    Convenience stores can get crowded at night.

    As expected, the convenience store in the Hotel gets crowded after returning from the park, and items may be sold out. It’s smoother to buy what you need at a convenience store near Maihama Station, or if you only need drinks, from the vending machines at the Resort Line stations before heading back to your Room. The Moderate Room had a water purifier installed, which was a nice touch! All of the Hotel staff were very friendly and made our stay pleasant. Thank you!

    About the complimentary Shuttle Service

    I chose this Accommodation because the free parking Plan was appealing. On the first night, I parked at the Hotel and used the free Shuttle Service to enjoy DisneySea. On the way there, the driver told us, “Please wait at Stop No. 5 on your return,” so we waited at “Stop No. 5” at Maihama Station on the way back. Since Stop No. 5 had “Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel First Resort” written on it, I was sure it was correct. However, even when it reached the time shown on the timetable, no bus came, and another bus driver told us, “The buses have already finished.” When I called the Hotel, they said, “The stop is No. 3.” If I were the only one who misheard, that would be my mistake—but there were other guests with me as well, so I don’t think it was a misunderstanding. Were the drop-off point and pick-up point for the Shuttle Service different? I checked in advance on your website but found it hard to understand. In the end, we took a taxi. As other Reviews mention, the room was somewhat small and amenities were minimal; however, since the price was relatively reasonable, I accepted that. If not for this Shuttle Service issue, I would have considered staying again. Please review and improve guidance regarding your Shuttle Service stops.

    My Favorite Hotel

    I often stay here when visiting Disney. The Room is clean, and the themed design Rooms are fun. I didn’t dine here this time, but next time I’d like to enjoy a relaxed meal.

    I was very satisfied...

    I was very satisfied with the Room I stayed in this time, as it was one I hadn’t stayed in before. The amenities were minimal and felt a bit lacking, but the pillow was comfortable and I was able to rest well. I hope I can stay in that Room again.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    This was my first stay. This time, I got a great deal with parking included. I also completed a temporary check-in in the morning, so it was easy when I returned from the park. The Shuttle Service bus to Disneyland and Maihama Station ran frequently, so there was no wasted time. The Room was clean, and I could even see DisneySea. I would like to stay again.

    It’s decent.

    The property is showing its age. It’s generally comfortable, but there was some dust, which may bother guests who are sensitive to it. The amenities were fine to use. The bath towel had an unpleasant odor. I’ve stayed at various official Hotels before, and compared with others, the negatives stood out a bit more here. There is something like a convenience store, but the late-night snack selection is limited. I couldn’t buy anything. After the park closes, it’s not available!

    25. Sparkling Jubilee

    My daughter and I always stay here when we visit Disney. The ReFa showerhead is great. Breakfast is clean and the food is delicious. We look forward to staying again in autumn on Mickey’s birthday.

    It was a bit disappointing.

    Until now, this Hotel has always left me with the impression that the Rooms were very good, but this time the Room we were upgraded to at no additional charge was small, and the toilet washlet did not work. I was also surprised that there were only what seemed to be child-sized bath chairs and wash bowls in the bathroom. In addition, there was no clock with an alarm function, and the view from the window was poor. Amenities were provided in a self-service style where you pick them up from in front of the elevator on the first floor, which made me wonder if that is appropriate for an official Hotel. I had always been able to stay very comfortably before, so I was disappointed this time. It makes me think twice about staying again next time.

    The Hotel is very good and close to the park.

    It’s a bit far from Disneyland, but you can still walk back, and there’s also a Shuttle Service, so it’s very convenient!! I stayed here to go to DisneySea this time, but there’s no direct access, so you need to leave a little early and take the Resort Line. The Hotel staff were very courteous, so I have no complaints! Just one thing I noticed… some Rooms have a unit bath. If you get one of those Rooms, please be aware that the shower curtain smells very bad… It had been a while since I stayed in a Room with a unit bath, but this time the odor was especially strong… I know you must be busy, but I would appreciate it if you could replace it with something clean. Other than that, it’s truly a great Hotel and I’d like to stay again!

    The Room was comfortable.

    This was my first time staying here. The Room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Since we went to Disney in the rain, our shoes got soaked, but the front desk lent us a shoe dryer, which really helped. We went to DisneySea this time, so it was disappointing that the Hotel shuttle bus only stops at Disneyland. It was also convenient to be able to buy souvenirs inside the Hotel. We had a very comfortable two-day stay, and the price was a great value—we were very satisfied! Thank you.

    Thank you very much for your attentive support when my child developed a fever on the day of our stay. We had purchased park tickets, but unfortunately we were unable to use them. We would like to try again next time.

    Is this okay?

    We visit Disney twice a year with our grandchildren. We usually stay at two nearby Hotels, but due to rising prices influenced by inbound tourism, we decided to try this place for the first time as a more budget-friendly option. Honestly, I wish we had stuck with our usual Hotels. We stayed for two nights; on the second day, we spent the entire day at DisneySea from early morning until closing, and on the final day, we checked out in the morning and went to Disneyland. Since the Hotel was just for sleeping this time, it worked out fine. However, it might not be ideal if you're looking to relax and enjoy your Hotel stay a bit more leisurely.

    A Hotel where solo travelers can stay comfortably.

    When feeling stressed from work, I often visit Disney to unwind. One day, I decided to take a bold step and enjoy a solo stay at the Hotel for some relaxation. The front desk staff and other Hotel employees were welcoming and made me feel comfortable even as a solo guest. The view from the Room was wonderful, with the distant city lights at night and Mount Fuji in the morning adding to the sense of tranquility. This Accommodation helps me clear my mind and recharge for work again. I look forward to staying here many more times! Next time, I might try using the lounge. If possible, it would be great if parking fees for Hotel guests could be standardized until the evening of the day after their stay.

