I’d been looking forward to my trip to Kanazawa, but just before arrival the weather turned terrible—torrential rain and even lightning. I remembered how close it is to the station, so I left my luggage before check-in and went out exploring. On the way back, I stored my bags again and enjoyed shopping for souvenirs hands-free, then had lunch and tea and made the most of Kanazawa. I’d like to stay here again on my next trip. So grateful for the great location near the station!

I came to Sapporo again after summer, this time to enjoy the autumn foliage. Since it’s close to the station and I arrived by rental car, I chose Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo as I was looking for a well-appointed hotel with parking. With the greenery of the Hokkaido University Botanical Gardens right in front and Rokkatei’s main store just across the street, I was very satisfied with the convenient location and spacious, relaxing atmosphere. The bed was very comfortable and I slept soundly. The air conditioning could be set exactly as desired, and having the bath, toilet, and sink in separate areas made for a very pleasant stay—especially with the large bathtub. As for amenities, since it’s a dry season, it would be nice to have moisturizing cream or similar items. At breakfast, you can enjoy an impressive selection of Hokkaido specialties such as grilled dishes, sushi, soup curry, zangi (Hokkaido-style fried chicken), and jingisukan (grilled lamb). Everything is delicious. There are also crispy croissants and a strawberry yogurt drink; for sweets, they even prepare a Halloween-themed pumpkin Mont Blanc right in front of you. With fruit and cakes as well as plenty of both Japanese and Western options, I was extremely satisfied with this excellent breakfast. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Sapporo.

Although we stayed for only one night, it was a wonderful Accommodation with thoughtful services exactly where we hoped they would be. We could feel the attention to detail everywhere—an all-inclusive in-Room minibar, three kinds of cold drinks prepared at the large public bath, an impressive umeshu collection with 100 varieties (a paradise for umeshu lovers like us), and grilled fish for the Japanese breakfast that you can choose from three options. All of the staff were very cheerful and the overall service quality was excellent. In particular, we were truly moved by the attentive hospitality of the foreign male staff member who took care of us at dinner. We were also surprised by how fluent his Japanese was. Dinner was delicious as well, and we appreciated the focus on local ingredients. The Senju hot pot made with Masuda beef was wonderfully tender and rich. From check-in to check-out, we spent a genuinely relaxing time—simply gazing at the view from our Room in the rain and enjoying forest bathing in a private setting. It was an ideal vacation that helped us forget everyday life and feel refreshed both physically and mentally. If I may mention one thing, incense, fragrant olive flower arrangements, and stick diffusers were placed throughout the building. Even though we came to enjoy such clean air in this area, the scent felt a bit too strong. While you promote sustainability as an Accommodation, it felt somewhat contradictory—and disappointing—that even items like shampoo, body soap, and towels are fragranced. Some guests may enjoy fragrance, but others are sensitive to it as well; I would appreciate it if you could take this into consideration going forward. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.

Thank you for taking care of us during our summer trip to Shikoku. Before dinner, we were able to watch a live demonstration of straw-seared bonito, and it was truly delicious. The bath was also spacious and very relaxing. We didn’t know until we arrived, but this is a historic and prestigious Accommodation, and every staff member who assisted us was courteous and attentive. We booked the guided walking stay Plan, and the next day we visited ponds associated with Ryoma Sakamoto while walking. The explanations were thorough, making it a truly memorable experience.

This was my first time staying at Storyline, and I was extremely satisfied—the place was very clean and the location was great! I usually stay at large Hotels, so I was a little worried about the Facilities, but after staying here I had no issues at all. When making my Reservation, I shared my Room preferences, and you prepared a Room that perfectly matched my request—I was truly delighted!! Both the building and the Room were carefully cleaned and felt very fresh and spotless. Breakfast wasn’t the typical buffet style; instead, we could put whatever food and drinks we wanted into a basket and eat anywhere in the Hotel. It was my first time experiencing that, and it was so much fun! My once-a-year reward trip turned into something really special!! I’d love to stay again next year! Thank you so much!!

We stayed here on a couples’ trip. The welcome pizza was incredibly delicious, and even though we asked for seconds many times, the staff kindly baked fresh pizzas for us each time with a smile. Thank you very much. Perhaps because there were many families with children, our bathing times didn’t overlap, so even though we used the bath several times, we never shared it with anyone and were able to relax as if it were private. This was my fault, but the pizza was so good that I ate too much and ended up leaving some of my dinner, which I felt sorry about. I thought it would be nice to have an option with a smaller dinner portion. The dessert contained peaches, and when I declined due to my allergy, they offered to prepare an assortment of seasonal fruits instead. Since I’m allergic to fruit in general, I had to decline as well, but I truly appreciated their thoughtful consideration. Breakfast was also very delicious and satisfying. We would definitely like to stay again.

