    Conveniently located near the station.

    Spacious room, well-cleaned, and very relaxing. With Onsen available, it would be perfect if a renovated bath with a washing area could be added. As an IKYU special benefit, it would be nice to have a simple amenity set prepared for women. Please consider this!

    Favorite Hotel

    Convenient transportation, satisfying meals, decent rooms, and the bath features excellent Onsen water. I always stay here when visiting Osaka. A variety of drinks such as coffee, tea, green tea, and water are available. I would love to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Relax and rejuvenate in the Onsen.

    It was my first time in Osaka, but I arrived without any trouble as the hotel is located right in front of Fukushima Station. The room was spacious, and I could relax in the large natural onsen bath. The night view from the room window was also beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast, especially the freshly made omelet. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I would love to stay here again if given the chance!

    The Room is clean and spacious!

    The room was clean and spacious. I realized during my morning shower that the onsen could be used in the room, but it was too late. Perhaps this is a downside of automated check-in, or maybe it was my oversight. I’d like to try it next time. I booked a breakfast-included plan without knowing breakfast started at 7 AM. Due to automated check-in, there were no instructions about this, which was disappointing. Upon entering the room and checking the breakfast ticket, I felt let down. I requested a cancellation at the front desk but was told it wasn’t possible. The next day, I had hired a car for Kyoto sightseeing and couldn’t change plans as my checkout time was 7 AM. It’s unfortunate, but I'll be more careful next time.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    I stayed with my wife. Check-in was smooth as the staff kindly assisted us. We enjoyed the Onsen, and since it wasn’t crowded that day, we were able to relax. With a 12:00 PM checkout time, we could take our time in the morning, which was nice. The room was clean, but unfortunately, it seemed like the area under the bed hadn’t been cleaned properly.

    The unit bath has drainage issues.

    I stayed in Room 2120. I have stayed at this Hotel many times, but this is the first time experiencing such an issue. After taking a bath, the unit was flooded when draining... I hope for prompt action.

    The first stay in September was great, but the second stay in October was disappointing.

    In September, I had a great experience at the hotel, except for the main bath under renovation, so I made another reservation for October. This time as well, I traveled by car on a long journey. Upon arrival at the hotel entrance, I intended to unload my luggage and leave it with the staff before parking in the underground lot. However, despite seeing me unloading large baggage (with no other guests at the front desk), no assistance was offered. Why? During my previous stay, help was provided—was this intentional neglect? Later at reception, as it was before check-in time and after a long drive wanting to change clothes, I asked a tall senior male staff member who had been observing earlier if there was any place available. His response: "No." When pressed further about needing to change clothes urgently, he directed me to use an accessible restroom. This seemed highly unsanitary and inappropriate—not to mention that such facilities should be reserved for those who truly need them—so I declined. Changing in a restroom? This is something I've never encountered even in city hotels before; it left me shocked and deeply dissatisfied. Eventually finding my way via elevator to banquet rooms on the 12th floor where unused changing rooms were available (as events had concluded), these were far more suitable than restrooms! Wasn't this an obvious alternative solution? Both banquet attendees AND accommodation guests are equally valued patrons of your establishment. This level of service falls below that expected even from business hotels. Additionally noted through room feedback forms: during both check-in/out processes male front desk staff lacked smiles or greetings ("Welcome" / "Thank you"). Is this truly representative behavior within city hotels? The female staff member assisting during September demonstrated flexibility alongside warm professionalism—a stark contrast making recent experiences all-the-more disappointing. I sincerely hope these concerns reach management (GM) leading toward meaningful improvements moving forward. During Kobe conferences hosting international visitors globally exchanging pleasantries like “Good morning!” or “Hello!” inside elevators felt uplifting compared against lacking hospitality basics here undermining Japan’s renowned standards altogether questioning future stays entirely!

    Located just a 1-minute walk from Fukushima Station and one stop from Osaka Station, this hotel offers excellent access for both sightseeing and business. The rooms are simple yet equipped with all essentials, featuring great views from the upper floors. Every room is supplied with natural Onsen water, allowing you to relax in the comfort of your own space. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious Japanese and Western dishes, ensuring a satisfying stay. Additionally, the express bus stop to Itami Airport right in front of the hotel adds extra convenience.

    The top choice for accommodation in Osaka. When I stayed in July, the sauna I was looking forward to was closed due to construction just a few days prior. This time as well, it remained closed without reopening.

    For trips with seniors

    The hotel is located right in front of JR Fukushima Station, making it very convenient, especially when traveling with elderly family members. As part of the Hankyu Hanshin Group, the hotel offers a calm and reassuring atmosphere. Despite being in the city, the guest room baths feature Onsen, which is a unique and enjoyable touch. Fukushima also has countless affordable dining options, making it fun to explore and enjoy local food. For those traveling with elderly companions, a hotel with minimal walking distance and a sense of security is ideal. My father expressed his wish to visit Koshien while he is still in good health, so we plan to stay here again next spring.

    I visited the Expo.

    You can soothe your tired body from walking at the Expo in the large public bath the next morning. With a checkout time of 12:00, I was able to make it to the bath at 10:00. This has always been my go-to accommodation when visiting Osaka, but it was my first time using the large public bath. I look forward to staying here again next time. Thank you!

