    There have been many international visitors lately.

    This is my regular Accommodation in Osaka, and I’m always grateful for your hospitality. This time I planned to have dinner at Nen, but it was full, so I ate out instead. Too bad. The furnishings have also been renewed and feel even more functional. One thing: I have the bonito-flavored curry at Nen for breakfast every time, but I’m hoping it might become a delicious beef curry sometime soon (lol).

    A functional and great-value Hotel.

    The single Room is 20 m² with a spacious double bed, and having Onsen water in the Room is wonderful.\nThe staff were also very kind and attentive in helping with my friend’s lost item, for which we are truly grateful.\nWe will visit again.

    Multiple Night Stay

    As a Kansai local born and raised, I had never come here before. I stayed during the Saigoku Pilgrimage. The buffet meals inside were not particularly good, but since Umeda is close by, it’s easy to eat out. I tried the Japanese dinner once, and the clear soup was exceptionally good—rarely that delicious. Access is convenient. I think it’s a good choice for sightseeing or business travelers. The Hotel is right in front of the station. Having an Onsen was the best part for me.

    First Stay

    I chose this place because I wanted a room with an Onsen. The Room is old and the windows are fogged, but since you can bathe in the Onsen in your Room, it was fine. It was also great to be able to use the Onsen Facility. The Japanese dinner included clear soup, which was extremely delicious—I was surprised after just one sip. Breakfast was average. While guests were eating, staff were moving chairs right next to them—was that really necessary at that moment? It felt inconsiderate and unhygienic during a meal. The breakfast staff who were older ladies were pleasant.

    The location is great.

    Recently, the Fukushima area has many great restaurants and offers an excellent location. Although the Onsen Facility is old, it left a good impression. Breakfast was also good.

    I had a comfortable stay in the Room.

    I spent some time working in the Room, and it was comfortable thanks to the desk and the view. With a Hotel that has an Onsen or a large public bath, I often wonder if it will be crowded, so being able to enjoy the Onsen in my Room without worrying about anything was wonderful. Since it was getting a bit warmer during my stay, lowering the temperature switched to COOL mode, which kept me comfortable even after bathing. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Fukushima Station was right in front of the hotel, and it was just one stop to Osaka Station—very convenient. The breakfast was also good.

    It was my first stay in a while. The consistently clean Room and your courteous service made me feel at ease. Thank you for a wonderful time. I would love to stay again.

    I was satisfied.

    I’ve stayed here several times because of the great location. The restaurant meals were also delicious. This time, I used the lunch buffet at Nen. It was very tasty. I’m planning to stay again in October, and I’d like to stay here and have lunch again.

    I stayed here becaus...

    I stayed here because I was told I could enjoy the Onsen even in the Room bath. As expected, it really lifted my spirits, and I ended up soaking twice. The building is undeniably old, but I think it is kept very clean. All of the staff were pleasant and courteous as well. The only slight disappointment was the limited variety at the breakfast buffet. There were also few amenities, which was a shame (though perhaps they might provide more if you ask). Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would like to use this Accommodation again if I have another chance to stay nearby.

    I stay here once or ...

    I stay here once or twice a year. It’s very convenient, close to the station. The outstanding feature is that the bath in the Room has Onsen water, which is hard to find elsewhere. Check-in has been automated, but the front desk staff can assist you. They have also implemented requests I previously wrote in a survey. Thank you. I will stay again.

    If time allows, I’d like to use the spa every time.

    I stayed here looking forward to having Onsen water in the Room. However, the time I spent at the spa was also wonderful, and I truly enjoyed making the spa my main focus and then warming up in the Room’s bathtub as well. It was a season when my hay fever is usually severe, but I had no symptoms at all inside the Room and was able to stay very comfortably.

    Onsen in your Room

    I chose this Accommodation because the Room has Onsen hot water. It was also very convenient, as it is close to the station. I used the spa this time as well, but since I’m not a fan of unit baths, I wish there were an option for a Room with a separate washing area.

    Close to the station with great views!

    It was very close to Fukushima Station. We had dinner at a nearby restaurant, and there was also a convenience store within walking distance, so we were able to relax a lot. The TV wasn’t a smart TV, so it was a bit disappointing that I had to watch the World Series on my phone, but the view from the window was beautiful—we could see the Umeda side. The staff were also very pleasant; after checkout, when my husband and I missed each other and I was waiting outside, they spoke to me kindly, which made us leave feeling great. I’d like to stay again. Since there were no cosmetic amenities at all, I’m giving it 4 stars.

    Consistently high quality for peace of mind.