    The bath area and ba...

    The bath area and bathtub were separate, making it very convenient to use, and the toilet was also independent, which was great. However, it was disappointing that there were no bath additives among the amenities. Additionally, I wanted to purchase bento boxes and rice balls at the shop, but there weren't enough options to choose from. Since it's likely known in advance that school trip students will be staying, I believe more stock should be prepared accordingly.

    About Hygiene

    I have been using this place every time I visit Disney, and while I hesitated to post this, I decided to share my honest experience as I want to continue enjoying my stays here. After taking a bath, when I wiped my head and face with the bath towel, I noticed something that looked like dried blood on it. At first, I thought it might be mine and asked my husband to check, but neither of us had any injuries. Upon touching the spot, it was clear that the stain was dried blood and had not been cleaned properly. I contacted the front desk immediately, and they brought a replacement towel to our Room. However, we ended up checking everything in the Room after that incident. The more I think about it, the more uncomfortable it makes me feel. So much so that I took another bath afterward and felt relieved that neither my husband nor daughter used that towel. The staff apologized when they brought the new towel to our Room after contacting them at the front desk; however, it left me feeling slightly disappointed. Considering how affordable this place is, part of me wondered if such incidents are common. I sincerely hope no one else has a similar experience in the future. While this may have been an isolated incident, as someone who wishes to continue staying here in comfort during future visits, I'd greatly appreciate if measures are taken so such issues never happen again.

    For one person

    One more member joined the trip, and since there was no additional room available at Fansup Hotel, we urgently made a reservation for one person. Despite being alone, they were upgraded to a better room and seemed very satisfied.

    We were upgraded for free and enjoyed a more spacious Room than planned. The interior and elevator hall decorations are ship-shaped, and the ceiling with stars is delightful.

    If you are used to staying at budget Hotels, this might be a good option.

    It was cheap, so I stayed for two nights, but it didn’t suit me. The cleaning staff didn’t speak Japanese and didn’t even greet me when we met. I was woken up at 5:30 AM by the alarm in the Room next door. The bathroom smelled moldy, and there was food on the floor—cleaning was not done properly at all.

    No USB ports available.

    There were several power outlets, but no USB ports, which was inconvenient. The bathroom had no door in the changing area, making it fully visible when changing clothes. The Room was more spacious than expected and very nice.

    Overall, it was comfortable and impressive!

    I have stayed here several times, and this time as well, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There are three breakfast venues, and although it might depend on the timing or day, I was guided without much waiting even though it was a Saturday morning. Previously at another official hotel, I had to wait for an hour for breakfast on a Saturday in a noisy atmosphere which left me very disappointed. Since then, I avoided using breakfast services; however, here I could enjoy my meal in a calm environment and changed my perception. The pre-check-in service in the morning of the stay allowed me to receive my room key (for entry after 8 PM) and store luggage conveniently. Additionally, being able to check out directly from the room was very convenient. The shuttle bus to Land and Maihama Station was also helpful on a windy and cold day.

    We stayed in two dif...

    We stayed in two different types of Rooms as a group consisting of my spouse and me, along with our daughter's family (a couple + a Child Sharing Existing Bedding) to visit Disneyland. While the difference in amenities between the Rooms was understandable due to the price difference, it was a bit disappointing. The late check-out time and shuttle bus service to Disneyland were very convenient, especially for families with small children. We would like to stay again. However, being on the same floor as school trip students made it slightly noisy.

    Always satisfied.

    I have used this Hotel multiple times and I am always highly satisfied. The breakfast is delicious, and the shuttle service is convenient. The driver was very knowledgeable, which surprised me. Thank you for sharing so much information. All the staff are kind and helpful. The price is reasonable, and I am very satisfied with the Room as well. Thank you as always; I will use this Hotel again!

    I have used it multiple times.

    I was thrilled to be upgraded to a lovely blue Room this time. I truly appreciate the pleasant service every time. Enjoying delicious meals at the restaurant is always one of my favorite experiences. This time, I bought some bread and enjoyed it in the Room—it was incredibly tasty! Next time, I’d love to try the cakes as well. I'll visit again soon!

    Close and Convenient

    I stayed here with my daughter after a long time. It's conveniently located near the station, and buses run frequently. The cakes at the shop near the entrance looked delicious. I would love to stay here again next time.

    Lovely Room, but the pillows could be better!

    The room was designed for cute girls. It was clean and well-maintained, making me wonder if it had been recently renovated. There were plenty of dining venues, so there was no need to wait. If I had to mention one thing, the bed pillow was thin and there was only one. I would have preferred two pillows.

    Disney Trip

    I used this accommodation for the first time to visit Disney. The staff's service was excellent, making my stay very pleasant. The room I stayed in had a unit bath, so having a separate washing area would have been more convenient.

    I had a restful sleep.

    A budget-friendly, simple stay without meals, perfect for resting after a day at Disney. The cute room is designed like a ship's cabin with a Disney theme. Though compact, the unit bath posed no issues and cleanliness was excellent for a comfortable stay. Having two trash bins would allow separation of cans/bottles and burnable waste, which might also ease the work for cleaning staff. Since there is no direct shuttle service to DisneySea, we chose the free hotel parking plan and parked our car at DisneySea’s parking lot for the day before returning to the hotel’s parking area afterward. This was an ideal choice for our tired bodies in midsummer! Walking even a little can be tough in such conditions. For first-time visitors to Disney during summer, researching transportation options beforehand is highly recommended.
