We stayed here again this year following last year. The Room was clean, equipped with necessary amenities and comfortable yukata, and there is even a small but satisfying public bath. The izakaya next door is very convenient for dinner. This time, we were especially moved when we opened the Room door after check-in and saw the stunning sunset through the window.

This was my first stay here (visit date: August 17), and it turned into a truly wonderful experience that far exceeded my expectations. I arrived around 4:00 PM, and the staff welcomed me warmly with smiles. From the moment before check-in, I could already feel their outstanding hospitality. When showing me to my Room, they even told me the sunset time for that day—such thoughtful attention to detail. I took a walk along the beach right in front of the Accommodation before sunset, and the pleasant sea breeze was incredibly refreshing. After the walk, I enjoyed a bath in my Room with a beach view. The sunset over the Genkai Sea from there was simply breathtaking—an unforgettable panorama! I also bathed at night and again in the morning; spending time surrounded by clear ocean views and soothing waves was pure relaxation at its best. The sushi kaiseki dinner “MURASAKI” was exceptional from start to finish, filled with care and craftsmanship throughout. Every dish made wonderful use of seasonal ingredients—such as lightly seared locally caught grunt fish from Genkai, steamed longtooth grouper custard-style, and overnight-dried sweetfish whose charcoal aroma stood out beautifully. The main course of Saga beef grilled on magnolia leaves with miso was superb, as were the three-tuna tasting and tilefish served with citrus vinegar. Even dessert—from Karatsu milk and cheese pudding—was deeply satisfying; it was an outstanding course overall. Breakfast surprised me even more. Beautifully arranged dishes were presented in a two-tiered jubako box; everything tasted amazing, with a level of luxury and quality far beyond what you would expect from “breakfast.” Thanks to the staff’s attentive yet comfortable service throughout, I started my day feeling truly happy and fulfilled. The location, spectacular baths with incredible views, exquisite cuisine, and warm hospitality—all of it is perfect at this exceptional Accommodation. I will definitely be back again.

It was conveniently located close to Laguna Ten Bosch. We stayed in a Room with a private bath. The view was great, and the bath felt open and airy and was very clean—our children were delighted. The staff were very helpful, and the welcome services were also excellent. The meals were delicious, and the children’s menu was thoughtfully planned with good nutritional balance, which was wonderful. It was an Accommodation we would like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

We stayed for 3 nights. It’s about a 12–13 minute walk from American Village, but it was quiet and very nice. The Room and balcony were spacious and comfortable. We’d love to stay again next time!

From check-in until our car left the Ryokan, the staff naturally came outside to welcome and see us off. I think there are very few Ryokan or Hotels that do this. The preparation of the futon bedding and in-Room dining was pleasant, and it made for a wonderful stay. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were very satisfying. If I had one request, I would be happy if there were a bit more local vegetables—especially for guests in their 50s like us. This may be a matter of preference, but I felt the miso soup would have been even better if it were served a little hotter. Similarly, I would have preferred the water in the large public bath to be slightly hotter. What impressed me most was how thoroughly everything was cleaned. Even at expensive Hotels or Ryokan, you often notice dust in hidden areas or peeling wallpaper and small flaws here and there, but everything visible was very clean. Precisely because it isn’t brand-new, it felt especially comfortable. It was my first stay here, but I feel like I got great value. My only concern is that many of the staff seemed to be around my age or a bit older, so I hope this Ryokan will continue for many years and be passed on to the next generation so guests can keep enjoying it. Thank you very much.

This was our second stay with our dog. We still couldn’t forget how delicious the food was last time, including the live squid sashimi, so we came back again. Last time we stayed in a spacious pet-friendly room with a daybed, but this time we chose a smaller room without one. In hindsight, it felt a bit cramped since we had lots of dog supplies including a carrier, and my husband was with me as well. With two adults and our dog, it did feel small, so having something in between this room and the twin room with a daybed we stayed in before would be ideal. We were very satisfied with the meals again, but when we first entered the room there was a fairly strong odor. We used the provided deodorizer and ran the air purifier at maximum to manage it. That was the only slight disappointment; overall we were very satisfied. It was also our dog’s second stay here and he seemed more comfortable—he even finished the welcome treat right after arrival (last time he wouldn’t touch it because he was wary). Thank you for taking such good care of us.

We made wonderful memories. The beach is right in front of the property, and the location is excellent—we were very satisfied.

