    We stayed at The Hiramatsu Miyota to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We made a Reservation for a forest-view Room, and while enjoying the French dinner we had been looking forward to, we were deeply moved when they surprised us with a celebratory message plate saying, “Happy 40th wedding anniversary.”When we returned to our Room, there was another wonderful surprise, and we felt truly grateful for the thoughtful care shown by all the staff. They also warmly congratulated us at breakfast the next morning and again at check-out, making our entire stay feel heartfelt and special.We feel very fortunate to have marked such an important milestone surrounded by such exceptional hospitality. Thank you so much to everyone on the team. This is a Hotel we would love to visit again.

  • Mother-and-daughter trip

    This was my first trip with my mother. She has an illness, and I wanted her to relax and take it easy, so I searched for various Hotels and chose Hiramatsu—and it was absolutely the right choice. Since I had informed them about her condition in advance, all the staff were very considerate, and everything—from the Room to the meals—was wonderful. It became a truly memorable trip for both of us. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.
