First time at a hotel
The room’s decor was cute, but what impressed me most was something on the ceiling. Be sure to take a look!

There is no bus service to DisneySea.
We stayed in an economy room designed to resemble a ship’s cabin. Perhaps because of the theme, the room was very cramped. It apparently sleeps three with the sofa bed, but that would leave no space to open luggage. The beds were also on the small side. The toilet and bathroom were cramped, much like those in a typical business hotel. I wouldn’t recommend sharing a bed with a child here. Two adults would be the limit. There are free shuttle buses to Disneyland and Maihama Station, but for DisneySea, the shuttle only takes you to Bayside Station, where you have to take the monorail one stop to Tokyo DisneySea Station. That was disappointing. It’s one of the more affordable official Disney hotels.

It doesn’t feel very Disney-like.
Perhaps because it’s one of the older and more affordable official hotels, it lacked any sense of luxury, and the excitement of being at Disney quickly faded. Our room was one of the newer ones in the hotel, and the hallway was clean, but I already felt disappointed on the way from the front desk to the elevators leading to our room. The room had newer facilities, but housekeeping was not thorough—the area behind the bathroom faucet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. There was also a long strand of hair on the pajamas, which felt unhygienic and really put me off… I didn’t report it to the front desk because I had already changed out of my clothes, but it suggests that housekeeping staff may be working without tying their hair back. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again.

Convenient bus access
I stayed here on a day when the park was reserved for a private event. At check-in, I was asked whether I would be joining the private event, and I received the bus timetable for that day. There were extra services as well, making travel between the parks very convenient. I would like to stay here again.

I stayed on September 29. It was a very cold, rainy day, but the air conditioner in the room was blowing cold air. I was freezing, so I turned it off and asked for an extra blanket. As a Disney Resort hotel, it felt rather basic. However, there are plenty of food options such as convenience stores, rice balls, and boxed meals. It’s a good choice for those who want to keep travel costs down.

Please do your best with the cleaning.
The free shuttle bus was convenient. However, there were hairs on the sofa and in the bathtub, and the shower curtain had an unpleasant odor. I also think it would be nice to have a small trash bin in the bathroom.

We stayed here the night before going to Disneyland. After we arrived, we were about to take a family photo at the entrance when a staff member kindly offered to help and took the picture for us, which made us very happy. The entrance was decorated for Halloween and looked really cute. The building feels a bit dated overall, but the interior was well cleaned and felt hygienic. Our room’s bathroom was especially clean and gave the impression it had been newly renovated. It was comfortable to use. On the other hand, the room itself did feel old. In particular, stains on the carpet were noticeable, which was disappointing. We also called in advance to ask if two beds could be moved against the wall, and they gladly accommodated our request. The phone service was truly excellent—among the best I’ve experienced compared with other companies. Thank you for your polite and helpful support. If your main purpose is visiting Disneyland or DisneySea and you just need a place to sleep, this hotel should be satisfying. However, if you want to enjoy your time at the hotel itself or are looking for luxury or new facilities, it may feel a bit lacking. The building and rooms are older, but that’s reflected in relatively reasonable pricing—it felt fair for what you pay. Since our goal was enjoying Disney and we only needed a good night’s sleep at the hotel, we were satisfied with this stay. We would like to stay here again when we visit Disney next time.

If you’re visiting Disney, it’s close and affordable. I wanted to take it easy in the morning, but I couldn’t relax because of the noise from cleaning next door.

Thank you for your support.
We used this Accommodation for a night after our vacation package. We arrived after the park closed and only needed a place to sleep, so we stayed fully understanding the Room size and everything else. Cleaning was thorough and good, except that a previous guest’s receipt was found under the bed. The bathroom was clean, but the hot water flow from the faucet was low; by using the shower as well, we were able to fill it fairly quickly. It was also nice that the toilet and bathroom were separate.

Disney Trip
I’m glad I visited and stayed to celebrate Tokyo DisneySea’s 25th anniversary. I was able to make many wonderful memories. The Room was great.

Super affordable and great.
It’s the best value and the most affordable among the Disney Resort official hotels. Next time, I’ll do my best to stay in a Room on a higher floor!

