We carefully select ingredients in their best condition each day and prepare every item in the most suitable way to bring out the natural flavors to the fullest. From seasonal specialties to nigiri, finishing soup, and dessert, each dish is thoughtfully composed so you can enjoy it from start to finish without tiring of it. Relax into a leisurely morning unique to travel as you savor the start of your day alongside Yufuin’s rich natural surroundings.
