With more newly opened Hotels in Hakone, we have stayed at several, but after visiting Hiramatsu again for the first time in a while, we truly rediscovered how comfortable it is. My mother and I enjoyed a relaxing, unhurried stay, and we were very satisfied with both the quality and quantity of the meals. We will definitely return. Thank you again for everything.

After returning from New York, I drove to Hakone myself and chose this Accommodation hoping to spend my limited time off in Japan at a relaxed pace. I will refrain from naming her, but the female staff member who assisted me showed thoughtful attention and flexible consideration, for which I am truly grateful. I will also refrain from naming him, but the male staff member who handled the payment was calm throughout, and his wording was consistently courteous and refined. He left me with a pleasant afterglow that was a perfect way to conclude my stay.In Sengokuhara, I have often stayed at other Accommodations in the past, but after spending time here this visit, I felt that the gentle atmosphere created by all of your staff is also part of what makes this Accommodation so special.I would love to return in another season. A small luxury Hotel nestled in Sengokuhara, Hakone. Each guestroom features a private, free-flowing Onsen bath fed directly from the source—available anytime. Savor exquisite cuisine in a dining room surrounded by fine artworks— Since opening in 2016, THE HIRAMATSU HOTELS & RESORTS Sengokuhara has offered the ultimate escape with warm, attentive hospitality.
The main building has 11 guest rooms. Each room is filled with natural light from large windows, and the terrace offers sweeping views. All rooms feature a private Onsen bath with free-flowing hot spring water, with a distinctive layout that connects the bedroom straight through to the terrace. With a bathtub set directly in the bathroom, you can enjoy Shin-Ubako Onsen anytime, 24 hours a day; open the windows to take in views of Hakone’s mountains while soaking in an open-air style bath.
The residence has a total of 9 Rooms. Rooms range from 33 to 98 m², offering a variety of types—from compact Rooms ideal for solo travelers to suite Rooms suitable for families. Each Room features a different layout and view from the windows, so you can enjoy noticing the differences every time you stay. The building includes a spa (esthetic) Room, a training Room, and laundry facilities, and just across the way is a building with private open-air baths. On clear days, some Rooms offer views of the summit of Mt. Fuji, making this Accommodation ideal for a Multiple Night Stay or longer stays. *The spa Room, training Room, laundry facilities, and private open-air baths are also available to guests staying in the main building.*
