Known as the “inner retreat of Takayama,” Hida-Furukawa is a charming town lined with traditional townhouses, white-walled storehouses, and the Setogawa River where carp swim. Our Accommodation has been welcoming guests here for over 180 years. This Meiji-era building, showcasing the craftsmanship of Hida artisans, is designated as a Registered Tangible Cultural Property of Japan. Our 18 guest rooms are spread across three buildings, each with its own character: Shogetsuro, a merchant-style building (built in 1905); Kogetsuro, built in the Sukiya style (early Showa period); and Kangetsuro (built in the Heisei era), offering views of Honkoji Temple and the Araki River from the front. Dorogawa Onsen, a historic hot spring that began as a lodging to host practitioners visiting the sacred peak "Ōmine-san," a World Heritage site. This is the oldest property in the area, with a history of 500 years. You can fully enjoy the unique nostalgia, charm, and culture of Dorogawa.

Located on a hill overlooking the Shimanto River, our Property offers a serene retreat amidst a rich natural environment. Guests can enjoy activities such as canoeing and rental cycling nearby, savor dishes made with seasonal ingredients including natural sweetfish from the Shimanto River, and on clear nights without moonlight, indulge in stargazing under a sky full of stars. Our accommodations include three types of rooms: Japanese-style, Western-style, and a combination of both, with 12 rooms offering views of the Shimanto River. Additionally, guests can relish seasonal dishes featuring local specialties such as natural sweetfish from the Shimanto River and green laver seaweed. From the large communal bath, you can enjoy the scenic views of the Shimanto River along with the starry skies of Nishi-Tosa, known as the "Town of Stars."

The legend of the descent of the heavenly deities lives on at the sacred peak of Takachiho. The legend began when the deities descended upon Amanosakahoko in Takamagahara (the High Plain). The sacred peak of Takachiho, gazed upon day and night, is beautiful, its clear and abundant nature continues to mark the eternal time, and its presence nestled in the bosom of Takachiho's mountains is truly a 'rural Property'.

“Miki no Sato” stands in Maze, a village certified as one of “The Most Beautiful Villages in Japan.” Located in Gero Onsen, known as one of Japan’s three most famous hot spring areas, this is the largest Onsen Accommodation in Gero City. Beneath a sky filled with brilliant stars and surrounded by tranquil nature, enjoy a luxurious time in natural hot springs and open-air baths while taking in views of the Maze mountains and clear streams. Oshuku Kawasemi is a culinary Property where you can enjoy unique Kawasemi-style Japanese cuisine that cannot be experienced elsewhere. We propose a new style, not the traditional "stay at a Ryokan and enjoy meals," but rather "travel and stay overnight to enjoy meals." We cherish the original Japanese Property style of "one night with two meals, served in your Room," offering Kawasemi-style Japanese cuisine that can only be fully appreciated in the comfort of your Room. The Property offering kaiseki cuisine featuring Shinshu Wagyu allows guests to enjoy a panoramic view of the Onsen town from the open-air bath on the 4th floor. Renovated in July 2020, it opened an executive floor on the 5th floor, complete with an exclusive lounge where guests can enjoy local craft beer and coffee for free. The Property features spacious Japanese-style rooms and serene suite rooms. The Onsen, with its low-hypotonic weak alkaline and simple sulfur springs, is gentle on the skin and excellent for beauty. Guests can also savor creative kaiseki dishes made with seasonal local ingredients.
