■1st Floor MARKET/KITCHEN ＜MARKET＞ We offer products from our original food brand "GOOD NATURE MARKET," as well as organic-certified produce, processed foods, and other items that are kind to both your health and the planet. There is also a special corner where you can observe the fermentation and aging process of foods like miso and pickled plums, prepared in traditional earthenware jars. A wide selection of natural wines is also available. In the plaza in front of the MARKET, called "MAENIWA," we host markets and events. ＜KITCHEN＞ We serve dishes made with the produce and processed foods sold in the MARKET. Using trustworthy, safe ingredients, we create menus that highlight seasonal ingredients, such as soups and salads made with every part of the produce—skin, flesh, leaves, and stems. Meals are served with environmentally friendly cutlery.

■1st Floor Restaurant ERUTAN ＜Restaurant ERUTAN＞ A casual dining experience available all day. The menu focuses on vegetables, respecting Japanese traditions and culture, and employs simple cooking techniques to highlight the ingredients. Some dishes are supervised by Chef Hiroji Tokuyoshi, the first Japanese owner-chef to earn a Michelin star in Milan, Italy.

The chef's knowledge, experience, and sensibility are vividly reflected in a variety of products, such as the impressively shaped fresh pastries "Desserts" and baked goods made with Bean to Bar* chocolate. The chocolate used in RAU's sweets is exclusively homemade Bean to Bar chocolate, crafted from RAU's original blend of organic cacao sourced from Costa Rica. In pursuit of the ideal cacao beans, the chocolatier traveled to small farms in Costa Rica, collaborating with trusted local producers to develop this unique blend.
