    Thank you always.

    The refrigerator was not cooling, and it was difficult to get the bath to the right temperature, but otherwise, I had a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the young male staff at the breakfast venue could use a bit more training in attentiveness. It's easier to correct these things early on. I was surprised when he placed a tray on top of the coffee maker while a guest was using it. Also, it would be good if he could judge whether it's better to clear the table now or wait for a better impression.

    I don't think I will visit again.

    I visited after a long time. I went with high expectations because the previous lounge staff were very good and the reviews were highly rated. To be honest, I doubted, "Are others really rating this highly?" It was a stay that made me question that. When I went to the first floor for the promised coffee and cocktail plate, I was met with a response of "Oh, the executive one." I was left at a cold table with a drink full of ice for over an hour. The guest at the next table was also rubbing their feet from the cold, but since we were left unattended on the floor, no staff were watching, and there was no offer to adjust the environment or show any care. As other guests left one after another, I thought of calling out to the staff who would come to clear the tables, but they never came, leaving the tables as they were. Was it because it was a busy time preparing for dinner at the restaurant? The voices of the restaurant staff were also clearly audible, and the content was not pleasant for the guests to hear, to the point where guests exchanged glances. After more than an hour, I stood up to ask about the plate and was told, "It's something with about four small dishes on it." I asked what it was, and they replied, "It varies depending on the day and who makes it." I asked because the prior information and the menu in front of me said, "Please ask the staff about the contents," so what is this response? When I asked again to know the contents, they said, "Shall I go ask?" I was appalled. What was brought was, to put it bluntly, a "shabby" plate. There's no need to pay money to have an unpleasant experience, so I don't think I'll ever go again. There were many other things about the room that made me question the meaning of "executive." The staff from the previous lounge were smart in their responses, and even when I visited a year later, they remembered not only me but also the cocktail I ordered, making me feel, "This is what professionalism is!" But all that goodness was gone, and it was a very disappointing stay. I hope the staff can be trained so that other guests do not have the same experience.

    A Hotel I would like to stay at again when I visit Osaka

    Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. Dinner included crab, steak, sushi, and tempura, with steak and tempura being served from a live kitchen, allowing us to enjoy freshly cooked and fried dishes. Breakfast offered a wide variety of bread, making it hard to choose which to eat. There was also warm corn soup available. However, there were two disappointing points: it seemed that a previous guest had hit something against the wall, as the lower corner of the wall was dented. Also, I noticed some lint in the box containing tea, coffee, and other items, which led me to rate the room with four stars. I thought it was a hotel I would like to use again when I come to Osaka, so my overall rating is five stars!

    Worth the price

    Due to a sudden illness, we couldn't travel far for our Christmas outing and decided to visit the nearest place from home. The location is excellent, directly connected to the station with adjacent shopping facilities. Although the room's age is undeniable, it was very clean, and the housekeeping staff we met in the hallway were very pleasant. I usually stay in a single-use room, but it was my first experience to find only one of each amenity, including the Nespresso capsule, which was surprising but reasonable for the price. I chose the Executive Twin because I wanted a separate bath and toilet on a high floor, but it was my first experience with a bath without a washing area or shower booth, which was inconvenient. The toilet seat was cold in winter, which was startling every time I sat down, possibly due to a malfunction in my room. The noise from upstairs or next door was quite noticeable. Since we had lunch at the buffet before checking in, there was no lounge, and the sweets at the bar were almost the same as those at lunch, which was disappointing. The freshly prepared dishes brought to our table at the buffet restaurant were very delicious. Our table was at the far end, and it was tough to keep going back to the buffet table due to my poor health, so I noticed the person next to us was having a set menu. I checked the official page many times before the reservation but only found the buffet for lunch, so I wish the menu had been detailed. We reserved Chinese cuisine for dinner, and my husband joined us last minute, making it two people. Perhaps due to the presence of a group, the service was very slow, and the order of dishes and staff response differed significantly from those who ordered the course, which was very disappointing and not worth the price.     A wonderful Hotel with convenience and luxury.