Once again, we enjoyed delicious meals. It was a wonderful day.

A great place with an ocean view from the window, a very spacious room, and more than enough amenities—truly nothing to complain about! What impressed me most was how soft and comfortable the bed was. I slept better here than at any other hotel I’ve stayed at in Okinawa. The kitchen is fully equipped, so if you bring your own seasonings, you can cook properly. It was so wonderful that I want to come back again soon. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be the dining chairs: perhaps they’re designed for overseas standards, but none of the women sitting in them could place their feet flat on the floor, so our legs felt pressured against the seat and got tired. If they were 2 cm lower… Still, I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much for having us.

I’d been curious about this place for a while, and this was my first stay. The atmosphere felt like a condominium in Hawaii or Australia. There’s no kitchen, but the space and layout have that kind of feel. It has underfloor heating, so it seems like it will be warm in the coming season as well. The meals were delicious, and the portions were just right. Also, I logged into YouTube to watch something and forgot to log out. When I called, they kindly said they would log out for me—thank you so much. Thank you as well for all your help regarding the bath. I’d love to visit again!

The drum-type washing machine was very convenient. The shabu-shabu breakfast and deli takeout were incredibly delicious. A nearby izakaya (Umusan no Niwa), just a 3-minute walk away, was clean and served great food—highly recommended. The free rental of a baby crib, baby playpen,

Breakfast was Chinese cuisine, and everything was delicious; it made me appreciate having Chinese-style breakfast as an option. It was so tasty that I wanted to try their dinner as well. My friend also enjoyed it, making for great memories. I would love to stay here again and h

The meals were carefully prepared, with the beef dish being incredibly tender and lightly seasoned—absolutely perfect. The dessert was also delicious. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, almost too much to finish, and I enjoyed many local specialties as well. The staff we

Our once-a-year girls’ trip. We were able to enjoy a truly special, out-of-the-ordinary time. Swimming in the pool without having to do any chores, enjoying delicious meals, chatting… I can only say I’m grateful. (Not good or bad—just an observation) As it’s a foreign-owned Hotel, I felt there were many more non-Japanese guests and staff than Japanese. If I had to mention one thing, I just wished the cocktail hour were a little longer.

The Room was spacious, and the view was absolutely stunning. The food was served buffet-style, and everything was delicious, especially the fresh sashimi. Everyone was satisfied, and we were able to create wonderful memories. The staff were incredibly kind, and I definitely

I first stayed here in January 2026, and this was my second visit. This time I returned in the season of fresh greenery, and along the several dozen meters from the accommodation building to the separate Onsen building, white citrus blossoms were in full bloom. I was able to enjoy their sweet fragrance while soaking in the Onsen. It’s wonderful that each season brings new discoveries. The meals were consistently high quality, and I was satisfied with both the taste and portion size.

This time, our family of seven made a Reservation for three Rooms, and we were able to relax together and enjoy a truly wonderful time. At dinner, thanks to the seating arranged in advance, all seven of us could dine together, which we greatly appreciated. We are sincerely gra

Bath baskets were also prepared, showcasing thoughtful attention to detail. Personally, I appreciated that bathrobes were provided as well. This accommodation combines spectacular views, exquisite meals enjoyed at leisure in your room, and heartfelt hospitality from the staff in

The open-air bath was absolutely wonderful!! Breakfast—both Japanese and Western—offered a great variety of Gunma ingredients, and everything was delicious. I was especially impressed by the omelet made in the open kitchen; they customized the seasoning and sauce to my liking. Of course, it tasted great! Unfortunately, we weren’t blessed with good weather. The fog was so thick that we couldn’t enjoy the view from the Room or from the open-air bath, and I wasn’t able to see Mt. Asama or the surrounding mountain range I had been looking forward to—which was very disappointing. Perhaps because of the bad weather, there was a cute little teru-teru bozu placed in our Room, which really warmed my heart. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality. Here are a few things I noticed: It would have been nice if shower caps and hairbrushes were provided in the bathroom. I had breakfast by the window overlooking the golf course, but I noticed a spider web near the top of the window area. (There were quite a few on the outside as well.)

Thank you for contacting us promptly about the meal change request and for accommodating it—it was truly helpful. The Accommodation was clean and bright, and the meals were delicious. It was my first time staying at Kyukamura, but I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.
