Notice from the Accommodation
The cancellation policy differs for individual use (1-14 guests) and group use (15 or more guests).
For group use, a separate group cancellation policy applies.
【Group Cancellation Policy During Expo Period】
No Show: 100% of the accommodation fee for the first night.
Same Day: 100% of the accommodation fee for the first night.
1 Day Before: 80% of the accommodation fee for the first night.
2 to 14 Days Before: 50% of the accommodation fee for the first night.
15 to 30 Days Before: 20% of the accommodation fee for the first night.
-Notes-
*Even if it is an individual reservation (1-14 guests), if the total number of reserved nights exceeds 15 days, it may be considered as a group reservation.
*If part of a group reservation is canceled and all conditions below are met, no penalty will be charged:
(1) The cancellation is made at least 14 days before check-in date.
(2) The number canceled does not exceed 10% of total reserved guests (rounded up).
*If there is a reduction in contract days, only one night's worth of fees will be charged as penalty regardless of how many days were shortened.
【Request from Hotel】
Please inform us in advance about your arrival time at our hotel. If you expect to arrive more than two hours later than your informed arrival time, please contact us without fail.
If we do not receive any notice and you are significantly delayed beyond your scheduled arrival time, we may cancel your reservation based on our terms and conditions.