Before booking, I had a few questions, so I called the hotel and then made my reservation. The staff member on the phone was very polite and accurate, which gave me confidence to book, and this was my first stay. When I arrived, the parking lot was full, but they kindly directed me to a nearby parking area. At the front desk, I told the staff it was my first time and that I didn’t know how things worked, and they explained everything carefully. Although it was a weekday stay, there were many families with children. I wanted a hotel with a separate bath and toilet and a bathtub; even though I stayed alone, the bathroom had a chair and wash basin, and the shower head settings could be changed with a button, which made it very comfortable. It was clean, convenient, reasonably priced, and I was very satisfied. I have already booked another stay in November as well—thank you in advance for your continued hospitality.

The convenience is excellent, with the express bus stop from Sendai right in front of the property, and the bathroom’s separate washing area was also a big plus. Above all, I was amazed by how lavish the breakfast was. I chose the Japanese set, and was surprised to be served a tray-style meal that felt just like a Ryokan. Starting with imoni soup served on a small burner, every dish showcased Yamagata specialties—I was truly impressed. Both the quality and portion size were completely satisfying. I would love to stay again.

We were amazed at how close the ocean was, impressed by the care put into the meals, and soothed by the sound of the waves throughout our trip. Both my spouse and I were born in September, and our working son happened to be home at the same time, so we stayed here for this occasion. Thank you for preparing celebratory red rice and for the photo service. Having grown up by the sea, it felt nostalgic to fall asleep at night listening to the waves for the first time since childhood.

I always drive there, so it’s very convenient to have plenty of affordable coin-operated parking lots nearby. The room is also kept very clean, and I can stay comfortably.

We originally planned to stay for one night, but since the weather at our next destination didn’t look promising, we decided on a last-minute Multiple Night Stay here. Before staying here, we had been at the Grand Prince Hotel Hiroshima, and compared with that, this Hotel felt more family-friendly and enjoyable even with children. It’s a little away from the center of Dogo Onsen, but a free retro-style Shuttle Service bus runs regularly, so the distance hardly bothered us. There is a footbath at the Hotel entrance that you can enjoy anytime. In the evening, there was also a festival-style kids’ fair held next to the souvenir shop area, which delighted our child. The baths are divided between an indoor bath on the 3rd floor and an open-air bath on the 4th floor. Each has its own atmosphere, and it was great being able to enjoy both. The food was delicious and our whole family was very satisfied. The staff were courteous as well, so we could relax and feel comfortable throughout our stay. This last-minute Multiple Night Stay turned out to be absolutely the right choice. When we visit Dogo Onsen as a family again, we would definitely like to stay here again—certainly a repeat for us. The Dogo Prince Hotel character “Yutama Prince” greeted us at check-in and saw us off at check-out at the entrance. We hope he keeps up the great work!

This was my first stay here, and it was a truly comfortable, relaxing, and wonderful hotel. All of the staff were very kind and pleasant as well. The room felt clean and cozy, with a great view. It also had a lanai where I could enjoy coffee and unwind. Above all, the hot spring baths and breakfast were amazing. The hot spring water was excellent, and the breakfast buffet used plenty of local ingredients—it was truly delicious. It really was a fantastic hotel. Thanks to you, I had a fun and memorable trip, and I’m very grateful. Thank you so much. I’d love to visit again.

The guest room was very clean and beautiful. The hiba wood bath smelled wonderful and was amazing. The atmosphere of the building was also great. And the food was incredibly delicious!! The sashimi at dinner was so fresh it was hard to believe we were staying at an Accommodation in the mountains. For breakfast, we were very satisfied to enjoy many local dishes such as Aomori’s famous ika-menchi and Towada barayaki. Most impressive of all was the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail. Since we had a small child with us, thank you very much for all your consideration. In particular, the staff member who assisted us at dinner welcomed us with a wonderful smile, creating a memorable experience that will stay with us. Thank you very much. We visited as a large group, and everyone praised it as an outstanding Accommodation. We would definitely love to visit again in another season. Thank you for a wonderful time.

I had a very comfortable stay. It was close to the station and very convenient. I was impressed that the skincare products at the amenities bar were Sekkisei. This time I booked No Meals Included, but I would have liked to try the breakfast if I had the chance.

