I stayed at this Hotel in Kyoto during my summer vacation with my girlfriend. It was calm and relaxing, without any noisy crowds. The staff provided attentive, composed service, which made our stay very comfortable. The Room was also clean. Above all, the breakfast was excellent—delicious! I will definitely stay here again when I visit Kyoto. Thank you very much.

A girls’ trip—we stayed as a group of four. This Hotel is right in front of the Southern Gate Bridge and close to the bus terminal and ferry terminal for the outer islands. The Room was spacious with wooden flooring and a generously sized bath, and it was a great-value Hotel with breakfast included—we really loved it. The staff were friendly, and we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast bread was delicious too. Minami-Nuhama Beach is also nearby, and taking an early-morning walk across the Southern Gate Bridge felt wonderful. When we visit Ishigaki Island again, we’d love to stay here again. Superb Rooms overlooking Miyako Blue and an outstanding cocktail hour—this is exactly why I strongly hope to see the “lounge operation” perfected. As a newly opened Hotel, I had been eagerly looking forward to it since last year. After actually staying, I was overwhelmed by the refined, upscale concept and beautifully crafted spaces on par with Mirage. As a devoted heavy repeat guest who truly loves Shigira Resort, I can say that—just like the Allamanda main building—the hospitality and service quality of the staff are top-tier. What impressed me most was the design of the Executive Ocean Room. Being able to soak in the bathtub at leisure while gazing out at the Miyako Blue sea right in front of you is pure luxury, and personally, I found this Room’s spatial design among the best on the island. Due to our flight schedule, we used the lounge starting from cocktail time, and to be perfectly frank, it surpassed Mirage within the same resort. The selection was extensive and everything was exquisite. My spouse and I do not drink alcohol, but there was one exceptional fruit juice (it’s so delicious that I’d rather not name it for fear it will become too popular) that made us feel its cost must be even higher than many alcoholic options—resulting in a thoroughly satisfying evening even for non-drinkers. Breakfast is also very stylish, with excellent presentation and taste. However, from a professional perspective, one suggestion: there are too many liquid items such as various smoothies, which leaves you feeling overly full of fluids. I felt there may be room to reconsider the overall balance of offerings (the proportion of beverages). And precisely because everything else was perfect and we were extremely satisfied overall, there is one—and only one—major point where I would ask for strict improvement: the Executive Lounge tea time. After breakfast, we went to the lounge with high expectations based on how wonderful cocktail time had been the night before—but were shocked to find it almost completely empty of food. Promoting that state as “tea time” as a perk for club-floor guests is clearly detrimental to a Hotel with such strong branding. I strongly request prompt improvement. The facilities are excellent; staff quality is outstanding; cocktail time is truly superb—which makes only this gap at tea time feel especially wasteful. This Hotel undoubtedly has what it takes to be among Miyakojima’s very best, so I hope that by my next stay your lounge operation will have been updated into its ideal form.

We stayed at a private villa of Mihokan during the Obon holiday to visit both Izumo Taisha and Miho Shrine. The two-story traditional house was beautifully maintained, clean, and equipped with a spacious private bath. We enjoyed listening to jazz on the stereo in a relaxing atmosphere. The meals, both dinner and breakfast, were abundant and featured delicious local seafood. The main building where breakfast is served has an intriguing design reminiscent of the "Infinity Castle" from Demon Slayer, making it exciting to explore. The street in front of the accommodation is beautifully paved with blue stones, leading to Miho Shrine in about five minutes. We highly recommend attending their morning ritual; even during the summer heat, the shrine grounds were filled with refreshing air that energized us for the day ahead. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service that made our stay very relaxing. Thank you very much!

Until we passed through the gate, we had no idea what to expect, but with the great weather it turned out to be a truly wonderful space. The outdoor bath was at the perfect temperature and the view was incredible. The indoor bath was especially relaxing during daylight hours. It was an ocean view unlike anything we’ve experienced before, and the interior design was stylish throughout. Although it was explained that the property isn’t new, it has been renovated so well that we didn’t feel its age at all, and we stayed very comfortably. The bedroom also had a fantastic view, and the bed was extremely comfortable with nothing to complain about. It became a wonderful trip where we could enjoy something truly out of the ordinary. Thank you to all of the staff. We would love to stay again.

Dinner was very delicious. I wish breakfast had included items like an Onsen egg. The staff were also very friendly, and I would like to stay here again.

Our stay coincided with Typhoon No. 9. Normally, dinner requires a Reservation, but since going out or ordering delivery was difficult, they kindly provided a special Okinawa soba dinner for us. Unfortunately, we couldn’t enjoy the sauna, pool, or the starry sky we had been looking forward to, but thanks to the friendly staff, all-you-can-drink beverages and snacks, and the jacuzzi, we had a very satisfying stay.

Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style, with more variety than we could possibly try, and we were very satisfied. The location right in front of the sea offered amazing views, and we would love to stay again. It was a little disappointing that there was no morning bath on weekdays, but the facilities were spacious and clean, and overall we had a wonderful, fulfilling stay!

I stayed in a Superior Twin on the 9th floor. From the window, you can see the sea of Otaru, and the sunrise rising from there is truly breathtaking. From the large public bath, you can also enjoy Otaru’s night view, and the scenery helps melt away your fatigue. Since this is Hokkaido, I chose No Meals Included. In hindsight, I think adding breakfast might have been a good idea.

The hotel was conveniently located near the station, and the late-night check-in process was smooth. It was also a plus that the large public bath had a sauna. Even with the cheapest Plan that included a buffet breakfast, there were both Japanese and Western options, as well as desserts. I was also impressed that staff opened the lids to keep the food warm when I approached. I felt they provided great service despite limited resources.

Shizukatei True to its name, this Accommodation was wonderfully quiet and relaxing, far removed from any hustle and bustle, and surrounded by peaceful rural scenery. The road to the Accommodation was a narrow farm lane where passing other cars required care, but clear signs were placed at key points, and as we got closer, banners guided us along the route. Soba-an I had high expectations for the 80/20 soba served at dinner, but it easily surpassed them—it was exceptionally delicious. In addition, many dishes were prepared using plenty of seasonal vegetables, carefully cooked and beautifully presented. We enjoyed a wide variety of flavors and textures, as well as the visual appeal. Breakfast was also an excellent Japanese set meal with plenty of vegetables and a generous number of dishes. Oshu Hiraizumi Onsen The free-flowing natural Onsen water was a little hot, but we thoroughly enjoyed it together with the open-air bath. Finally, what impressed me most during this stay was the staff. From check-in to being shown to our Room; since dinner was served in-room, their smooth service and efficient delivery; after the meal, clearing everything away and then laying out the futons with equally outstanding efficiency; checkout was completed without any waiting time, and they even came outside to see us off afterward. This was our first visit during Golden Week as part of a family trip service day, and my family was truly happy and satisfied. We were deeply impressed by the professionalism of everyone involved.

Four old friends and I stayed for one night on a weekend in June. We had an ocean-side Room with an amazing view. I was worried because many Reviews complained about slow food refills, but dishes were replenished promptly whenever they ran out, and the quality exceeded the price. All-you-can-eat crab is often disappointing with thin meat, but this was substantial and impressive. If I have the chance, I will visit again.

The building seemed a bit old, but it was well cleaned and felt very tidy and comfortable. I stayed for one night and two days. On the first day, I used the adjacent Agannasse baths. The variety of cold-water baths was great, and there was also complimentary coffee. The next morning, I used the large public bath before departure, which was also very nice. I only had the breakfast buffet, but there was a wide selection and everything was delicious.

The parking lot in front of the Hotel was already full, so we were guided to a parking lot along the main road. It was very helpful that a staff member was there on site even in the heat. Although it was busy, the front desk staff were courteous, and the clean Room, plus free use of the washing machine and dryer, were very convenient. We also appreciated the complimentary water. I stayed for one night with my parents (three of us total) with both dinner and breakfast included. The Accommodation had a calm atmosphere centered around hinoki cypress, and I felt truly relaxed while enjoying the scent and warmth of the wood. The French dinner was carefully prepared dish by dish, and I was completely satisfied with both the presentation and the taste. Breakfast was also delicious, made with local ingredients, so I thoroughly enjoyed the meals throughout my stay. I also used the on-site public bath; since it was a weekday it wasn’t crowded, which allowed me to soak at a leisurely pace. Most memorable of all was the staff’s hospitality. Everyone greeted us with a smile and kindness, and their thoughtful attention to detail made me very happy. I felt comfortable from start to finish, and it was such a wonderful place that it naturally made me want to come back. My family loved it as well, and it became a great memory for us all.

The location, the view from the Room, the front desk service, the Room atmosphere, the bath Facility, and having both a washing machine and an ice maker—everything was excellent. We especially appreciate that you kindly added an extra bed for us. If we have the chance to visit Ishigaki Island again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

This was our first visit as a couple. We watched YouTube videos beforehand, but the real experience was even better.\n The pool was simply wonderful. We were surprised by how large the infinity pool is.\n If the water temperature had been a bit warmer, we might have been able to relax for longer.\n The sauna, on the other hand, felt a little too hot.\n The Room was simple and easy to use.\n If possible, as seniors we would have appreciated standard cotton pajamas with long sleeves and long pants. The bathrobes and towels were very comfortable.\n For dinner, we ordered the vegetarian course. It was creative and delicious, and we left completely full. The vegetables were excellent and highly recommended.\n Breakfast was a sandwich, salad, and soup; it would be nice to have something warm and freshly made as well.\n All in all, we were very satisfied.
