Overall, it was good, but...

The guest room, breakfast, and spa were excellent. However, it was unfortunate that I had difficulty understanding the female front desk staff member (possibly not Japanese?) during check-in. Both the breakfast and spa staff communicated in English, which was very clear and easy to understand (as it was in Otemachi as well).
