Japanese Breakfast [Yufu Morning Meal] Enjoy a carefully prepared Japanese breakfast featuring freshly cooked rice served in an ohitsu, seasonal sashimi and grilled fish, obanzai side dishes, and “Ran-Oh” eggs from Oita Prefecture. Savor a relaxed morning unique to your travels and begin your day while taking in Yufuin’s rich natural surroundings. Sample menu ・Salt-grilled Seki mackerel (may be changed to seasonal fish depending on availability) ・Assorted sashimi ・Three kinds of obanzai ・Raw “Ran-Oh” egg ・Rice served in an ohitsu ・Miso soup Hantei Set [Yufu Hantei Set] Choose one of three options to suit your mood: oxtail soup slowly simmered to draw out deep flavor, kalguksu with handmade-style noodles, or spicy yukgaejang to gently awaken the body.
