Measures Against COVID-19
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of the Tokyo West Hotel Group.
In response to government requests related to COVID-19, our Hotel is implementing the following measures to protect the health and safety of our guests and staff.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
[Special Hygiene Measures in the Hotel]
■ We have strengthened disinfection and sanitization throughout the Hotel.
■ Sneeze guards have been installed at the front desk.
■ Alcohol-based hand sanitizer is available at the front desk, and we ask guests using each Facility to sanitize their hands.
[Measures Taken by Hotel Staff]
■ As a general rule, staff wear masks while on duty.
■ Staff regularly check their temperature, wash hands, gargle, and carefully monitor their health.
[Breakfast Service]
To avoid crowding, we limit entry times and the number of guests admitted.
We are strengthening sterilization of tableware, disinfection of handles, and sanitization of equipment.
Please note that serving methods (including buffet service) and breakfast menu items may be changed without notice.
If you have a fever or feel unwell, please refrain from using this service.
[Guest Health Monitoring]
The following guests are asked to agree to special health monitoring measures as well as special cleaning procedures during their stay.
■ At check-in, we request a temperature check and that you provide your previous stay location and next destination.
Eligible Guests:
・Guests who are not feeling well (such as symptoms including fever or cough)
・Guests returning from overseas or visiting Japan from abroad
Requests:
・If you have symptoms such as a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cough, shortness of breath, headache, or fatigue, please inform the front desk.
If such symptoms occur during your stay, we can refer you to institutions designated by Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (public health centers; returnee/contact consultation centers; etc.).
・Please measure your body temperature daily.
・Unless unavoidable circumstances arise, please refrain from leaving your guest room. If you must leave your room for unavoidable reasons,
please wear a mask.
・For Multiple Night Stays (2 nights or more), we will refrain from cleaning guest rooms. We will provide linens/amenities required for hygiene,
so please cooperate by replacing them yourself.
・Depending on circumstances,we may refuse Accommodation.
