This was our first trip as a couple, and we made a Reservation to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. Since we’re not very experienced travelers, we were nervous at first, but the Ryokan staff were so kind and friendly that our worries quickly disappeared. I’m not usually comfortable with open-air baths, but I worked up the courage to try—and it was truly relaxing and soothing. The changing area was clean and easy to use as well. And the meals we had been looking forward to exceeded all expectations—I was genuinely satisfied from the bottom of my heart! Everything was delicious. There was venison tataki, which I wasn’t sure about at first, but it had no strong taste at all and was truly wonderful. Our attendant explained each dish carefully, which helped us appreciate the ingredients even more—thank you so much. What made us even happier was that they took photos for our anniversary and gave them to us as a gift when we left. The handwritten letter from the proprietress also deeply moved me. This is the first time my heart has felt this full—just like my stomach! We are filled with gratitude for everyone’s thoughtfulness, kindness, and warm support. We will definitely come back again! Thank you very much for everything.

This is a highly recommended glamping Accommodation. Many of the staff are young, and everyone provides outstanding hospitality. They also replied quickly to questions we sent by message before our stay, which made us feel reassured from the start. We visited in mid-July, and since the weather wasn’t great, the temperature didn’t get too high and we stayed comfortable. (On sunny, hot days, it may get a bit warm inside the tent. There is air conditioning, but it’s not very powerful.) Basically, everything you need is provided. (Coleman BBQ grill, charcoal, fire starters, tongs, fan, etc.) This time we stayed on a Plan that included dinner with late check-in. The meal came with beef, chicken, pork, and even game meat—honestly more than enough for a family of four with a teenage boy who eats a lot. Since we had a Multiple Night Stay (2 nights), they were flexible in helping us store what we couldn’t finish and even switching the next day’s meat to seafood as needed, which was wonderful. Both my spouse and I enjoy alcohol, so we really enjoyed the all-you-can-drink option. The selection was so good it almost felt unfair for an unlimited plan—and we were able to fully savor drinks unique to Hokkaido as well. They also had soft drinks like Hokkaido apple juice and milk (and it was delicious), which our teenage son definitely appreciated. There’s also a toaster so you can warm up bread you buy yourself, and coffee is available both hot and iced—truly attentive service throughout. You do need to leave the tent to use the bath and toilets, but neither felt crowded at all; everyone seemed considerate and kept things clean. It can feel slightly scary if you need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night (haha), but there are lights everywhere so it still feels safe. There is also a private sauna available for an additional fee; being able to relax there as a family of four may have been our best memory from this trip. Spending quiet time together while listening to the river was truly blissful. This is an Accommodation I’d love to stay at again if I have another chance—thank you very much!

I loved the Japanese-modern exterior and the chic, calming interior. The guest room had a high ceiling, and the alcove lantern added a wonderful Japanese ambiance—I could really feel the good taste in the design. I heard there are only about 10 rooms in total, so the Onsen was never crowded and I could soak at my leisure. Dinner featured a wide variety of dishes using summer vegetables, seasonal fish, and local ingredients; I was very satisfied with the gentle seasoning. The edamame potage is something I’d love to have again. Breakfast also offered plenty of options and more than enough food—above all, the rice was delicious. From welcome to farewell, I felt truly high-quality service in every interaction with the staff. It was a stay that reminded me how glad I am to choose a Ryokan again after such a long time. Highly recommended Accommodation!

I was a bit worried the Room might be old and not so great, but it was excellent. Meals were served in the Room, so we didn’t have to move around at all—especially wonderful for us seniors—and the Onsen was fantastic. It’s an outstanding Onsen that I highly recommend to everyone.

It was a wonderful Hotel stay spent with my grandchild. Since Risonare is family-oriented, there were many young children, and breakfast was lively; however, no one disrupted the atmosphere, so we could relax and enjoy our time comfortably without feeling self-conscious. There were also activities for children, and we had plenty to enjoy within the Hotel. The challenge programs gave children confidence. We didn’t use the bath in the Room and instead relaxed in the large public bath. It was a Hotel where we could stay with peace of mind. Thank you.

Located about an hour from Shinjuku and easy to reach, yet once you step inside, a beautiful, nature-filled garden unfolds and makes you forget everyday life in an instant. The Room was also wonderful—said to be a favorite of Hayao Miyazaki—with thoughtful details throughout, from the view from the round in-room bath to the uniquely textured corridors, creating a truly charming atmosphere. From arrival to departure, the staff’s warm hospitality and attentive care made our family feel completely at ease, allowing us to spend a very comfortable and happy time.

