    Stable Stays

    I stayed in a semi-double room. There seemed to be some foreign tourists visiting Japan, but I was able to check in smoothly without any particular congestion. With an excellent location adjacent to the south exit of Okayama Station, it boasts a stable track record, and I have no particular complaints. It also functions as a city hotel, and since the price is not extremely high, I think you can be quite satisfied with your hotel stay. However, the facilities might be a bit old? Even if rebuilding is not possible, some renovation might be necessary. As for the points of dissatisfaction, I would like room service to be resumed. I assume there is a reason for its suspension. Also, if possible, I would like the Japanese restaurant breakfast to be revived. With the changes in the business environment due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it may no longer feel like the city hotel that once represented Okayama City. However, I hope it does not turn into a business hotel where only guests can enter.

    I had a pleasant stay.

    I stayed with my child. From the window, we could see many trains and Shinkansen, and the night view was very beautiful. The cups were also Bizen ware, and we had a wonderful time in Okayama in the Hotel Room. Thank you very much.

    I had a comfortable summer vacation.

    I chose this place for the convenience of being able to arrive early in the morning, leave my luggage, and head out for sightseeing immediately. The staff was also very accommodating. When I returned early due to the heat and visited the lounge, they kindly prepared a cold drink at my seat. During the evening cocktail time, I went to enjoy some music, and the food menu was extensive, allowing me to indulge in a dessert plate as well. The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, allowing guests to enjoy the flavors of Okayama. The Room and the pool, where you can enjoy the Shinkansen of JR Tokai, JR West, and JR Kyushu, were comfortable, allowing for a relaxing stay. I would love to visit again.

    It was beautiful.

    The cups provided in the Room were Bizen ware. The hygiene was also very good, and instead of washing the gargle cups on the spot, they were properly changed. The front desk staff answered questions very politely.

    It was comfortable.

    Directly connected to the station, very convenient. The Room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast included fresh juice, yogurt, peach, croissant, and coffee or tea. It was just the right amount.

    Conveniently located near the station, barrier-free

    Directly connected to the station, no worries about getting wet in the rain. Although there is a slight slope, it was accessible by wheelchair without any issues. Above all, the facilities within the station were available from early morning until late at night, allowing for the purchase of souvenirs and sweets during a short free time, and delivery from Yamato within the station was also possible, which was convenient. Meals were also convenient. Breakfast was a buffet where you could choose a main dish, but it might be okay without a main. There were tacos you could make yourself, but they were a bit stale. The Japanese restaurant within the Hotel that we used for dinner was delicious. It would have been nice to have a one-night amenity set with lotion, emulsion, cleansing, and face wash. Since it is directly connected to the station, I was able to make a day trip to Takamatsu.

    The holiday is Halloween.

    There was no regular closet, which was inconvenient. This time, I used the Economy Twin for the first time, but the room space was not spacious, and it felt like two single beds were placed in a typical single room, so it felt very cramped for two people. If the purpose is just to return to the room late at night and sleep, this rank of room might be sufficient. Considering the Accommodation Fee, it was a satisfactory room. Each restaurant was either closed on weekdays or required a reservation, so compared to before, the opportunities to use them for lunch and dinner have decreased, which I personally find very disappointing. I would be happy if it could return to a system where we can casually have lunch and dinner anytime like before. Thank you very much for your hospitality this time as well.

    The bathroom may be tiled, but the mold is noticeable and dirty. The only good thing was the relatively good access.

    This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

    Beautiful room, comfortable air conditioning. The bed was comfortable, and I was able to sleep soundly. Thank you for upgrading the room. This was my first time staying in Okayama, so I chose this hotel with high review ratings. It exceeded my expectations. I definitely want to stay at this hotel again. Directly connected to the station, very convenient. Check-out is until 12:00, so you can take your time. It was a hotel that gave my family a happy time. Thank you very much.

    I was healed!

    I stayed for one night to attend a live performance at Okayama Harenowa Theater. The view from the 18th floor was wonderful, and it was very quiet, allowing me to spend a graceful time. (The amenities were also good, especially the bath salts.) For breakfast, I enjoyed local flavors such as Okayama's peach juice, mamakari, and Okayama Hinohikari rice. Unusually, there were also tacos, making the breakfast very fulfilling and delicious. Above all, considering the convenience of being directly connected to JR Okayama Station, I would like to come here again next time.

    Thank you for upgrading our room. We connected to the Balmuda speaker via Bluetooth and had a relaxing time. The Bizen ware cup was also lovely. The disappointing aspects were that despite being on a breakfast-included plan, there was no breakfast information or ticket provided, and we had to inquire at the restaurant. Additionally, when leaving the restaurant, perhaps distracted by incoming foreign guests, the male staff did not make eye contact or greet us even though we passed by. Also, while the breakfast uses local ingredients, I was left wondering if the quality matched the price.