    I used it for day use. The Hotel has a luxurious and spacious interior with high ceilings, possibly because it also hosts weddings. The Room is spacious and comfortable. I had lunch at the restaurant, and although it was a buffet, each dish was carefully prepared, with a wide variety of options, making it very satisfying. It was crab season, so there was a mountain of snow crabs, with firm meat and easy to eat thanks to the hidden cuts, showing consideration for the guests. The shrimp for the seafood bowl and tempura were plump and delicious. The all-you-can-drink alcohol was also well-stocked, making the 100 minutes fly by. The only thing that concerned me was that there were no amenities (such as basic cosmetics) in the Room, so I recommend bringing your own. The Hotel is directly connected to the station, making it very convenient, and I would like to use it again. Thank you very much.

    The building has a Heisei era vibe...

    Hotels of this era evoke a nostalgic feeling with their distinctive scent and luxurious layout, and this Hotel is no exception... The central control of the air conditioning is quite strict. Compared to Reiwa-era Hotels with individual room air conditioning, this aspect falls short. I did not experience the dining or services within the Hotel, so I cannot evaluate them, but I felt that the comfort of the Room would not make it a first choice unless fully renovated. However, the Hotel itself is solid, providing a great sense of security during your stay!

    City side too

    I stayed on the seaside two months ago, but this time it's on the Sakai city side. The sea view is nice, but the city view is also great. The blackout curtains are double-layered, so they block out the light and allow for a good night's sleep. As I mentioned last time, my only complaint is that the built-in refrigerator doesn't cool at all. I will use the property again. Thank you very much.

    Safe and comfortable for solo female travelers!

    I visit this hotel to refresh myself on holidays. There are many commercial facilities near the hotel, including Starbucks and MUJI, as well as numerous delicious restaurants that locals love to frequent, all within walking distance. The hotel is directly connected to Sakai Station, making it extremely convenient. Unlike the bustling downtown area of Sakai-Higashi a few kilometers to the east, the area around Sakai Station is more of a business district, offering a calm atmosphere where even a woman walking alone at night can feel safe. This time, my room was on a high floor with a west-facing bayside view, offering a great view, perfect for enjoying a drink while taking in the scenery! The amenities on this floor are delightful for women, including a skincare set with cleansing, face wash, and moisturizing gel. In the bathroom, besides the standard Hajimari bottle shampoo set, there are also mini bottles of POLA body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The bathtub is spacious enough to stretch out and soak comfortably, making long baths enjoyable. The towels are soft and pleasant to the touch, and the nightwear is made of highly absorbent cotton fabric, designed to be worn over the head rather than as a separate top and bottom. There is also an air purifier, and the floor's complimentary minibar fridge is stocked with chilled canned beer, vegetable juice, and orange juice, perfect for a refreshing drink after a bath! For snacks, there are Pringles and rice crackers, ideal for a small appetite! The breakfast buffet offers a particularly rich variety of bread, including moist and high-quality hotel-made muffins! With a wide selection of both Western and Japanese dishes, you won't get bored even if you stay for multiple nights. You can also take coffee back to your room in a special paper cup, allowing you to enjoy a coffee time while reading the newspaper in your room after breakfast, which is one of my favorites. The staff are pleasant, and I routinely enjoy a relaxing stay in the room, dining at the hotel's restaurant or nearby eateries, and having drinks as part of my routine to refresh myself. It seems that a new hotel in the same chain is being constructed very close to this hotel, so I look forward to even more enjoyment in the future!

    Things I wanted to try this year

    Spending time alone in a room with access to the club lounge... was something I wanted to do this year. Haha I was extremely satisfied being by myself. Haha I had emailed in advance during the reservation to have a wine cooler and champagne glasses prepared in the room, and as expected... they were properly prepared. Haha Thank you very much. I will use it again soon by myself. Haha
