    Thank you for taking such great care of us the other day.From the moment we arrived and stepped into the lobby, we had an amazing time.The atmosphere, cleanliness, and service throughout the property all exceeded our expectations.Both the Room and terrace were spotless and well maintained, so we were able to relax comfortably.I had injured my foot and was using a cane, so thank you for your thoughtful assistance from check-in through to the restaurant as well.The staff’s hospitality was truly pleasant and wonderful.We would love to stay again!

  • We had a wonderful time.

    The Room, service, and everything else were excellent. Since the spa is charged per visit, it would be great to have some kind of Plan available. Also, the spa cannot be used in the morning, so it would be nice if morning bathing were possible as well. Other than that, we had a wonderful time. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

    Our Hotel has a parking garage on Basement Level 1.
    Despite being located in front of Kyoto Station, it can accommodate approximately 50 vehicles.
    However, spaces are limited. When the garage is full, please use nearby paid parking lots around the Hotel.


    We apologize for any inconvenience when the garage is full,
    and appreciate your understanding in advance as capacity is limited.
