Until we passed through the gate, we had no idea what to expect, but with the great weather it turned out to be a truly wonderful space. The outdoor bath was at the perfect temperature and the view was incredible. The indoor bath was especially relaxing during daylight hours. It was an ocean view unlike anything we’ve experienced before, and the interior design was stylish throughout. Although it was explained that the property isn’t new, it has been renovated so well that we didn’t feel its age at all, and we stayed very comfortably. The bedroom also had a fantastic view, and the bed was extremely comfortable with nothing to complain about. It became a wonderful trip where we could enjoy something truly out of the ordinary. Thank you to all of the staff. We would love to stay again.

It was great to be able to enjoy YouTube on the projector in a detached house without worrying about the surroundings. There was no outside noise, and we had a quiet and comfortable stay. The Facility were well equipped, including a BALMUDA electric kettle, and the large bathtub was spacious and very relaxing. There was an indoor bouldering area, which our child really enjoyed. The net laid underneath also looked comfortable. The tableware being stored in boxes was convenient, but it would be even easier to use if labels on the outside showed what each box contains. We also really appreciated the map and information about nearby restaurants. It might be even clearer if the restaurant introduction page listed each shop’s map number next to its name. We had a very relaxing time. Thank you very much.

Our stay coincided with Typhoon No. 9. Normally, dinner requires a Reservation, but since going out or ordering delivery was difficult, they kindly provided a special Okinawa soba dinner for us. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the sauna, pool, or the starry sky we had been looking forward to, but thanks to the friendly staff, all-you-can-drink beverages and snacks, and the jacuzzi, we had a very satisfying stay.

I wanted to go glamping, so I searched around and made a Reservation here. The Facility and the food were, of course, excellent, but Mr. Hirao’s hospitality was outstanding—everything left me with only great impressions. Highly recommended for glamping beginners who have only ever stayed at a Hotel.

I stayed in a Superior Twin on the 9th floor. From the window, you can see the sea of Otaru, and the sunrise rising from there is truly breathtaking. From the large public bath, you can also enjoy Otaru’s night view, and the scenery helps melt away your fatigue. Since this is Hokkaido, I chose No Meals Included. In hindsight, I think adding breakfast might have been a good idea.

The hotel was conveniently located near the station, and the late-night check-in process was smooth. It was also a plus that the large public bath had a sauna. Even with the cheapest Plan that included a buffet breakfast, there were both Japanese and Western options, as well as desserts. I was also impressed that staff opened the lids to keep the food warm when I approached. I felt they provided great service despite limited resources.

I ended up enjoying three baths—at night, midnight, and in the morning—and found it pleasantly uncrowded each time. The staff at reception were exceptionally kind and helpful—both male and female employees made us feel welcome. One minor disappointment was that there were no yuk

I have stayed here several times before, but this time I stayed for two nights with No Meals Included to take astrophotography. The sea-facing side faces west, and by setting up a smart telescope on the balcony, you can capture celestial objects from south to north-northwest. W

Shizukatei True to its name, this Accommodation was wonderfully quiet and relaxing, far removed from any hustle and bustle, and surrounded by peaceful rural scenery. The road to the Accommodation was a narrow farm lane where passing other cars required care, but clear signs were placed at key points, and as we got closer, banners guided us along the route. Soba-an I had high expectations for the 80/20 soba served at dinner, but it easily surpassed them—it was exceptionally delicious. In addition, many dishes were prepared using plenty of seasonal vegetables, carefully cooked and beautifully presented. We enjoyed a wide variety of flavors and textures, as well as the visual appeal. Breakfast was also an excellent Japanese set meal with plenty of vegetables and a generous number of dishes. Oshu Hiraizumi Onsen The free-flowing natural Onsen water was a little hot, but we thoroughly enjoyed it together with the open-air bath. Finally, what impressed me most during this stay was the staff. From check-in to being shown to our Room; since dinner was served in-room, their smooth service and efficient delivery; after the meal, clearing everything away and then laying out the futons with equally outstanding efficiency; checkout was completed without any waiting time, and they even came outside to see us off afterward. This was our first visit during Golden Week as part of a family trip service day, and my family was truly happy and satisfied. We were deeply impressed by the professionalism of everyone involved.

Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, with more variety than we could possibly try, and we were very satisfied. The location right in front of the sea offered amazing views, and we would love to stay again. It was a little disappointing that there was no morning bath on weekdays, but the facilities were spacious and clean, and overall we had a wonderful, fulfilling stay!

Four old friends and I stayed for one night on a weekend in June. We had an ocean-side Room with an amazing view. I was worried because many Reviews complained about slow food refills, but dishes were replenished promptly whenever they ran out, and the quality exceeded the price. All-you-can-eat crab is often disappointing with thin meat, but this was substantial and impressive. If I have the chance, I will visit again.

Upon arrival, the parking lot was already full, which showed how popular this place is. The front desk staff were efficient, and we quickly checked in and enjoyed a welcome drink. Dinner offered a wide variety of dishes, which we thoroughly enjoyed! Everything was delicious.

Yukata were provided. If possible, I would have appreciated having loungewear in the Room as well. Breakfast was very disappointing, as most items seemed to be frozen foods that were simply reheated. The rice, however, was cooked in a pot and was very delicious. The staff member on the floor had a pleasant smile.

The building seemed a bit old, but it was well cleaned and felt very tidy and comfortable. I stayed for one night and two days. On the first day, I used the adjacent Agannasse baths. The variety of cold-water baths was great, and there was also complimentary coffee. The next morning, I used the large public bath before departure, which was also very nice. I only had the breakfast buffet, but there was a wide selection and everything was delicious.

I stayed here on a solo trip because I wanted to relax while looking out at the ocean. When I arrived, there was a live fish tank in the lobby with lots of fish swimming around. After check-in, a staff member guided me to my Room and explained everything along the way. When I opened the curtains, the ocean stretched out right in front of me! The large public Onsen bath seemed to use seawater, but it didn’t feel sticky at all and was very pleasant. I could enjoy ocean views not only from my Room, but also from the large public bath and the dining area, which left me feeling truly refreshed.

The parking lot in front of the Hotel was already full, so we were guided to a parking lot along the main road. It was very helpful that a staff member was there on site even in the heat. Although it was busy, the front desk staff were courteous, and the clean Room, plus free use of the washing machine and dryer, were very convenient. We also appreciated the complimentary water. There are restaurants and a drugstore within walking distance, making it a convenient location. Thank you!

I stayed for one night with my parents (three of us total) with both dinner and breakfast included. The Accommodation had a calm atmosphere centered around hinoki cypress, and I felt truly relaxed while enjoying the scent and warmth of the wood. The French dinner was carefully prepared dish by dish, and I was completely satisfied with both the presentation and the taste. Breakfast was also delicious, made with local ingredients, so I thoroughly enjoyed the meals throughout my stay. I also used the on-site public bath; since it was a weekday it wasn’t crowded, which allowed me to soak at a leisurely pace. Most memorable of all was the staff’s hospitality. Everyone greeted us with a smile and kindness, and their thoughtful attention to detail made me very happy. I felt comfortable from start to finish, and it was such a wonderful place that it naturally made me want to come back. My family loved it as well, and it became a great memory for us all.