I made a Reservation the day before on a whim. I was very satisfied with this rate including breakfast. The Facility is old, but both the Room and the large public bath were well cleaned, and I had a very comfortable stay. Also, the front desk and restaurant staff were very pleasant and wonderful. It’s not flashy, but I think it’s a very good Hotel where you can relax. I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

Upon entering the lobby, we were welcomed by a large aquarium and a spacious lobby, which felt wonderful. I stayed in a universal room with my mother, who has difficulty walking, and she was happy that she could relax and bathe comfortably. The staff were also courteous and attentive, making our stay very pleasant.

You can enjoy Hōekisen Onsen, with a 1,300-year history, as 100% free-flowing natural spring water with no added water. As it is a private bath, I was able to relax and soak at my own pace while enjoying the river view. The scenery of the Uregawa River was also wonderful. The Room will be irresistible for anyone who loves traditional old Japanese houses. The meals were Chinese herbal cuisine prepared by a Chinese chef; paired perfectly with herbal liquor and were truly delicious. The chicken breast soup, black-bone chicken soup, and soft-shelled turtle soup were all excellent. I could also use the baths at a nearby sister property; each had great views and was wonderful in its own way. I stayed for two nights, but there are many attractions nearby and I couldn’t see everything, so I’d like to visit again.

This was my second stay this year because I particularly enjoyed the food last time. Originally a bank's retreat, the compact front desk and building layout reflect its history. There is no greeting upon arrival, luggage assistance, or farewell service (you carry your luggage to the third-floor front desk yourself and leave on your own). However, I appreciate the stunning ocean view from the hilltop location and the cozy atmosphere with only 10 rooms. The Onsen features a 78-degree natural hot spring source, with a slightly small but pleasant open-air bath and high-quality massage chairs. This time, I stayed in a Western-style room near the elevator that was added later; it was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds. The only downside was that the sink and toilet were adjacent without separation—though it did provide an open feel upon reflection. Dinner could only be enjoyed at the restaurant (unlike last time when in-room dining allowed for more relaxation), which was disappointing as wearing loungewear is not permitted—I would have preferred to dine in a relaxed atmosphere in loungewear. Starting February next year, dinner times will shift to two seatings; however, I hope they maintain flexibility like now where you can choose every 30 minutes. The food met expectations—delicious despite not using particularly expensive ingredients—with intricate sauces and beautiful presentation that truly felt like fine cuisine. Breakfast also offered plenty of variety and quality. Before dinner at the lounge, I ordered Royal Milk Tea which was so delicious that I ordered it again in the morning while enjoying an elegant atmosphere with ocean views through large windows. A staff member kindly offered to take my photo during this time while explaining distant scenery details—a friendly gesture that elevated my impression of this accommodation’s overall service level. Its convenient distance from Osaka makes me want to visit again!

We recently stayed with our two dogs for a birthday trip. It was our first time at Regina in Lake Yamanaka, and it turned into a truly enjoyable getaway. All of the staff were very kind and welcoming to our dogs as well. The Room was clean and comfortable, and we had a wonderful stay—if anything, we only wished there had been one more Room. The large public bath was also very relaxing. Dinner was Italian, and every dish was delicious; even the bread was excellent, so we were very satisfied. The restaurant seating was spacious, and having space for our cart was a big help. Since it was a birthday celebration, we received an adorable cake and they even took photos for us—such a lovely memory. It was also our first time using the pool, and it seemed like they had fun (haha). The drink bar in the lobby—especially the coffee and apple cider vinegar drink—was delicious and much appreciated. We would love to visit another Regina property as well. Thank you very much.

This was our second stay. Our previous visit left a strong impression, and we were looking forward to coming back. The owners’ warm hospitality was just as wonderful this time, and we had a very comfortable stay. The Accommodation was kept spotless throughout, making it a relaxing place to be. The meals were excellent, and we especially enjoyed trying ingredients we rarely get to taste, such as wolf eel. This trip was also for a special anniversary, and thanks to your thoughtful kindness, it became a truly memorable stay. Thank you very much. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t allow us to see the starry sky like last time, but every sightseeing spot you recommended was fantastic, and we were able to fully experience the charm of Eastern Hokkaido. When we visit Eastern Hokkaido again, we would love to stay here again.

