"Nazuna Kyoto Gosho" is a luxurious Ryokan that opened in February 2019, featuring seven rooms within two large renovated Kyo-machiya townhouses. The property retains elements of its past as a timber shop, such as the beams running across the high ceilings and beautifully decorated fittings, while offering a unique blend of modern interiors themed around different traditional Japanese sweets in each room. Guests can enjoy a distinctive accommodation experience that embodies the harmonious coexistence of old and new, unique to Kyoto. The luxury-type rooms are equipped with open-air or semi-open-air baths facing private gardens, while the deluxe-type rooms feature spacious indoor bathtubs. After check-in, guests are welcome to freely use the "Irori Lounge," where complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served alongside light snacks. In the morning, indulge in a carefully crafted breakfast made with seasonal, meticulously selected ingredients. We sincerely look forward to your Reservation.

This luxurious King Room, located on the first floor, features an interior inspired by "Kashiwa Mochi." It includes a living room with a veranda facing a private garden.     Thank you very much for your continued patronage of “Nazuna Kyoto Gosho”.

    We are currently adjusting our irori Facility, and as a result, we have changed part of the breakfast service.

    Normally, we offer grilled items cooked over irori charcoal; however,
    for the time being, vegetables will be served steamed in a seiro basket.

    Please note that there will be no changes to the overall menu or number of dishes.

    We will inform you as soon as the schedule for resuming irori service is confirmed.
    Thank you for your understanding.