It’s great that the parking lot is available from 12:00 AM on the day of your stay.
For our last-minute Disney trip, we searched many nearby hotels and chose this one. We drove from our home in Tokyo and were looking for a place with a free shuttle bus, but what really decided it for us was that we could use the parking lot from 12:00 a.m. on the day of check-in. In the morning, there was enough space available so we could park right away. We enjoyed Disney to the fullest from 9:00 to 21:00 and then checked in. Since we booked a simple Plan with breakfast included, the front desk explanation was brief and we were able to head to our Room quickly. The next morning around 8:30, we went to breakfast at California on the 1st floor. About half of the seats were occupied, so we were able to start eating right away. Some items were not replenished immediately, but they were refilled while we ate other dishes. The dining staff guided guests and cleared tables in the restaurant; however, I would have appreciated it if they had prioritized clearing finished plates from tables where guests were still eating. The staff were kind to our children, and overall we were satisfied with this Accommodation for our family Disney trip. Thank you very much.

The location is convenient, but the front desk staff felt a bit cold. When I sat on the Room sofa, my whole body started itching, so I sat on it with a bath towel underneath me, but I still felt itchy the next day. It’s close by and affordable so I might stay again, but the itching was concerning.

Even though it’s a Disney Resort official Hotel…
It was my first stay in about 20 years, since back when it was Sunroute Plaza. Even though the Hotel is old, it’s still a Disney Resort official Hotel, so I was really looking forward to seeing how it had changed since then. However, I was very disappointed to find several hairs on the headboard and around the light. In the bathroom, my child tried to use the stool but noticed mold on the underside and said it felt gross and didn’t want to use it. Also, although the tiles are brown and it’s hard to see clearly, my child found an obvious slimy feeling around the drain that seemed like mold and hurried out of the bath saying, “That’s gross…” The stool and tiles did feel unpleasant. (I didn’t take photos because it was too disgusting.) I had been happy that there was a bathtub and thought we could relax, but realizing that both the Room and bathroom were not cleaned thoroughly really disappointed me—I couldn’t help thinking, “So this is what an official Hotel is like…” Also, in the morning I asked at the front desk for directions to Bayside Station. When I rang for assistance, there was no smile; although their wording was polite, they seemed bothered by having to help me, which made me wish I hadn’t asked. That said, check-in staff (a woman) assisted me courteously; Bayside Station is within walking distance; and there is also a shuttle bus—so if cleanliness were improved properly, I would like to stay again.

Just as you feel
This was my first stay with my 4th-grade daughter. Not only the Room, but also the floor and elevators had a ship theme. We had just come back from DisneySea, so we felt a little sad to leave it behind, but once we entered the Hotel, we could immerse ourselves in that atmosphere again, which was wonderful. The Room and beds were small, but for two women it was not a problem at all. The bathroom is also small, so if you are staying with a man, I think a different type of Room would be better. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of staples, main dishes, side dishes, and drinks, and everything was replenished quickly—it made for an enjoyable morning. The food was delicious and we could eat at a relaxed pace, so I’m glad we chose the plan with breakfast included.

An ideal, streamlined service
I’ve stayed here several times because I love the ocean-view Room, and this time the service was especially impressive. When I left my luggage at the Welcome Center in the morning, I received a QR code that let me complete check-in when it was time, then pick up my key using the machine next to the front desk—very convenient. After checkout, luggage storage is via free coin lockers, so even bags that don’t fully close are fine, and retrieval is easy. They’ve thoroughly eliminated unnecessary steps, yet their greetings and friendly check-ins with guests feel great—and they even offer free chilled barley tea by the entrance! It was an exceptionally comfortable stay.

What is a Comfort Room?
This was my first time staying in a Comfort Room. Since it was affordable, we booked two Rooms with two people in each. The Room was very spacious and had a nice resort feel. Breakfast is simple but tasty. It seems the live kitchen is no longer available. The only downside was that the shower water pressure was low, but it’s a good Hotel and I’d like to stay again.

An Official Hotel After a Long Time
It was my first time staying at an official Hotel in several years, and it was very comfortable. The convenient access was a big plus. As someone who loves cruises, this was a Room I had always wanted to try, and I’m glad I could relax comfortably even though it was compact. I wasn’t particularly interested in themed Rooms before, but it really got me excited, and during my stay I fully enjoyed the Disney atmosphere while watching the videos about how to spend time at Disney over and over. I’d like to stay again depending on the balance of price and season. I’ll definitely keep it as one of my options.

