Notice of Onsen Supply Suspension Due to Heavy Rain and Information on the Large Public Bath
Thank you very much for your continued patronage.
Due to the torrential rain disaster on the night of August 8, a portion of the Nakabusa Line near the Onsen source collapsed and rivers overflowed. As a result, the hot spring pipes required to supply the Onsen were washed away, and Onsen supply is currently suspended.
At this time, the restoration schedule is undetermined. We sincerely apologize to guests who were looking forward to enjoying the Onsen.
Accordingly, starting with guests staying on August 16 and until Onsen supply is restored, our large public bath will operate using heated tap water. We appreciate your understanding.
[Information for Guests Staying with Us]
- During the period when the Onsen cannot be used, the Hot Spring Tax will be waived.
- For cancellations due to being unable to use the Onsen: if you contact us by 17:00 on the day before your stay date, no Cancellation Fee will apply.
