We stayed on August 1–2, 2026! The Room (depending on the Plan, I assume) felt like it could have been a bit deeper and wider, but it matched the photos online. This was our first stay at Taoya as a family of four, including a second-year university student and a second-year high school student. We loved the all-inclusive free drinks (including alcohol) throughout our stay, plus the welcome dessert (the mini Mont Blanc was freshly piped on the spot). At dinner buffet, there were shake salads, freshly grilled and carved steak, and each table had a small burner for mini hot pots. There were also pasta and pizza, and even late-night snacks included in the Plan—everything was excellent in both taste and portion size. Breakfast was also buffet-style with build-your-own rice bowls, grilled fish using the tabletop burner, and freshly baked mini apple pies brought around to each table (they’re seriously piping hot, so be careful when eating). Our whole family was very satisfied. At dinner one night while we were taking a selfie with an outstretched arm, a staff member kindly offered to take our photo—an extra touch that made us even happier. The location was great too: easy access to Momiji-dani Suspension Bridge and the Nasu Highlands area, and Nikko is just over an hour away by expressway. Since it’s in the mountains we were worried about insects, but they didn’t bother us at all—we didn’t even encounter any during an evening walk (to the nearest suspension bridge), at the open-air bath on the 4th floor, or in our Room. The only insect we really noticed was dragonflies flying around the courtyard; little kids seemed to enjoy having them land on their fingers. Personally, I especially liked the courtyard bonfire! Thank you very much—we’d love to come again if we have another chance. (*Menus and types of insects may vary depending on season and timing.)

Having an Onsen is a big plus. There are in-house loungewear, and slippers are allowed when going from your Room to the Onsen, so it’s convenient and has a Japanese feel even though it’s a Hotel. All the staff were smiling and often anticipated what we needed before we even asked, which made everything go smoothly. It’s also close to the station, very convenient, and comfortable.

As the Hotel is located inside the airport and can be accessed directly, it is convenient for early morning flights. The room was well cleaned, and the facilities were also clean. However, while sleeping, I heard a high-pitched whining sound coming from the bathroom that kept me awake for a while. Overall, I was satisfied.

I stayed here while visiting Kochi to see a friend. I went out right after checking in and didn’t return until after 11:00 p.m., so my stay ended up being very short. The queen Room with a kitchen isn’t large, but it was very stylish and practical. I wished I could have stayed longer. Although I didn’t have time to use it, I couldn’t find any kitchen utensils. When I asked at check-out, I was told they were in the cabinet. Thinking “It must be here,” I tried many times to open that cabinet drawer, but couldn’t (lol). If I had wanted to use the kitchen, it would have been really disappointing, so some guidance would have been helpful. The front desk staff were very pleasant both at check-in and check-out. If I visit Kochi again, I definitely want to stay at this Hotel. Next time, I want to try opening that cabinet (lol).

This was my second stay. I use this Hotel when I visit Hiroshima city. My home is close enough for a day trip, so I could go back, but I liked staying overnight, enjoying the area around the Hotel the next day, and then heading home early. The welcome lounge is casual and convenient. Dinner was affordable and delicious. Breakfast was very filling, which felt a bit heavy for me at my age. The Room is spacious, though the bathroom is a little small—but still perfectly fine. It’s an easy place to stay, so I’ll use it again.

I stayed for one night. The Room is a standard Business Hotel, but it had everything I needed, and the complimentary drink service was appreciated. Also, although you need to step outside to get there, it was great to have a large public bath with a sauna; it would have been even better if it were available in the early morning as well as at night. Breakfast was free, buffet-style with a wide variety of options, and very delicious. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Koga!

Conveniently located near Tenjin Station with easy access from the airport and Hakata Station. Nakasu is just a quick taxi ride away, and because it’s a bit removed from Nakasu, it’s quiet at night. The bathroom has a washing area, so I was able to relax. Amenities are not provided in the Room and are available at the front desk. Since there is a larger bathtub, it would be even nicer if bath salts (Onsen-style) were included among the amenities. Like many Hotels these days, there was no daily sheet change or Room cleaning. Breakfast was good with local ingredients, but for a Multiple Night Stay I wished there were a few more menu options. Also, it would be nice to have paper coffee cups so guests can take coffee from the breakfast area back to their Room.

It’s been a long time since I felt this kind of excitement. I was truly fulfilled by the meticulous, sophisticated design—much like how I felt when staying at Le Royal Monceau in Paris. The service struck the perfect balance, and the high-quality, distinctive room atmosphere and design made it genuinely relaxing.\nBeyond the guest room, the large rooftop jacuzzi we used at night was wonderful, and the garden beside the first-floor restaurant—with its towering palm tree—was also superb. It’s impressive to see it maintained to this level.\nEven after about 20 years, this standard is remarkable. This is exactly what people mean by a Hotel you’ll want to return to. My sincere thanks to all the staff who must work hard every day to keep everything so well maintained.

