    The complimentary tea and snacks, the large public bath, and the late-night snack service (the soba noodles were delicious) were all wonderful. The staff were cheerful and kind, and I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Matsumoto. Breakfast was also very tasty!

  • I stayed one night i...

    I stayed one night in a twin Japanese-style Room in the annex. The Room was new and very clean, so I had a comfortable stay. The mattress firmness and pillow suited me well, so I slept soundly without any neck pain. Tea and welcome sweets were prepared in the lounge—the madeleines were especially delicious. The late-night chasoba was also tasty and just the right portion size. Above all, the breakfast buffet was amazing; there were so many options that if you don’t plan ahead, everything won’t fit on your plate.The pumpkin potage and the doria were particularly good.What impressed me most this time was the service. Whenever I seemed even slightly unsure, staff immediately offered help, and I was able to get to my Room smoothly. Thank you very much.
