    My mother stayed with you on this occasion with three friends.She told me that everything—the Room, the Onsen, and the meals—was outstanding. To celebrate her 77th birthday, you prepared a purple hood and vest for photos and also provided celebratory red rice buns, which made for wonderful memories, and she is truly grateful.Although the three of them travel to many places, they were deeply impressed by your exceptional hospitality.Thank you very much.

  • A relaxing Accommodation where you can unwind

    It was my first time at Hirugami Onsen, and I’m truly glad I chose this Accommodation with such great Reviews. The Room was spotless and had a wonderful view. Best of all, the private bath—available anytime when not in use—was so spacious it felt like a large public bath, and the water quality and temperature were perfect. I relaxed and enjoyed it three times. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, delicately seasoned, and delicious. The only slight disappointment was that the grilled amago trout was a bit overcooked and rather salty. All staff were courteous and pleasant, and I was very happy with the complimentary souvenir water and cute candies as well.

  • Notice of the Introduction of the Accommodation Tax in Achi Village (from June 2026)

    Thank you very much for your continued patronage of Hirugami Onsen Shiki no Ori Hanaya (formerly: Hotel Hanaya).

    In Achi Village, Nagano Prefecture, an “Accommodation Tax” will be introduced for the purpose of promoting tourism and creating a more attractive destination, applicable to stays from Monday, June 1, 2026.

    Accordingly, based on the Achi Village Accommodation Tax Ordinance, we will charge the Accommodation Tax separately as outlined below in addition to the Accommodation Fee.
    We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
