Our two Miniature Dachshunds had a great time running full speed in the spacious dog run. The indoor spaces were also dog-friendly throughout, and the owner kindly told us not to worry if anything got dirty, which really put us at ease. It unfortunately rained at night, but thanks to the covered area we could still enjoy a barbecue. The complimentary breakfast clam pasta was also delicious. Next time, we’d love to visit in winter and try the wood-burning stove and a campfire. Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality.

In the wonderful space created by the owners, we were able to spend a truly relaxing and restorative time. Enjoying their thoughtfully prepared dishes—down to the seasonings—paired with local sake and served in locally made tableware was a real luxury... The journey there, transferring between local trains and buses, also became a memorable part of our trip. We would love to visit again someday in a different season. This was our third stay. Everything was outstanding! Not only the meals, but every wine you recommended was delicious. Even though I don’t usually drink, I was so happy to enjoy so many wonderful wines on this trip. Because of the typhoon, we couldn’t come on our preferred dates and had to reschedule, but you handled it very smoothly and we truly appreciate it. After watching a TV program featuring purple sea urchin, we visited looking forward to the dining experience. The cuisine, making the most of Amakusa’s abundant natural bounty, was far beyond our expectations—truly outstanding. We also appreciated the thoughtful explanations about the ingredients and stories about the producers, and enjoyed a wonderful time with the paired drinks. Dinner enjoyed while watching the beautiful sunset is a special memory we will never forget. A stylish and comfortable Room, an Onsen with ocean views, and breathtaking scenery right before our eyes—everything was exceptional and deeply relaxing. Most memorable of all was the warm hospitality of your staff, who clearly love Amakusa. Their desire to share Amakusa’s charm and ensure every guest truly enjoys their stay came through in every detail, and thanks to their attentive care we felt comfortable throughout. Last time, we arrived late and had No Meals Included. It was such a great Accommodation that we were disappointed, so this time we added a BBQ dinner and checked in early for a do-over. Even though it was midsummer, it was cooler from the evening and we could enjoy the BBQ, and the local ingredients provided were unbelievably delicious. There was plenty of food, and we even had a BBQ breakfast with what was left over! We were told rice wasn’t included, so we bought some at Roadside Station Onan no Sato and brought it with us. Maybe because of the BBQ smoke, even though it’s in the mountains, there seemed to be fewer bugs for some reason. As always, the inside was clean, easy to spend time in, and our whole family enjoyed a comfortable stay! Considering the price as well, this is the best Accommodation. Thank you to the owner. We’ll come again someday!

Every year, we make sure to visit in summer as well. Right in front of you is a sandy beach with an amazing view—it feels like a private beach, and the sunsets are beautiful. Dinner is outstanding, with delicious Japanese and Western dishes such as appetizers, sashimi, wagyu beef, nigiri sushi, and dessert. There is also a carefully selected lineup of drinks every time, including wine and sake—everything is truly exceptional. Breakfast is also wonderful: herb salad, locally made sausages from a nearby farm, truffle omelet, bread, and more—every item is genuinely delicious. We are sincerely grateful. The owner, proprietress, chef—everyone is calm and welcoming, making it very comfortable to stay. It’s such a lovely Accommodation that we’d visit every month if we could. Thank you very much for all your thoughtful hospitality.

This was my first stay, and just as everyone says, it was a truly wonderful Accommodation. The food was delicious, the Onsen water was silky-smooth, the staff were great, everything in the fridge was free, and the price was reasonable. The view was beautiful and very relaxing. Also, since I love drinks, I was thrilled by the wide selection of rice shochu... Thank you very much! I’ll definitely visit again.

We stayed in Yokohama on the first day, visited Yokosuka on the second day, and decided to stay overnight on the Miura Peninsula. The Accommodation is a renovated historic building, and it beautifully preserves the original design from that time inside—it was truly atmospheric and moving. Our child was also surprised at how spacious and clean it was. Miura may not have the flashy feel of other tourist spots, but we were impressed by how many buildings have a nostalgic, old-fashioned charm. In the evening we went to a nearby seafood restaurant, and it was outstanding. I also highly recommend taking the Nijiiro Sakana-go boat tour. The staff at the Accommodation were very kind as well. From the moment we were picked up, the hospitality had already begun. We were completely satisfied with everything—from the guidance along the way to the warm welcome after arrival. Of course, we also enjoyed delicious meals. In the morning, we woke up to a ship’s whistle. The ever-changing view of the tides was truly soothing. We would love to visit again in another season.

