About the complimentary Shuttle Service

I chose this Accommodation because the free parking Plan was appealing. On the first night, I parked at the Hotel and used the free Shuttle Service to enjoy DisneySea. On the way there, the driver told us, “Please wait at Stop No. 5 on your return,” so we waited at “Stop No. 5” at Maihama Station on the way back. Since Stop No. 5 had “Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel First Resort” written on it, I was sure it was correct. However, even when it reached the time shown on the timetable, no bus came, and another bus driver told us, “The buses have already finished.” When I called the Hotel, they said, “The stop is No. 3.” If I were the only one who misheard, that would be my mistake—but there were other guests with me as well, so I don’t think it was a misunderstanding. Were the drop-off point and pick-up point for the Shuttle Service different? I checked in advance on your website but found it hard to understand. In the end, we took a taxi. As other Reviews mention, the room was somewhat small and amenities were minimal; however, since the price was relatively reasonable, I accepted that. If not for this Shuttle Service issue, I would have considered staying again. Please review and improve guidance regarding your Shuttle Service stops.