    Hotel Hanshin accessible via Hanshin Electric Railway

    From Sannomiya, take the Hanshin train and get off at Fukushima Station. While the station itself is quiet, the area above ground is a lively bar district with a towering high-rise Hotel in its center. This Hotel offers stunning night views of Umeda's Twin Towers. The front desk was bustling with international travelers, creating a vibrant atmosphere. The bath features an Onsen, perfect for warming up and relaxing. The Room was simple without unnecessary amenities but provided everything needed for comfort. Looking out at the view from here truly makes you feel like you're staying in Osaka—just like soaking in an Onsen brings warmth to your soul. One of the best features was how the air conditioning subtly worked from near the windows without being intrusive—a hallmark of luxury Hotels. Highly recommended for friendly Hanshin tours!

    Rooms with private Onsen are highly appealing.

    It was my first time staying here. I appreciated being able to relax my tired body from the Expo in the Onsen. Thank you for accommodating our early arrival at 5 AM, even though we were unaware that the parking lot could not be used late at night. The room was fine, but it was disappointing that I couldn't fully soak up to my shoulders in the Onsen due to fatigue; I hope the large public bath will be renovated soon. The location is great, and the local restaurant specializing in "konamon" recommended by the Hotel was incredibly affordable with generous portions—absolutely satisfying! I would love to stay at this Hotel again.

    I stayed here for the Expo and the location was absolutely perfect. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety and was delicious, making it a refreshing experience. It was a wonderful stay. Thank you!

    For use during the daughter's family's trip home

    This was our third stay, but it seems the men's bath was under construction, which disappointed my son-in-law. However, my daughter seemed very satisfied. The breakfast was as delicious as always, and my grandchild seemed very happy too. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Hotel with a Great Location

    It was unfortunate that the boiler was broken and we couldn't use the large public bath, but it was a convenient Hotel located very close to the station and near Umeda. The breakfast buffet had a limited selection, which was a bit disappointing.

    Stayed for 2 nights, but the bathroom drainage was poor, making every shower uncomfortable.

    Access from the nearest station is smooth, and the room on the top floor offers a great view, which I really liked. However, the drainage in the bathroom was poor, causing water to accumulate up to my ankles during a shower. Even after use, it took a long time for the water to drain, which felt unhygienic. Additionally, I found the provided slippers disappointing in terms of hygiene. I have already made a reservation for next month, but if the drainage issue persists in my next room as well, I am considering changing accommodations.

    Boiler out of order during extreme heat?

    Unfortunately, the spa was unavailable due to a boiler malfunction during the heatwave. Additionally, the bidet nozzle was not functioning properly. It turned out to be a trip filled with inconveniences caused by malfunctions.

    It was great to enjoy the spa.

    I stayed at the accommodation for the Kansai Expo and managed to make it to the spa just before its 10 PM closing time, allowing me to relax. This time, I stayed in a Premium Twin room. The room was spacious with a great view, but I woke up several times during the night due to occasional noises. Additionally, there were no amenities like lotion provided in the room, and I only found out the next morning that a face set could be requested at the front desk. It would have been helpful if this information was made clearer. Overall, it was a convenient hotel where I could relax. Thank you!

    The bed...

    Direct bus access from the airport makes it very convenient. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so you won't have any trouble finding food. The Onsen bath was great. However, the bed was unbelievably uncomfortable, which I think is a critical issue for a Hotel. It might be okay for solo travelers, but as a double-use bed, the vibrations were unlike anything I've experienced before—even in a Business Hotel.

    Used for work at Osa...

    Used for work at Osaka International Convention Center again. I always stay here during my business trips to Osaka. The location is convenient with easy access to the station, convenience stores, and many nearby restaurants. I planned to use the sauna this time, but it was out of order. Breakfast was good, but since it was a Multiple Night Stay, a bit more variety in the menu would have been appreciated—still enjoyed it though. I plan to stay here again for my next work trip to Osaka.

    Convenient.

    I always stay here when visiting the Osaka Expo. The accommodation is conveniently located for both train and taxi access to the Expo site, taking only a short amount of time, which makes it very practical. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it's also close enough to visit Umeda or Kitashinchi with ease. However, the most important feature is being able to enjoy natural Onsen in the guest room's bathtub. I would love to stay here again when visiting Osaka for reasons other than the Expo as well.

    A very convenient and clean Hotel near the station

    We stayed at this hotel after visiting the Osaka Expo. Located just one station away from JR Osaka Station and only a 1-minute walk from the station, the location is excellent! We left our luggage early in the morning and returned to the hotel past 10 PM. The room's onsen bath was incredibly relaxing. The next day, we enjoyed a 12 PM checkout, allowing us to wake up leisurely and fully recover from fatigue. This is an accommodation we would love to use again when visiting Osaka!

    Stay the night before visiting the Expo

    Stayed at the accommodation the day before visiting the Expo. In addition to the reasonable accommodation cost, I was very satisfied with enjoying the onsen and massage. Also, I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious dinner buffet.

    The Room had hot wat...

    The Room had hot water supply, which was nice. The front desk staff were very accommodating. The amenities were somewhat in between a City Hotel and a Business Hotel, feeling a bit incomplete.
