[Wagyu Shabu-Shabu Course] Our signature shabu-shabu course lets you fully savor the delicate umami of wagyu beef and the natural sweetness of seasonal vegetables. Carefully selected ingredients are prepared with great attention to detail to bring out their true flavors. The course includes seasonal appetizers, sashimi, shabu-shabu, a finishing dish, and dessert.
