An ideal, streamlined service

I’ve stayed here several times because I love the ocean-view Room, and this time the service was especially impressive. When I left my luggage at the Welcome Center in the morning, I received a QR code that let me complete check-in when it was time, then pick up my key using the machine next to the front desk—very convenient. After checkout, luggage storage is via free coin lockers, so even bags that don’t fully close are fine, and retrieval is easy. They’ve thoroughly eliminated unnecessary steps, yet their greetings and friendly check-ins with guests feel great—and they even offer free chilled barley tea by the entrance! It was an exceptionally comfortable stay.
