Meals include kaiseki cuisine made with seasonal local ingredients, as well as expertly prepared dishes featuring winter crab and Tajima beef.   • A stylish Accommodation where you can relax in peace

    I stayed here solo for two nights. My Room featured a modern interior renovated from a former fire station, with simple services focused on just the essentials. It’s rare in Kinosaki Onsen to find a Room with a balcony, and after bathing I could sit in a chair, feel the breeze outside, and truly unwind.It’s designed as one connected space together with the main building across the road, and the staff’s subtle attentiveness and friendly check-ins were very comforting. Meals aren’t included, but I enjoyed dining out in Kinosaki for the first time and discovered that many places stay open later than expected.The indoor bath was at just the right temperature and very convenient to use. After checkout, I stopped by the café on the first floor; breakfast enjoyed while looking at the large wall-sized artwork was delicious and made for a perfect end to my trip.This is an Accommodation I’d love to stay at again.

Our head chef uses expertise and skill to create unique Japanese cuisine with seasonal ingredients. Based on traditional Japanese dishes, we incorporate local seafood and mountain delicacies, allowing you to experience the changing seasons through both taste and presentation. UTSUROI is an accommodation-only facility. Guests wishing to have dinner are kindly requested to make a reservation at the main building.
