Kinugawa Park Hotels Initiatives ~ Towards With-Corona and After-Corona ~ To ensure the safety and peace of mind of all guests, partner companies/personnel, and staff visiting our Hotel, we will implement the following measures. ・Regarding Staff 　　● All staff will have their temperature checked daily before reporting to work, and staff with a fever of 37.5°C or higher will not report to work. 　　● Service staff who interact directly with guests will wear masks and, in some cases, gloves. 　　　(Front desk, room attendants, shop staff, bath attendants, and greeters at the entrance) 　　● Room attendants' uniforms (such as kimonos) will be changed twice daily, in the morning and evening. 　　● Room cleaning staff and meal clearing staff may wear face masks. 　　● All staff uniforms will be disinfected or changed daily at a minimum. ・Regarding Cleaning 　　● During cleaning of the Hotel and Rooms, "hypochlorous acid water" or "alcohol disinfectant" will be sprayed for disinfection. 　　　Additionally, "elevator buttons, handrails inside and outside Rooms, doorknobs, TV remotes, and telephones" will be disinfected using ultraviolet disinfection devices (hereafter referred to as UV disinfection devices). 　　● If necessary, disinfection and deodorization will be performed using ozone generators. 　　● The 3rd-floor front desk area (including the elevator hall) will be continuously disinfected with hypochlorous acid water spray. 　　　Additionally, alcohol disinfectants and UV disinfection devices will be available and used regularly (approximately every hour) for disinfection. 　　● Air conditioner filters in public spaces within the Hotel have been replaced with "electrostatic virus filters" to remove airborne viruses and other particles. 　　　(Removal rate: 65% for 0.3–0.5μ particles, 80% for 2.0–5.0μ particles) 　　　(Example: Pollen size is 20–50μ, PM2.5 size is approximately 2.5μ) 　　● Hypochlorous acid-based disinfectant "Dr. Nova" is installed for disinfecting toilets and small spaces. 　　● The entire Hotel will be ventilated regularly. ・Regarding Check-In/Check-Out 　　● Acrylic panels will be installed at the front desk counter to prevent droplet transmission. 　　● At the front desk counter, we will limit check-in/check-out to a maximum of three groups at a time. Guests waiting for check-in/check-out will be asked to wait in the lobby area to avoid crowding. 　　● Reservation confirmation and Hotel explanations will be kept to a minimum, and written explanations will be provided. 　　● Guests are requested to carry their own luggage except for large items. For large luggage, our staff will deliver it to your Room. Please inform the staff if needed. (This does not apply to group guests.) ・Regarding Baths 　　● Disinfection will be conducted regularly every hour from the opening at 5:00 AM to the closing at 12:00 AM. 　　● Staff will patrol regularly to monitor the congestion levels in the baths. ・Regarding Meals 　　● All dining areas will reduce the number of tables or install partitions to ensure guests can enjoy their meals while maintaining sufficient distance from others. 　　● Disinfectants will be installed in all dining areas, and disinfection will be conducted regularly. 　　● Hygiene management in the kitchen will be thoroughly reinforced. 　　● If you feel unwell upon arrival at the Hotel, please contact/report to us in advance. 　　　Guests arriving by car or bus may be asked to wait in their vehicles. 　　　Guests arriving by train may be asked to wait in the sub-lobby or a designated Room. Thank you for your understanding. 　　● If there is a suspicion of infection (including high fever or cough), we will respond as follows: 　　　We would appreciate it if guests could notify us proactively. 　　　1. You will be asked to wait in a designated Room (which may differ from your reserved Room). 　　　2. Your condition will be checked using a thermometer and pulse oximeter. 　　　3. You will be asked to fill out a medical questionnaire prepared by us. 　　　4. We will contact medical institutions and introduce hospitals where you can receive a consultation. 　　● Upon entering the Hotel, please disinfect your hands using the disinfectant water provided at the entrance. 　　● Please cooperate by wearing a mask when moving around the Hotel, such as to the dining area or large baths. 　　● For guests using the dining area, disinfectant water is provided near the entrance of each dining area. 　　　Please disinfect your hands before meals. 　　● To minimize contact time with guests, we have temporarily changed or added to our usual service methods, such as guidance and meal provision. Thank you for your understanding. 　　　(Examples) 　　　・For check-in, if you make a Reservation in advance, we can accommodate in-room check-in. (Limited number of groups accepted.) 　　　・For check-out, advance payment (first check-out) is available. 　　　・All our meals are served as kaiseki cuisine (set menu). Normally, meals are served in multiple courses, but for the time being, we will change the operation to serve meals in as few as three courses, including in-room dining. 　　● Please use your designated slippers or geta during your stay as much as possible. 　　　(Slipper racks or holders are provided in the baths and dining areas.) 　　　Alternatively, disposable slippers are available for purchase at the shop. 　　● The number and types of amenities provided in the large baths, such as lotions, milks, other samples, hairbrushes, cotton swabs, and razors, will be reduced for hygiene reasons. 　　　We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. 　　● We will respond promptly to any opinions or suggestions during your stay, considering safety and peace of mind. 　　　While comments, emails, or letters after your stay are also welcome, we would greatly appreciate it if you could inform us on the day or as soon as you notice any issues.
