bath. There are places to eat and convenience stores around the hotel, making it very convenient. It's just one station from Osaka, so it's quiet, and I was able to relax during the New Year.

    The level of the staff is too low. The neglect of regular guests in the large public bath is terrible.

    I have stayed multiple times, but the Hotel is now in a state below a Business Hotel, and most surprisingly, the quality of the staff has deteriorated significantly. They have no intention of providing customer service. Even when a guest, with lots of luggage, drops their room card at the front desk during checkout, there are plenty of staff around looking idle, and although many notice and watch the scene, not a single one, despite having nothing to do, makes a move, picks it up, speaks up, or offers help. It was a shocking sight. In the large public bath, regulars of the spa occupied a sauna meant for seven people by using multiple towels to claim territory for three spots, and then left it unattended for 40 minutes. They shouted harsh words at hotel guests they didn't like, glared at them with friends, and created an atmosphere as if telling hotel guests not to enter their home, which was terrible. Many hotel guests choose to stay because they pay money specifically for a hotel with a large public bath. Despite paying money to stay, the hotel leaves guests feeling uncomfortable, which reflects the low quality of the hotel. Overall, the decline in standards is very disappointing.