    I often stay here when I come to Osaka for work. The Room and Facility are clean and well maintained, and housekeeping is thorough, so I always have a comfortable stay. The building itself is older, so I gave an average rating for the facilities, but it feels like everything is managed as carefully as possible within that context.

    It’s just one stop f...

    It’s just one stop from Osaka Station, and it’s right in front of the station, so when I come to Osaka I stay here most of the time. I like it because the Hotel rooms have an Onsen, which is great for relieving travel fatigue. One thing I noticed this time was that part of the carpet on the room floor was peeling off and there was a spot where the concrete was visible, which was a bit disappointing, but it may be unavoidable due to wear and tear over time. I’d like to stay here again when I visit.

    Conveniently located Hotel right next to Fukushima Station.

    Close to JR Osaka Loop Line and Hanshin Railway Fukushima Station, as well as JR Tozai Line Shin-Fukushima Station. The surrounding area is full of restaurants, so you'll never run out of dining options. Walking around is exciting too. The Hotel offers Onsen in all guest rooms, and the night view was beautiful. Although the Hotel is a bit old, the staff's hospitality was excellent, making it a comfortable stay. It’s a versatile Hotel suitable for business trips, vacations, and various other occasions.

    I stayed here the night before my wedding.

    The staff provided very courteous guidance, allowing us to have a comfortable stay. Although it was a unit bath, being able to enjoy the Onsen in the room was wonderful! The Onsen for women seemed a bit small, but it was perfect for relieving travel fatigue. Thank you so much for everything!

    Perfect Location

    Stayed for a Kyocera Dome live event Excellent location, just one stop from Osaka Station on the loop line and right in front of the station. Plenty of interesting restaurants nearby; had a great time exploring after the live event as every place looked inviting. The room is old but spacious enough to open a suitcase comfortably. As many have mentioned, despite being a unit bath, enjoying an Onsen is definitely a big plus. If renovated in the future, making the bathroom more appealing (like adding Hinoki baths) would make it even more desirable to stay here. However, I was put off by foreign guests crowding around amenities; while promoting eco-friendliness is good, I hope at least basic amenities are provided sufficiently. Given the hotel’s rank, I had high expectations for breakfast but found it average except for the omelet—neither particularly good nor bad overall. After breakfast, I visited a shrine visible from my room and enjoyed strolling around stylish cafes nearby that seemed to offer delicious breakfasts too—might skip hotel breakfast next time!     Onsen Spa

    I enjoy staying at this accommodation because of the onsen spa, but I often feel uncomfortable as spa members glare at guests as if they own the place. Guests also pay to stay and use the spa. While I follow proper etiquette, some members reserve spots in the sauna or washing area, bring excessive towels into the sauna, rearrange mats without permission, and even hang towels they’ve used to wash themselves. This not only violates manners but also raises concerns about fire hazards. Despite reporting this issue to the front desk during my last visit, no improvements have been made. It might be worth considering suspending member access during busy periods like New Year’s holidays when guest numbers increase. The hotel is conveniently located near the station and has a Tully’s Coffee on the first floor, which I appreciate. However, compared to last year, I feel that service quality has declined as interactions with staff have become more mechanical and less accommodating. During my recent stay, noise from what seemed like a family on an upper floor kept me awake past midnight despite needing to leave by 6 AM. After enduring it for an hour until 1 AM with no improvement in sight, I had no choice but to call reception. It took another 20 minutes before things finally quieted down. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling that guest behavior standards have dropped. As someone who frequently stays here because of how much I liked it before, these changes are deeply disappointing—it now feels more like a business hotel than it used to be.

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station and reasonably priced, so I think it was okay. The bath seemed to allow a choice between Onsen and regular hot water, but I accidentally filled it with regular hot water without noticing.

    Comfortable

    This was my second stay, and the north-facing view was wonderful. The room and bath were spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay. Thank you very much. Since Onsen water is available in each room, having an extra set of towels would enhance the comfort even more. Although this is a highly competitive Hotel area, I plan to continue using your services in the future.

    Onsen in the Room

    Being able to enjoy Onsen in your room late at night or early in the morning is absolutely delightful. The staff provided excellent service, so I will definitely stay at this Hotel during my future business trips to Osaka!

    Best value for money

    The parking space is narrow, so please be cautious with large vehicles. Other than that, this location and price are quite excellent. I would love to stay here again.

    It was excellent.

    This was my first stay. Located right in front of the station, the access is excellent. There is a coffee shop on the first floor of the Hotel, and many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, so there’s nothing to worry about. The bath in the guest room is a natural Onsen, which was incredibly relaxing. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!