On a long-awaited trip to Izumo Taisha, I wanted to stay at a Hotel near Matsue Castle, so I chose this Accommodation. I arrived a little early, but the pleasant service left a great first impression. When I entered the Room, I found it had been renovated and was very clean and beautiful. The view from the window wasn’t Lake Shinji, but I was happy to see Matsue Castle clearly. I was really looking forward to the sunset over Lake Shinji, but unfortunately it was cloudy... I waited until 6:00 p.m., but sadly couldn’t see it. Before dinner, I used the bath facilities. The changing area and baths were very clean, and the open-air bath was spacious and comfortable. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting much from the food... but it was surprisingly delicious—especially the shijimi clam soup! It truly impressed me. While buffet-style dining is common these days, I was satisfied that we could relax and enjoy our meal at our table. Breakfast was half buffet-style, but there were many small dishes neatly packed into a bento box-style tray, and everything tasted great. Thank you very much. Starting with the front desk staff, everyone’s hospitality made me feel truly comfortable. It’s a Hotel where I would definitely like to stay again!!

Great value for money and excellent service—I’ve become a fan of this Hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Nagoya!

My family requested a trip to Kamikochi and Shirahone Onsen, so I made a Reservation at the long-admired Awanoyu with its milky-blue waters—and they were thrilled. When we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful attention to every detail, and by the chef’s outstanding dishes featuring local ingredients and seasonal flavors. The Onsen was unlike any we had experienced before, leaving both body and mind completely refreshed. We were also deeply moved by the understated hospitality of the proprietress and all the staff. We’ve found an Accommodation we want to return to right away. Thank you for such wonderful memories!!

Everything—from the Facility and hospitality to the dining—exceeded our expectations, and it was a stay that our whole family genuinely enjoyed. Our child liked it so much they said, “I want to come again,” and we felt it is a Hotel that’s perfect for a family trip. This time we stayed for one night and two days because we were also staying at another Hotel, but considering the well-equipped Facility and services, I think a Multiple Night Stay would let you appreciate this Hotel’s appeal even more. Next time, we would definitely like to stay for multiple nights. [Club Lounge] The staff at check-in were extremely courteous, and we were able to enjoy sweets and drinks while completing the procedures. They also prepared coloring sets for each child in our party, which left a great impression as our child was able to spend the time without getting bored. [Guest Room: Ryukyu Suite / Beach View] The in-room refrigerator was a large model with completely separate fridge and freezer compartments, making it very convenient even for families. The toilet was modern and very clean, so it was comfortable to use. Having an in-room drum-type washer/dryer is especially helpful for longer stays or trips with children. Also, because there is a tatami room, children can relax safely lying down; we felt it’s a guest room where families can truly unwind together. Since it’s on the 3rd floor, the view isn’t quite “breathtaking,” but we had no particular complaints and stayed comfortably. [Dinner: Roy’s] There was an excellent variety of sushi options, and the desserts were plentiful as well—everything was delicious. We were satisfied enough that we definitely want to dine here again next time, and I can strongly recommend it to future guests. [Breakfast: Four Seasons] As part of the club floor benefits, we could make a Reservation at check-in, which helped us avoid crowds and enter smoothly. All dishes were delicious—especially the pancakes. With seating overlooking the ocean and a great atmosphere overall, it made for a wonderful morning. [Large Public Bath] We used it around 9:00 PM. It was crowded inside, but there was always an available washing station. Towels were provided as well, which made everything comfortable. [Facilities & Amenities] While not large, there is an indoor pool; plus activities such as rock-paper-scissors stamp rallies are held too, so children won’t get bored even on rainy days. We spent comfortably everywhere—including the outdoor pool area and the beach. [What Was Disappointing] The club floor benefit “Dolphin Splash” and the suite benefit “Wake-Up Sailing” were fully booked so we couldn’t participate. Although this seems unavoidable since the website states they are first-come-first-served programs as well، I hope improvements can be made so guests are less likely to miss out on these benefits altogether.

This is my regular place to stay in Chino. The rooms are like a standard business hotel, but the soundproofing is excellent. This time my room was next to the elevator, yet I heard nothing at all. It seemed nearly fully booked, but I couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms either—perfect for a quiet stay. The owner’s dog, whom I often see in the morning and evening, is absolutely adorable, and I always look forward to saying hello on each visit. There is a large hot-spring bath on the first floor with wonderful water quality. It’s open from 6:00 a.m., so I hardly ever use the bathtub in my room. After soaking, there’s also a massage chair room where you can fully unwind from travel or work fatigue. In the morning, complimentary coffee is available next to the front desk, and it’s very good—I enjoy it every time. The entire building is non-smoking, but there is a designated smoking area by the entrance, so it isn’t inconvenient. It feels like the best of both worlds: an onsen ryokan and a business hotel combined. Every time I stay here, I tell myself that next time I’ll try the breakfast buffet.
