This was my first st...

This was my first stay in two years. Since we had a guaranteed ocean-view Room, it was great to be able to see Meriken Park, Port Tower, and the Ferris wheel. However, there were two disappointing points due to aging facilities: - The bathtub is old, and the yellowing and roughness were quite noticeable. - The toilet did not flush well. I would like to see improvements in the cleanliness of the bathroom area. Otherwise, I feel the price should be lowered. The front desk staff and cloakroom staff were very pleasant and helpful.

While we are pleased that you enjoyed the view from your Room during your stay, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort caused by the yellowing and roughness of the bathtub and the poor flushing of the toilet, which prevented you from having a comfortable stay.
