Our Allergy Policy

To help guests enjoy their meals with peace of mind, our Accommodation offers allergy-friendly meal adjustments within our capabilities.

From April 2026, in order to ensure safety and maintain our kitchen operations, we will handle requests as outlined below.
We can remove only the specified ingredient(s) from dishes that contain them at no additional charge.
However, if your request affects multiple dishes—such as providing substitute dishes or making changes at the stock/broth or ingredient level—we will charge a special handling fee of JPY 1,000–3,500 per person.
The final fee will be Done based on the requested adjustments and the required preparation process.
If you would like allergy accommodations, please contact us at least 3 days before your stay with the following details:
- Allergen(s) concerned
- Severity/requirements (e.g., complete removal, heated OK, broth/stock OK)
- Whether you prefer removal only or would like substitute dishes

After reviewing your request, we will inform you whether we can accommodate it and provide further details.

Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests in the following cases:
- Requests made after the deadline or on the day
- A wide range of allergens involved
- Complete removal required at the seasoning or broth/stock level
- Risk of severe reactions (e.g., anaphylaxis)
- When full separation is difficult due to our kitchen environment

While safety is our top priority, we use shared cooking equipment and cannot completely prevent trace cross-contact with allergens. In addition, even when providing substitute dishes, we cannot guarantee complete elimination.
We cannot accept responsibility for any resulting illness or discomfort; please make your final decision at your own discretion.
Please also note that we are unable to accommodate severe allergies.
In such cases, we ask that you either choose only items you can eat from the menu provided or bring your own meals (in-room only; no cooking permitted).