I stayed in a KASE Room for two nights. The interior design, furnishings, and bath were excellent. The larger furniture and bathtub may be especially comfortable for taller or bigger guests. Communication regarding the Reservation was very kind and helpful. Dinner on the first night was a French course meal, and contrary to my expectations (my apologies), it was outstanding. It was served at the affiliated steakhouse next door, and the main meat dish truly shined—it was delicious (you can also charge it to your Room). On the second night, I didn’t want to eat at the same restaurant again, so they introduced nearby dining options. They recommended as many as 12 places with details and Shuttle Service from the Hotel included. I chose an Italian restaurant and was very satisfied. Breakfast was plentiful, healthy, and delicious. I couldn’t fully enjoy the private open-air bath due to unfortunate weather, but that can’t be helped. The staff service was thoughtful and pleasant throughout. A Keith Haring museum—one I have long been a fan of—is right next door, which I really enjoyed. The Hotel also displays Haring’s works. I visited the Hakushu Distillery (the main purpose of my trip). There is a shuttle bus from Kobuchizawa Station, and I could also request Shuttle Service from the Hotel to Kobuchizawa. Overall, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you very much.

After working in another prefecture, I checked in late at night and stayed here. The large public bath had a charming atmosphere, and the breakfast was high quality—I was very satisfied. Thank you for helping me with a forgotten item at checkout. I will stay here again.

The Facility is old, but the rates are affordable, and since the meals are kaiseki cuisine, we enjoyed them at a relaxed pace. Above all, the Kanmon Bridge and the Kanmon Strait can be seen from the Room, bath, and dining hall—absolutely wonderful. We were able to take our time enjoying the view of various ships coming and going. We will stay again.

I used to visit the Onsen for day trips every year, but this was my first time staying overnight (2 nights). The spaces outside the Room were well equipped, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. Between the Onsen, complimentary alcohol and snacks, and manga, two days wasn’t enough time—I barely had time just to sleep in the Room. I think this is the No. 1 Accommodation as a base for horse-related activities.

The unit bath was a bit small, but the Room was clean and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and answered all of our questions carefully. In addition, it was great value for money and the service was attentive; we really appreciated the complimentary coffee, water, and ice cream. We would love to stay again next time. We stayed here as a couple on our trip. We were able to take our time sightseeing, enjoy local pubs, and relax at this clean Hotel. It’s a Hotel we’d like to stay at again if we have the chance to visit.

I finally brought my daughter, who had been wanting to visit for a long time. The IKYU Diamond benefit was alcohol, but the staff member who showed us to our Room kindly asked if alcohol was okay. Since we don’t drink, they changed it to a non-alcoholic option, and we enjoyed it very much. Thank you. The hot spring water quality was as wonderful as ever, and the Room was clean and relaxing. The meals were delicious with a nice variety of changes, and they even took photos for us at the end—making it a very satisfying trip. We would love to visit again.

The service was very thoughtful. The Room was extremely clean, and the amenities were well stocked. It is also very close to Narita Airport, making it highly convenient. This time I used Narita for an early morning flight, so my stay was short, but I would like to relax and spend more time here next time.

Although minimal, the Facility was well equipped. In addition to two provided chairs, there was also a chair suitable for desk work, which seemed convenient for business use.

We stayed for one night to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday. All the staff were always smiling, and their service was polite and attentive, so we had a very comfortable and enjoyable time. Upon arrival, we were shown to a private room next to the lobby, where we enjoyed some tea and sweets while choosing yukata. The lobby also had books and a souvenir shop. On the rooftop terrace there was a footbath, and we could truly relax while looking out over Lake Ashi and the surrounding mountains. We didn’t use them this time, but there was also a table tennis room (paid) and a kids’ room. The view from the open-air bath in our Room was amazing—I ended up soaking three times: on the first evening, at night, and again after breakfast on day two (haha). It seems they can also adjust the set temperature of the open-air bath upon request. In addition to the shower next to the open-air bath, there was also an indoor bathroom in the Room. I was happy that the hair dryer in the Room was ReFa. We had both dinner and breakfast during our stay. Both meals were served in the same private room we were shown to upon arrival. Dinner started at 18:00, and breakfast could be chosen between 8:30 or 9:00—great for someone like me who isn’t good at waking up early. Dinner included dishes such as salt-crusted grilled spiny lobster as well as lava-stone grilling of Kanagawa beef and Ashigara beef, which made it really fun. Both dinner and breakfast were truly excellent, and my girlfriend was very satisfied. The large public bath wasn’t very big, but it wasn’t crowded at all—we were able to bathe almost privately most of the time. The water was milky/opaque (nigoriyu), and my skin felt pleasantly soft afterward. I’ve been to Hakone several times, but it’s rare to find an Accommodation this good. We would definitely love to stay again. Thank you very much!

This is our third stay. The Room, the bath, and the entire Facility are always clean and very comfortable. We enjoy both dinner and breakfast—they are delicious. Every year, after visiting our family grave in our hometown, we stay here. This Accommodation makes our family feel, “Alright—let’s do our best so we can come back again next year.”

It feels like there’s nothing around, and the Facility stands alone. The Room and other areas were average.