I visited “PGM Okinawa Resort,” which just had its grand opening in July 2026! It has a refined, high-end atmosphere that Halekulani lovers will adore—the sophisticated design and overall vibe feel very similar. Since it has only just opened, there were still few guests and nothing felt crowded anywhere, so it was a lucky stay for me and I was truly satisfied. The Facility and service were genuinely outstanding, so I’m posting this Review to show my support! Room & Amenities The amenities are all L’OCCITANE, and the lovely scent is incredibly soothing. I also appreciated that the in-Room drinks were complimentary. Dining (Breakfast) A huge variety, including Japanese, Western, and Okinawan dishes—absolutely satisfying! As it’s newly opened, we were smoothly seated with no waiting time no matter when we went. *For a Multiple Night Stay, breakfast is held at the same venue on the second day as well, so it would be even better if guests could choose between venues. Service & Hospitality The staff’s service was truly excellent and full of hospitality. They took tons of photos for us—almost to an impressive extent—so we came home with lots of great memories (lol). Outdoor & Indoor Pools Outdoor pool: Located next to the golf course, offering lush greenery and an open feel that’s different from a seaside pool—fantastic! You can also use the covered poolside gazebo for free. Indoor pool: Spacious, with three kids’ slides—great for families. Sauna Options: Three types—a sauna with löyly (steam), an aroma sauna, and a cooling Snow sauna. Snow sauna: It was my first time experiencing snow falling from the ceiling in a sauna—I was amazed! It felt incredible on my heated body. One thing to note Because everything is such high quality overall, the only disappointment was that there isn’t a large public bath where you can soak up to your shoulders. Overall, this resort exceeded expectations in hospitality, Facility quality/specs, and comfort. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who loves refined spaces like Halekulani or wants to enjoy Okinawa in true luxury!

We stayed in the West Wing with my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews, and our family—6 adults, 3 children, and 2 dogs. Everyone was thrilled, and it became a wonderful travel memory. As we were celebrating a special occasion, we asked for balloon decorations and to purchase fireworks. For meals, we hired a private chef. Inamuragasaki holds many memories for us. With the ocean right in front of us—and no power lines visible from inside—it was truly a special location. Since the kids are still small, they were overjoyed to use the rooftop jacuzzi like a pool instead of going into the sea. The adults could watch them safely and relax while enjoying the ocean view in complete comfort. The food was also excellent—hiring a private chef was absolutely the right choice. We also got to try out karaoke that you’re considering introducing as a service. Our child who loves singing was delighted and held onto the microphone nonstop. At night we enjoyed fireworks and made so many great memories with the kids. Everything was prepared in such a comfortable setting—easy for adults and fun for children. Our surfer family members even went into the ocean twice. It truly was an amazing place. We highly recommend it for family trips. We will definitely be back again. Thank you very much.

We stayed here for a birthday trip for my mother and our dog. The Facility and the food were excellent, but even more than that, every staff member we met was wonderful, and we were able to spend a truly comfortable time. What impressed us most was that all the staff remembered our dog’s name and greeted us using it. We will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

Last summer, after renting a nearby vacation home and visiting Morito Beach, we discovered SCAPES THE SUITE. We made a Reservation because we were drawn to the easy beach access and the property’s atmosphere, and we had been looking forward to our stay. Thanks to you, we were able to enjoy the sea with our family, including our two young daughters. We used the pick-up and drop-off service from Zushi Station, and being greeted by a classic Cedric taxi instantly set a resort mood. We arrived a little early and planned to wait in the lobby, but perhaps because of my IKYU Diamond membership, we were shown to our Room right away. It was the twin “Mandarin Orange.” It felt more spacious than expected, with the Shonan sea right in front of us and Enoshima clearly visible at all times. Due to the weather we only caught a faint glimpse of Mt. Fuji for a moment, but having the ocean always in view was truly soothing. After the concierge kindly showed us around the Room, they helped arrange our one-hour private jacuzzi time (per Room) as well as breakfast time. We were worried about an approaching typhoon, but fortunately it took a course that didn’t affect us much—so we even enjoyed occasional sunshine. Our daughters’ family was able to swim several times, while we grandparents stayed in the Room caring for our 7-month-old grandchild. It was wonderfully relaxing. With children aged three and zero with us, we ate out for dinner; however, the Hotel restaurant also looked very appealing. This time we only had breakfast and lunch here, but next time we would love to try dinner as well. No matter where you look from within this property—the balcony or even from the jacuzzi—the view of the sea never gets old. That scenery itself felt like your greatest hospitality. We also strongly felt how much everyone working there loves Hayama—and loves this Hotel. The pride and care of both the concierge team and those serving at breakfast/the restaurant really came through. We were also delighted by your gift: Genbei’s famous beach sandals. You coordinated sizes and colors for each family member perfectly—our daughters’ family was thrilled. Finally, after receiving an outstanding carrot dressing as well, we headed home feeling refreshed. Not only in summer but in any season, SCAPES is a place where you can truly relax—and we would love to return again. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hotel.

The BBQ facilities, sauna, jacuzzi, and pool were all well equipped, letting you fully enjoy an extraordinary getaway.