This was our family’s first trip to Amakusa, Kumamoto, and we stayed here. We had been looking forward to it even before we arrived, and the Accommodation was even more stylish than we expected—everywhere we went, we could feel the great sense of design. The Room was very clean, and the view from the villa was amazing. There were activities to enjoy both indoors and outdoors, and our child had a wonderful time. We rented a BBQ set, and everything was provided—so it was incredibly convenient to just bring our own ingredients and enjoy. The older male staff member at reception was very friendly and kind, and we also enjoyed hearing various stories from him. Unfortunately he wasn’t there when we checked out, so we couldn’t thank him in person, which was a real shame—but we’d love to make another opportunity to visit Amakusa and stay again. There is nothing around the Accommodation, so it’s very quiet; we could also enjoy a sky full of stars, making for an extremely relaxing time. Since there isn’t anywhere within shopping distance from the Accommodation, it might be even more comfortable if reception offered some snacks or if light meals were available at a café or restaurant—but overall it truly was a completely satisfying stay and an unforgettable place. Thank you very much!

It was a truly wonderful Onsen. Not only was the water quality excellent, but with one indoor bath and two open-air baths, I never got tired of soaking no matter how many times I went in. There was also a free beer event, and I was very pleased with this unexpected service. Because a typhoon made landfall on the day of my stay, I couldn’t go out to eat in the Onsen town at night, which was disappointing—but thanks to this service, I was able to enjoy drinks in the lobby instead. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and the entire building was kept spotless, so I rated my overall satisfaction as 5. I would definitely like to stay again (next time for winter skiing...).

The food was simply outstanding. There were so many dishes that we couldn’t finish them all. The bath is small, but there is also an open-air bath, and everything was clean; it warmed us up nicely. We enjoyed chatting with the proprietress and her daughter, and had a pleasant, comfortable stay. We’re glad we chose Minami Ryokan.

In addition to the unbeatable location directly connected to Kyoto Station, I was impressed by the staff’s courteous and heartfelt service. The Hotel has a calm atmosphere, and the room was spotless, allowing me to relax in comfort. Even after a long day of sightseeing, stepping into the Hotel immediately brought a sense of relief and reassurance. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, each one carefully prepared. It also had a distinct Kyoto touch, making it a wonderful way to start the day. More than just convenience, the staff’s thoughtful attention made this a Hotel I’d gladly choose again on my next trip to Kyoto. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay in Kyoto with just a little extra luxury, I highly recommend this Hotel.

I had long wanted to visit the Fujiya Hotel, and I finally had the chance. Everything was wonderful—the Room, the meals, and the service—and it made me want to come back again and try a different restaurant next time. We stayed for a family birthday, so I ordered a birthday cake in advance, and thanks to your help in creating a festive atmosphere and taking photos for us, it became a truly memorable experience. Thank you very much. The Fujiya Hotel was excellent overall, but one disappointing moment was at breakfast: a female staff member in a white blazer came out through the door next to Kikka-so and walked away without acknowledging me even when I greeted her. I would like to visit again in another season.

My wife and I stayed for two nights over a weekend trip. Unfortunately, it rained, so we couldn’t fully enjoy sightseeing in Kanazawa as planned. However, the time we spent at the Hotel was incredibly comfortable, and thanks to the wonderful lounge and the thoughtful care of all the staff, it turned into a truly satisfying stay. We arrived at the Hotel around noon. Our car was taken care of with valet service, which made it easy for us to head to Omicho Market. We enjoyed rock oysters, Noto beef croquettes, grilled scallop skewers, and more. When we returned to the Hotel around 2:00 p.m., even though it was before check-in time, we were kindly told that our Room was already ready. The Room was spotless and had a calm atmosphere—such a welcome gesture after walking in the rain. What I had been looking forward to most during this stay was the club lounge. We were amazed by how well stocked it was: their famous cakes, sandwiches, a wide selection of drinks, and even Häagen-Dazs ice cream. The evening offerings were also excellent—far beyond what you’d expect from “just a lounge,” and more than enough for us as dinner. We were also excited about breakfast. Although we had to wait a little due to full seating, the food exceeded our expectations. It felt distinctly Kanazawa-like as well, and we were very satisfied. Above all else, what left the strongest impression was the staff’s smiles and hospitality. Throughout our two-night stay, every staff member greeted us with genuine warmth, and their attentive care comforted us again and again. Even when checking out and leaving, there was one last pleasant surprise. When our car was brought to the entrance via valet service, chilled mineral water had been placed in the cup holders. My wife and I were truly touched by such thoughtfulness until the very end. Since we couldn’t do as much sightseeing in Kanazawa due to the rain this time around، our time at this Hotel became an especially memorable part of our trip. When we visit Kanazawa again، we would definitely love to stay here. To all of your staff، thank you very much for an amazing two nights and three days.
