※Regarding Measures Against COVID-19 At Yumunoi, we are implementing the following measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, influenza, and other infections: ＜Mask and Glove Use by Staff＞ ・For the health and safety of our guests and staff, masks and gloves may be worn. ＜Enhanced Hygiene in Facilities＞ ・Hand sanitizers are available at entrances to lobbies and dining areas. ・High-touch areas such as doorknobs are thoroughly cleaned. ・Rooms and shared spaces are well ventilated during cleaning to maintain clean air. ・The kitchen is regularly disinfected. ・A "splash prevention panel" is installed at the front desk for individual service. Guests waiting in line are guided with signs to maintain a safe distance from others. ＜Health Management of Staff＞ ・Staff members strictly follow handwashing and gargling protocols. ・Temperature checks for staff are conducted daily, with those showing cold symptoms refraining from work attendance. ＜Suspension of Sampling at Shops＞ ・To ensure hygiene, product sampling at shops has been suspended. ＜Breakfast Buffet Measures＞ ・Guests may be assigned specific times or asked to wait in order to avoid crowding. ・Tables and chairs are frequently disinfected after use. ・Alcohol-based sanitizers have been placed for use. ・Lidded containers or splash prevention sheets are used to prevent droplet transmission. ・Guests are requested to wear gloves and masks when serving themselves food. ・One-way traffic flow is implemented while serving food; floor markers help maintain appropriate distancing between guests. ・Tongs/chopsticks provided for each dish will be replaced frequently after single-use servings. ・Conversations while serving food should be avoided; please cooperate with cough etiquette. ＜Guest Guidelines＞ - If you feel unwell, have a fever/symptoms resembling contagious illness prior arrival contact us discuss options including denied entry policies