Convenience stores can get crowded at night.
As expected, the convenience store in the Hotel gets crowded after returning from the park, and items may be sold out. It’s smoother to buy what you need at a convenience store near Maihama Station, or if you only need drinks, from the vending machines at the Resort Line stations before heading back to your Room. The Moderate Room had a water purifier installed, which was a nice touch! All of the Hotel staff were very friendly and made our stay pleasant. Thank you!

About the complimentary Shuttle Service
I chose this Accommodation because the free parking Plan was appealing. On the first night, I parked at the Hotel and used the free Shuttle Service to enjoy DisneySea. On the way there, the driver told us, “Please wait at Stop No. 5 on your return,” so we waited at “Stop No. 5” at Maihama Station on the way back. Since Stop No. 5 had “Tokyo Bay Maihama Hotel First Resort” written on it, I was sure it was correct. However, even when it reached the time shown on the timetable, no bus came, and another bus driver told us, “The buses have already finished.” When I called the Hotel, they said, “The stop is No. 3.” If I were the only one who misheard, that would be my mistake—but there were other guests with me as well, so I don’t think it was a misunderstanding. Were the drop-off point and pick-up point for the Shuttle Service different? I checked in advance on your website but found it hard to understand. In the end, we took a taxi. As other Reviews mention, the room was somewhat small and amenities were minimal; however, since the price was relatively reasonable, I accepted that. If not for this Shuttle Service issue, I would have considered staying again. Please review and improve guidance regarding your Shuttle Service stops.

My Favorite Hotel
I often stay here when visiting Disney. The Room is clean, and the themed design Rooms are fun. I didn’t dine here this time, but next time I’d like to enjoy a relaxed meal.

I was very satisfied...
I was very satisfied with the Room I stayed in this time, as it was one I hadn’t stayed in before. The amenities were minimal and felt a bit lacking, but the pillow was comfortable and I was able to rest well. I hope I can stay in that Room again.

I’d love to stay here again.
This was my first stay. This time, I got a great deal with parking included. I also completed a temporary check-in in the morning, so it was easy when I returned from the park. The Shuttle Service bus to Disneyland and Maihama Station ran frequently, so there was no wasted time. The Room was clean, and I could even see DisneySea. I would like to stay again.

It’s decent.
The property is showing its age. It’s generally comfortable, but there was some dust, which may bother guests who are sensitive to it. The amenities were fine to use. The bath towel had an unpleasant odor. I’ve stayed at various official Hotels before, and compared with others, the negatives stood out a bit more here. There is something like a convenience store, but the late-night snack selection is limited. I couldn’t buy anything. After the park closes, it’s not available!

25. Sparkling Jubilee
My daughter and I always stay here when we visit Disney. The ReFa showerhead is great. Breakfast is clean and the food is delicious. We look forward to staying again in autumn on Mickey’s birthday.

It was a bit disappointing.
Until now, this Hotel has always left me with the impression that the Rooms were very good, but this time the Room we were upgraded to at no additional charge was small, and the toilet washlet did not work. I was also surprised that there were only what seemed to be child-sized bath chairs and wash bowls in the bathroom. In addition, there was no clock with an alarm function, and the view from the window was poor. Amenities were provided in a self-service style where you pick them up from in front of the elevator on the first floor, which made me wonder if that is appropriate for an official Hotel. I had always been able to stay very comfortably before, so I was disappointed this time. It makes me think twice about staying again next time.

The Hotel is very good and close to the park.
It’s a bit far from Disneyland, but you can still walk back, and there’s also a Shuttle Service, so it’s very convenient!! I stayed here to go to DisneySea this time, but there’s no direct access, so you need to leave a little early and take the Resort Line. The Hotel staff were very courteous, so I have no complaints! Just one thing I noticed… some Rooms have a unit bath. If you get one of those Rooms, please be aware that the shower curtain smells very bad… It had been a while since I stayed in a Room with a unit bath, but this time the odor was especially strong… I know you must be busy, but I would appreciate it if you could replace it with something clean. Other than that, it’s truly a great Hotel and I’d like to stay again!

The Room was comfortable.
This was my first time staying here. The Room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Since we went to Disney in the rain, our shoes got soaked, but the front desk lent us a shoe dryer, which really helped. We went to DisneySea this time, so it was disappointing that the Hotel shuttle bus only stops at Disneyland. It was also convenient to be able to buy souvenirs inside the Hotel. We had a very comfortable two-day stay, and the price was a great value—we were very satisfied! Thank you.
