We appreciate the upgrade, but…
Thank you for upgrading us to the Espacio Room. At check-in, we were only told that we had been upgraded, with no explanation of what the Espacio Room included. Also, there were fewer take-home amenities than expected, so we did not really feel the benefit of the upgrade. The service at check-in/check-out was not very friendly and felt somewhat intimidating. On our next stay, we do not need the IKYU perk champagne. Alcohol is harmful to me. The Room itself was very clean and well maintained, so we were able to relax.

Thank you very much for staying at Nagoya Kanko Hotel. We also sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your valuable feedback despite your busy schedule. We deeply apologize that, despite upgrading you to an Espacio Room, our insufficient explanation resulted in an experience that did not meet your expectations. In addition, we are truly ashamed and deeply regret that our staff’s manner at check-in and check-out made you feel intimidated, which is unacceptable in the service industry. We take your comments seriously and will thoroughly review our service approach and reinforce staff training. We also sincerely apologize for any discomfort caused regarding the IKYU member benefit champagne (alcohol). On your next stay, we will change it to a non-alcoholic option. We hope you will give us another opportunity and choose Nagoya Kanko Hotel again.
