Do you know what “Live Crab” is?\r Kinosaki Onsen is a true crab destination, blessed with three nearby landing ports.\r From our Ryokan, Tsuiyama Port is about 4 km away, and Shibayama Port and Kasumi Port are also just 20–25 km away.\r \r Unlike crab that is frozen after landing and distributed through the market, only crab purchased alive is called “Live Crab.”\r In addition, the “tag” issued by each fishing port is proof of a high-quality brand.\r \r Not only are we close to the ports, but because maintaining freshness and handling live crab requires great care—and comes at a higher cost—many Ryokan do not offer it.
